本发明提供了一种益生菌组合物、其制备方法及其应用,益生菌组合物包括按重量份数计的如下组分:膳食纤维10~50份、益生菌粉10~40份、麦芽糊精10~30份、山楂多糖5~15份、低聚半乳糖5~10份。本发明所述的益生菌组合物可促进肠道蠕动,长期服用不会有副作用,可预防消化不良且对消除消化不良症状起效快,效果佳。

一种益生菌组合物、其制备方法及其应用
技术领域
本发明属于功能性食品技术领域,尤其是涉及一种益生菌组合物、其制备方法及其应用。
背景技术
随着现代生活节奏的加快,人们的生活压力越来越大、饮食不规律、暴饮暴食等情况越发常见,导致很多人都有消化不良的问题。如果长期服用抗生素来处理,会对身体造成伤害,导致体内菌群失衡。益生菌是一种对胃肠道有益的微生物,对预防及治疗消化不良有积极的作用且没有副作用,目前可在很多保健品中看到益生菌的使用。但现有的益生菌类配方在面对消化不良的问题时,仍存在起效时间慢、效果不理想的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,为解决上述问题,本发明提出了一种可促进肠道蠕动,长期服用不会有副作用,可预防消化不良且对消除消化不良症状起效快,效果佳的益生菌组合物,同时还提供了其制备方法和应用。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种益生菌组合物,包括按重量份数计的如下组分:膳食纤维10~50份、益生菌粉10~40份、麦芽糊精10~30份、山楂多糖5~15份、低聚半乳糖5~10份。
膳食纤维是一种多糖,它既不能被胃肠道消化吸收,也不能产生能量。膳食纤维可促进肠蠕动、减少食物在肠道中停留时间,在保持消化系统健康上扮演着重要的角色,同时摄取足够的膳食纤维也可以预防心血管疾病、癌症、糖尿病以及其它疾病。
山楂多糖是一类具有降血糖、增强免疫力、抗癌、抑菌等生物活性的重要物质。
低聚半乳糖能够促进有益菌的增殖、改善肠道内菌群结构,促进肠道内营养物质的生成和吸收、改善排泄、防止便秘腹泻,抑制有害物质产生,降低血压、胆固醇和血,提高免疫力。
进一步的,所述乳酸菌粉包括乳双歧杆菌、植物乳杆菌、动物双歧杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌。
进一步的,按重量份数比所述乳双歧杆菌:所述植物乳杆菌:所述动物双歧杆菌:所述鼠李糖乳杆菌为1:1:1:1。
进一步的,所述山楂多糖是将山楂制成山楂粉后,加入纯净水,采用微波萃取的方式进行萃取,得到山楂多糖粗提取液,再进行醇沉处理,离心得沉淀物,干燥后得到山楂多糖提取物。
进一步的,所述低聚半乳糖通过将半乳糖溶液和半乳糖苷酶混合,糖化得到糖化液经脱色、过滤、分离、浓缩后得到。
进一步的,所述膳食纤维为豆类粉、山药粉、甘薯粉、燕麦粉中的至少一种。
一种益生菌组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、采用微博萃取醇沉的方式制备山楂多糖提取物,采用酶转化的方式制备低聚半乳糖;
S2、按照重量配比称取各组分:膳食纤维10~50份、益生菌粉10~40份、麦芽糊精10~30份、山楂多糖5~15份、低聚半乳糖5~10份;
S3、将各组分混合后,搅拌均匀,干燥,碾压过筛,得到目标产物粉状益生菌组合物。
一种益生菌组合物的用途,所述益生菌组合物再制备预防和治疗消化不良的功能性食品活保健品中的应用。
相对于现有技术,本发明所述的益生菌组合物、其制备方法及其应用具有以下优势:
(1)本发明所述的益生菌组合物通过益生菌与多种功效性组分的配合可起到协同促进作用,可促进肠道蠕动,可预防消化不良且对消除消化不良症状起效快,效果佳,长期服用不会有副作用,健康人群和消化不良人群均可服用;
(2)本发明所述的益生菌组合物中益生菌粉可快速调节肠道内的菌群平衡;低聚半乳糖的加入可促进有益菌的增殖、改善肠道内菌群结构,促进肠道内营养物质的生成和吸收、改善排泄、防止便秘腹泻;山楂多糖则有利于消化,且起到抑制有害菌的作用;
(3)本发明所述的益生菌组合物中组分简单、成本低廉,不添加乳基、乳粉等物质,可避免乳糖不耐受和过敏的发生,安全可靠,适用范围广。
具体实施方式
除有定义外,以下实施例中所用的技术术语具有与本发明所属领域技术人员普遍理解的相同含义。以下实施例中所用的试验试剂,如无特殊说明,均为常规生化试剂;所述实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法。
下面结合实施例来详细说明本发明。
实施例1
按照如下重量份数称取各组分:山药粉10份、甘薯粉10份、燕麦粉10份、乳双歧杆菌10份、植物乳杆10份、动物双歧杆菌10份、鼠李糖乳杆菌10份、麦芽糊精30份、山楂多糖5份、低聚半乳糖5份;
其中,山楂多糖通过以下方法获得:将山楂干燥后,碾碎制成山楂粉,加入纯净水,采用微波萃取的方式进行萃取,得到山楂多糖粗提取液,再进行醇沉处理,离心得沉淀物,干燥后得到山楂多糖提取物;
低聚半乳糖通过以下方法获得:将半乳糖溶液和半乳糖苷酶混合,糖化得到糖化液经脱色、过滤、分离、浓缩后得到;
将称取好的各组分放入搅拌桶内,搅拌均匀后取出,进行干燥,干燥后进行碾压粉碎,将得到的粉末过筛,得到目标产物粉状益生菌组合物。
实施例2
在实施例1的基础上,与实施例1不同的是按照如下重量份数称取各组分:
芸豆粉5份、蚕豆粉5份、豌豆粉5份、乳双歧杆菌10份、植物乳杆10份、动物双歧杆菌10份、鼠李糖乳杆菌10份、麦芽糊精15份、山楂多糖10份、低聚半乳糖10份;
其它制备过程与实施例1相同。
实施例3
在实施例1的基础上,与实施例1不同的是按照如下重量份数称取各组分:
燕麦粉5份、蚕豆粉15份、甘薯粉15份、乳双歧杆菌5份、植物乳杆5份、动物双歧杆菌5份、鼠李糖乳杆菌5份、麦芽糊精10份、山楂多糖15份、低聚半乳糖10份;
其它制备过程与实施例1相同。

1.一种益生菌组合物,其特征在于,包括按重量份数计的如下组分:膳食纤维10~50份、益生菌粉10~40份、麦芽糊精10~30份、山楂多糖5~15份、低聚半乳糖5~10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的益生菌组合物,其特征在于:所述乳酸菌粉包括乳双歧杆菌、植物乳杆菌、动物双歧杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌。
3.根据权利要求2所述的益生菌组合物,其特征在于:按重量份数比所述乳双歧杆菌:所述植物乳杆菌:所述动物双歧杆菌:所述鼠李糖乳杆菌为1:1:1:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的益生菌组合物,其特征在于:所述山楂多糖是将山楂制成山楂粉后,加入纯净水,采用微波萃取的方式进行萃取,得到山楂多糖粗提取液,再进行醇沉处理,离心得沉淀物,干燥后得到山楂多糖提取物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的益生菌组合物,其特征在于:所述低聚半乳糖通过将半乳糖溶液和半乳糖苷酶混合,糖化得到糖化液经脱色、过滤、分离、浓缩后得到。
6.根据权利要求1所述的益生菌组合物,其特征在于:所述膳食纤维为豆类粉、山药粉、甘薯粉、燕麦粉中的至少一种。
7.权利要求1到6任一项所述的益生菌组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、采用微博萃取醇沉的方式制备山楂多糖提取物,采用酶转化的方式制备低聚半乳糖;
S2、按照重量配比称取各组分:膳食纤维10~50份、益生菌粉10~40份、麦芽糊精10~30份、山楂多糖5~15份、低聚半乳糖5~10份;
S3、将各组分混合后,搅拌均匀,干燥,碾压过筛,得到目标产物粉状益生菌组合物。
8.权利要求1到6任一项所述的益生菌组合物的用途,其特征在于:所述益生菌组合物再制备预防和治疗消化不良的功能性食品活保健品中的应用。
