益生菌冻干粉就是通过冷冻干燥技术所得的益生菌产品,现有的益生菌冻干粉功能单一,长期服用会破坏肠道内部平衡。

其中,乳酸菌粉为乳双歧杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、干酪乳杆菌和卷曲乳杆菌的组合物。
其中,溶解剂为透明质酸钠和双咪唑烷基脲的混合物。
其中,该实施例中复合益生菌冻干粉的制备方法与实施例1中复合益生菌冻干粉的制备方法基本相同,不同之处仅在于各组分的配比不同,及乳酸菌粉的种类不同。

实验例,肠胃模拟实验;
制备实验原料:配制人工胃液(PH=3.0),选取稀盐酸16.4ml。胃蛋白酶10g。加水稀释定容1000ml;
实验方法:将配制的人工胃液均分成四份,每份200ml,分别标记为A组、B组、C组、D组,然后称取5g实施例1制备的复合益生菌冻干粉加入到A组人工胃液中;称取5g实施例2制备的复合益生菌冻干粉加入到B组人工胃液中;称取5g实施例3制备的复合益生菌冻干粉加入到C组人工胃液中;称取5g生理盐水加入到D组人工胃液中;
在相同环境下保存A组、B组、C组、D组四组实验组,并每隔30分钟分别检测一次A组、B组、C组、D组四组实验组的PH值(人体胃酸的正常PH值在0.9~1.5之间),检测结果如下表所示;
由上表所述,将实施例1制备的复合益生菌冻干粉加入到A组人工胃液中,A组人工胃液的PH值在60分钟时即恢复至平衡;实施例2制备的复合益生菌冻干粉加入到B组人工胃液中,B组人工胃液的PH值在60分钟时即恢复至平衡;实施例3制备的复合益生菌冻干粉加入到C组人工胃液中,C组人工胃液的PH值在60分钟时即恢复至平衡;将同样分量的生理盐水加入到D组人工胃液中后,D组人工胃液的PH值变化不明显,使得D组人工胃液的PH值无法恢复至正常的PH范围内,破坏了人工胃液的平衡;因此本发明制备的复合益生菌冻干粉,可减少和抑制肠胃内腐败物质的产生,抑制有害细菌的生长,能在肠胃中生成抗癌的有机酸,有显著的防癌功能;该复合益生菌冻干粉能够很好的调节肠道内平衡。

Claims (4)
1.一种复合益生菌冻干粉,其特征在于,按重量份计,包括如下组份:
乳酸菌粉5-20份,低聚果糖5-20份,大豆膳食纤维粉5-20份,葡萄糖2-8份,麦芽糊精2-8份,溶解剂3-12份,钙5-10份,铁5-10份,锌5-10份,纯净水60-150份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合益生菌冻干粉,其特征在于:所述乳酸菌粉为乳双歧杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、卷曲乳杆菌、保加利亚乳杆菌、发酵乳杆菌、格氏乳杆菌、约氏乳杆菌和植物乳杆菌中的一种或两种以上组合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合益生菌冻干粉,其特征在于:所述溶解剂为透明质酸钠和双咪唑烷基脲的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的一种复合益生菌冻干粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、按重量份分别称取乳酸菌粉、大豆膳食纤维粉和溶解剂,然后在0℃-10℃条件下均匀混合,接着通过冷冻干燥机冷冻成粉末,并在-10℃-0℃条件下保存,以备后续使用;
S2、将步骤S1中得到的粉末均匀溶解到纯净水中,得到初始溶液,然后将低聚果糖、葡萄糖、麦芽糊精、钙、铁和锌加入到初始溶液中,并混合均匀,然后经过超声乳化得到乳液;
S3、将步骤S2中得到的乳液转移至旋转蒸发仪中,在20℃-30℃条件下减压旋转蒸发除去有机溶剂,得到混悬液;
S4、将步骤S3中得到的混悬液,在0℃-10℃条件下高压乳化、冻干,接着出料、灭菌,得到复合益生菌冻干粉成品。
