Claims (10)

1. An AGV system having a self-winding film function, comprising:
the film supply mechanism comprises an upright post and a film frame, the film frame is arranged on the upright post in a vertically sliding manner, and a packaging film is placed on the film frame;
the AGV comprises an AGV trolley, wherein an article placing area is formed at the upper part of the AGV trolley, a first film clamping assembly is further arranged on the AGV trolley and is positioned on one side of the article placing area, and the first film clamping assembly forms an openable clamping area;
the AGV trolley is configured to drive the goods to move and is also used for rotating at the film supply mechanism, and the first film clamping assembly is configured to clamp the film head of the packaging film.

The AGV system with the self-winding film function according to claim 1, wherein the film supply mechanism is configured with a first communication module, the AGV with the self-winding film function is configured with a second communication module, and the first communication module is in communication connection with the second communication module;
or, supply membrane mechanism to dispose first trigger module, the AGV dolly is disposed second trigger module, first trigger module be used for by the AGV dolly triggers so that supply membrane mechanism outwards export the wrapping film, second trigger module is used for supplying to trigger behind the membrane mechanism output wrapping film the AGV dolly rotation.

The AGV system with self-winding film function of claim 1, wherein said first film clamping assembly comprises two clamping jaws movably disposed on said AGV cart, two clamping jaws forming said clamping area therebetween, and a driving mechanism for driving said clamping jaws to slide to open and close said clamping area.
4. The AGV system with self-wrapping film function of claim 1, wherein a top of the AGV trolley is provided with a laterally arranged transport mechanism, the first film clamping assembly is arranged at one side of the transport mechanism, and the transport mechanism forms the storage platform.

A method for controlling an AGV system having a self-winding film function according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising: the AGV dolly carries the goods and removes to supplying membrane mechanism department, supplies the packaging film of membrane mechanism output to carry to one side of goods, and the first membrane module that presss from both sides on the AGV dolly grips behind the membrane head of packaging film, and the rotation of AGV dolly is in order to make the packaging film winding at the surface of goods.

after the mounting bracket moves and resets, the AGV dolly rotation drives the membrane head of packaging film and rotates together, supplies the membrane frame in the membrane mechanism to move along vertical in order to wrap the packaging film on the surface winding of goods.

The method of controlling an AGV system with a self-winding film function according to claim 8, wherein the method includes: in the process that the mounting rack drives the film heads of the second film clamping assembly for clamping the packaging film to be close to the AGV trolley, the rotating rack rotates to enable the second film clamping assembly and the film breaking assembly to be transversely arranged, and meanwhile, the lower portion of the film heads of the packaging film clamped by the second film clamping assembly is drooping to be located in a clamping area formed by the first film clamping assembly.
