へ押込む手段や、満巻枠外周の線材を守る覆いとそれら
の駆動手段が不要になり、簡素化された。またこの発明
は巻換え時の線材切断に、線材が押込まれると回転して
切る一対の回転刃を用い、巻取った線材は終端まで正規
の寸法にした。更にまた、この発明の巻枠供給、搬出機
構は単に自動化しただけでなく、巻枠用台車に回転台を
加え、左右どちらの満巻枠も巻線が戻らない向きで転出
