现有的控制体重的片剂普遍存在服用后饥饿,导致对碳水的渴求欲增强,易导致减肥失败。

一种控制体重的片剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:取原料,在分散容器内加入赤藓糖醇65.68~65.9份、抗性糊精2.45~2.58份、D-甘露糖醇4.98~5.26份混合制粒并干燥;
步骤2:再向步骤1中混合均匀的物料中加入微晶纤维素 21.46~21.63份、果蔬综合酵素1.95~2.14份、复合益生菌粉1.25~1.32 份、硬脂酸镁0.051~0.063份、维生素A0.0021~0.0023份、维生素C 1.3888~1.38890份、维生素E 0.5555~0.5557份、维生素B0.0062~0.0064份、维生素B2 0.0058~00.0062份以及维生素B6 0.0058~00.0062份,物料添加完毕后开启分散机进行分散混合;
步骤3:混合均匀后压片即得到控制体重的片剂。

控制体重的片剂,按重量份数计,包括:赤藓糖醇65.68份、抗性糊精2.45份、D-甘露糖醇4.98份、微晶纤维素21.46份、果蔬综合酵素1.95份、复合益生菌粉1.25份、硬脂酸镁0.051份、维生素A 0.0021份、维生素C1.3888份、维生素E 0.5555份、维生素B 0.0062 份、维生素B2 0.0058份以及维生素B6 0.0058份。
实施例2:
控制体重的片剂,按重量份数计,包括:赤藓糖醇65.7份、抗性糊精2.5份、D-甘露糖醇5份、微晶纤维素21.5份、果蔬综合酵素 2份、复合益生菌粉1.28份、硬脂酸镁0.055份、维生素A 0.0022份、维生素C 1.3889份、维生素E 0.5556份、维生素B 0.0063份、维生素B20.006份以及维生素B6 0.006份。
实施例3:
控制体重的片剂,按重量份数计,包括:赤藓糖醇65.9份、抗性糊精2.58份、D-甘露糖醇5.26份、微晶纤维素21.63份、果蔬综合酵素2.14份、复合益生菌粉1.32份、硬脂酸镁0.063份、维生素A 0.0023份、维生素C1.38890份、维生素E0.5557份、维生素B 0.0064 份、维生素B2 00.0062份以及维生素B6 00.0062份。
赤藓糖醇微甜、发热量低,约为蔗糖发热量的十分之一,不被酶所降解,只能透过肾易被小肠吸收从血液中排至尿中排出,不参与糖代谢和血糖变化,宜于糖尿病患者食用,在结肠中不致发酵,可避免肠胃不适,不龋齿;
抗性糊精除了可增加食物的纤维含量,由于它还具有提供热量持久的特点,也有助于延迟饥饿感的再产生,作为可溶性纤维的膳食干预显著改变了某些生物标志物,并减少了通常与代谢综合征相关的风险因素,具有降低胆固醇的作用;
D-甘露糖醇无臭,具有清凉甜味,甜度约为蔗糖的57%~72%。每g产生8.37J热量,约为葡萄糖的一半。
综上所述,在本实施例中,按照本实施例的控制体重的片剂及其制备方法,本实施例提供的控制体重的片剂及其制备方法,添加赤藓糖醇微甜、发热量低,约为蔗糖发热量的十分之一,不被酶所降解,只能透过肾易被小肠吸收从血液中排至尿中排出,不参与糖代谢和血糖变化,抗性糊精增加食物的纤维含量,有助于延迟饥饿感的再产生,添加维生素能够保证食用者的营养均衡,同时添加D-甘露糖醇无臭,具有清凉甜味能够改变片剂的口感,减少对碳水的渴望,饱腹感增强,利于减肥。

1.一种控制体重的片剂,其特征在于,按重量份数计,包括:颗粒料73.1~73.42份、微晶纤维素21.46~21.63份、果蔬综合酵素1.95~2.14份、复合益生菌粉1.25~1.32份、硬脂酸镁0.051~0.063份、维生素1.961~1.968份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种控制体重的片剂,其特征在于,按重量份数计,包括:颗粒料73.15~73.42份、微晶纤维素21.48~21.63份、果蔬综合酵素1.958~2.14份、复合益生菌粉1.26~1.32份、硬脂酸镁0.055~0.063份、维生素1.968~1.968份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种控制体重的片剂,其特征在于,按重量份数计,包括:颗粒料73.1~73.40份、微晶纤维素21.46~21.61份、果蔬综合酵素1.95~2.12份、复合益生菌粉1.25~1.30份、硬脂酸镁0.051~0.061份、维生素1.961~1.963份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种控制体重的片剂,其特征在于,所述抗性糊精与所述D-甘露糖醇的添加比例为1:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种控制体重的片剂,其特征在于,所述颗粒料包括赤藓糖醇65.68~65.9份、抗性糊精2.45~2.58份、D-甘露糖醇4.98~5.26份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种控制体重的片剂,其特征在于,所述维生素包括维生素A、维生素C、维生素E、维生素B1、维生素B2以及维生素B6。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种控制体重的片剂,其特征在于,所述维生素包括维生素A、维生素C、维生素E、维生素B1、维生素B2以及维生素B6的添加量按重量份数计分别为:0.0021~0.0023份、1.3888~1.38890份、0.5555~0.5557份、0.0062~0.0064份、0.0058~00.0062份以及0.0058~00.0062份。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项权利要求所述的一种控制体重的片剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:取原料,在分散容器内加入赤藓糖醇65.68~65.9份、抗性糊精2.45~2.58份、D-甘露糖醇4.98~5.26份混合制粒并干燥;
