一种润肠通便降血糖的益生元固体饮料制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤A:准备材料:燕麦粉、低聚果糖、水苏糖、南瓜粉、菊粉、桑叶粉、苦荞粉、凝结芽孢杆菌、甜菊糖苷各组分过筛;
步骤B:一次混合:设定加热搅拌器内的温度,同时将燕麦粉、南瓜粉、桑叶粉和苦荞粉四种成分添加到加热搅拌器内搅拌,使燕麦粉、南瓜粉、桑叶粉、苦荞粉之间达到一定温度,便于燕麦粉、南瓜粉、桑叶粉、苦荞粉之间充分混合;
步骤C:冷却降温:对混合过后的燕麦粉、南瓜粉、桑叶粉和苦荞粉降温;
步骤D:二次混合:再次将降温过后的燕麦粉、南瓜粉、桑叶粉和苦荞粉放入到搅拌器内,同时将低聚果糖、水苏糖、菊粉、凝结芽孢杆菌和甜菊糖苷添加到搅拌器内混合;

通过上述实施例一、实施例二和实施例三均可制得益生元固体饮料,本发明不仅具有改善肠道、润肠通便、提高人体免疫力、降血糖等保健的功效,而且改善肠道还可以改善皮肤,达到美容的效果。同时,本发明中益生元固体饮料在进入到肠道后产生益生菌,可以促进益生菌的生长,增加益生菌的数量,补充益生菌来维持肠道微生物菌群的平衡,促进新陈代谢,提高相关物质对葡萄糖的使用,减少胃肠道对葡萄糖的吸收,大大减少血液中的葡萄糖含量,血糖浓度就会降低,此外益生菌能降低LPS (细菌脂多糖)浓度,减少炎症反应,提高胰岛素敏感性,改善胰岛素抵抗血糖,进而达到防治糖尿病的目的。另外益生菌还能够产生糖苷酶,修复胰岛,形成菌群屏障,抵御有害菌对胰岛的入侵,阻断炎症;合成维生素,提供营养,保护胰岛;代谢吲哚丙酸,促进胰岛功能发挥。
燕麦粉不含胆固醇,带有全谷物类的少量脂肪。富含可溶性纤维。机切燕麦所含的胰岛素指数比标准的压制燕麦低。并且含有丰富的纤维素以及维他命B群,所以能够帮助身体消化吸收功能的正常运作。而维他命B群还可以帮助解压,.燕麦粉中的水溶性纤维以及β-聚葡萄糖可以降低血中总胆固醇以及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的量,以降低罹患心血管疾病,而水溶性纤维具有平缓饭后血糖上升的效果,所以有助於糖尿病患控制血糖。因为燕麦纤维中含有β-聚葡萄糖,所以可以改善消化功能、促进肠胃蠕动,并改善便秘的情形。
低聚果糖除具有一般功能性低聚糖的物理化学性质外,最引人注目的生理特性是它能明显改善肠道内微生物种群比例,它是肠内双歧杆菌的活化增殖因子,可减少和抑制肠内腐败物质的产生,抑制有害细菌的生长,调节肠道内平衡;能促进微量元素铁、钙的吸收与利用,以防止骨质疏松症;可减少肝脏毒素,能在肠中生成抗癌的有机酸,有显著的防癌功能低聚果糖对肠道中有益菌群如双岐杆菌、乳酸杆菌等有选择性增殖作用,使有益菌群在肠道中占有优势,抑制有害菌的生长,减少有毒物质(如内毒素、氨类等)的形成,对肠粘膜细胞和肝具有保护作用,从而防止病变肠癌的发生,增强机体免疫力,防治腹泻和便秘。
水苏糖是天然存在的一种四糖,是一种可以显著促进双歧杆菌等有益菌增殖的功能性低聚糖。甜度为蔗糖的22%,味道纯正,无任何不良口感或异味。其分子结构:"半乳糖-半乳糖-葡萄糖-果糖"。水苏糖对人体胃肠道内的双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌等有益菌群有着极明显的增殖作用,能迅速改善人体消化道内环境,调节微生态菌群平衡。它能促进形成有益菌在消化道内的优势菌地位,抑制产气产酸梭状芽孢杆菌等腐败菌的生产,另外产生大量生理活性物质,调节肠道pH值、灭杀致病菌,阻遏腐败产物生成,抑制内源致癌物的产生和吸收,并且分解衍生出多重免疫功能因子。

凝结芽孢杆菌并非肠内固有的微生物,其在肠道中所起的生理作用是通过分泌多种有益物质以及与肠道其他益生菌协同作用的结果,并非是某种物质起作用。凝结芽孢杆菌经口服进入胃后,在胃液的作用下被活化,芽孢衣膨胀,芽孢形状增大,水分增加,代谢加快。当凝结芽孢杆菌进入十二指肠时,其孢子萌发成营养细胞。营养细胞进入小肠后开始生长繁殖,大约30min 繁殖一代 。凝结芽孢杆菌为兼性厌氧菌,当其进入肠道后会消耗游离氧而进行肠道繁殖,有利于厌氧微生物乳酸菌和双歧杆菌的生长,从而调节肠道内微生物菌群的平衡,提高机体的免疫力和抗病力,减少肠道疾病的发生。凝结芽孢杆菌在肠道繁殖的过程中还会分泌淀粉酶和蛋白酶,促进机体对营养物质的消化和吸收;其产生的B 族维生素、氨基酸、短链脂肪酸等物质能增加小肠的蠕动速度,从而改善肠道的消化功能。另外,凝结芽孢杆菌在肠道内定居后还能产生大量抑制有害菌的凝固素和L(+)乳酸等抑菌物质,因此,对胃肠道炎症有一定的治疗作用。
甜菊糖苷:有降血糖、降血压、保护肾脏、抗微生物等作用。

Claims (8)
1.一种润肠通便降血糖的益生元固体饮料,其特征在于:包括以下重量百分比的组分:燕麦粉50-59%、低聚果糖10-17%、水苏糖7-13%、南瓜粉3-8%、菊粉3-6%、桑叶粉3-9%、苦荞粉3-5%、凝结芽孢杆菌0.3-0.9%、甜菊糖苷0.1-0.7%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的润肠通便降血糖的益生元固体饮料,其特征在于:包括以下重量百分比的组分:燕麦粉54.8%、低聚果糖13%、水苏糖10%、南瓜粉6.5%、菊粉5%、桑叶粉5%、苦荞粉5%、凝结芽孢杆菌0.5%、甜菊糖苷0.2%。
3.一种如权利要求1或2所述的润肠通便降血糖的益生元固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤A:准备材料:燕麦粉、低聚果糖、水苏糖、南瓜粉、菊粉、桑叶粉、苦荞粉、凝结芽孢杆菌、甜菊糖苷各组分过筛;
步骤B:一次混合:设定加热搅拌器内的温度,同时将燕麦粉、南瓜粉、桑叶粉和苦荞粉四种成分添加到加热搅拌器内搅拌,使燕麦粉、南瓜粉、桑叶粉、苦荞粉之间达到一定温度,便于燕麦粉、南瓜粉、桑叶粉、苦荞粉之间充分混合;
步骤C:冷却降温:对混合过后的燕麦粉、南瓜粉、桑叶粉和苦荞粉降温;
步骤D:二次混合:再次将降温过后的燕麦粉、南瓜粉、桑叶粉和苦荞粉放入到搅拌器内,同时将低聚果糖、水苏糖、菊粉、凝结芽孢杆菌和甜菊糖苷添加到搅拌器内混合;
步骤E:制成:混合过后的燕麦粉、低聚果糖、水苏糖、南瓜粉、菊粉、桑叶粉、苦荞粉、凝结芽孢杆菌和菊糖苷即可制成固体饮料,随后通过灌装机灌装,每袋10-15克。
4.根据权利要求3所述的润肠通便降血糖的益生元固体饮料制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤B中加热搅拌器内的温度为160-170度,搅拌时间为60-80分钟,使混合过后的燕麦粉、南瓜粉、桑叶粉、苦荞粉的温度达到70-80度。
5.根据权利要求3所述的润肠通便降血糖 的益生元固体饮料制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤C中降温温度为25-39度,冷却的时间为30-40分钟。
6.根据权利要求3所述的润肠通便降血糖的益生元固体饮料制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤D中搅拌的时间为10-20分钟。
7.根据权利要求3所述的润肠通便降血糖的固体饮料制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤A中燕麦粉、南瓜粉、菊粉、桑叶粉、苦荞粉均由其自身植物粉碎而得到。
8.根据权利要求3所述的润肠通便降血糖的益生元固体饮料制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤A中燕麦粉、低聚果糖、水苏糖、南瓜粉、菊粉、桑叶粉、苦荞粉、凝结芽孢杆菌、甜菊糖苷各组分过100目筛。
