目前,提出有一种一次性手套,该手套是将两张塑料膜裁剪成手套形状,对外廓线进行热熔敷而制造(例如,专利文献1)。

发明所要解决的问题
人的手的形状各种各样,因此,即使改善手套的形状、穿脱的容易度,手套本身的基本形状也不会适合个人的手的形状。
本发明的目的在于提供能够制造适合个人的手的形状的手套,而且能够穿戴到手上的手套制造穿戴装置及手套制造穿戴方法。
用于解决问题的方案
第一发明是一种手套制造穿戴装置,具有:配置第一弹性膜的第一部件;配置第二弹性膜的第二部件;在将使用者的手夹在上述第一弹性膜与上述第二弹性膜之间的状态下,在上述手的轮廓的外侧的位置,即第一外侧位置,熔敷上述第一弹性膜和上述第二弹性膜的熔敷单元;以及在上述第一外侧位置的再外侧的位置即第二外侧位置,切割上述第一弹性膜和上述第二弹性膜的切割单元。
根据第一发明的结构,在将使用者的手夹在第一弹性膜与第二弹性膜之间的状态下,在手的轮廓的外侧,熔敷及切割第一弹性膜和第二弹性膜。然后,因为第一弹性膜和第二弹性膜具有弹性,因此,利用弹性恢复力,紧贴手。即,能够制造适合个人的手的形状的手套而且能够穿戴到手上。
第二发明是手套制造穿戴装置,在第一发明的结构中,在上述第一部件形成能够收纳手背侧的部分的第一下沉部,在上述第二部件形成能够收纳手掌侧的部分的第二下沉部,在用上述第一部件和上述第二部件夹着上述手的状态下,构成为,上述手背侧的面与上述第一弹性膜接触,上述手掌侧的面与上述第二弹性膜接触,上述手收纳于由上述第一下沉部和上述第二下沉部形成的空间。
第三发明是手套制造穿戴装置,在第一发明或第二发明的结构中,在上述第一部件的形成有上述第一下沉部的部分的外侧的部分配置有用于防止上述第一弹性膜的滑动的第一防滑单元,在上述第二部件的形成有上述第二下沉部的部分的外侧的部分配置有用于防止上述第二弹性膜的滑动的第二防滑单元。
第四发明是手套制造穿戴装置,在第二发明或第三发明的结构中,在上述第二下沉部配置有用于调整上述第一部件与上述第二部件的相对位置的操作开关。
第五发明是手套制造穿戴装置,在第一发明至第四发明的任一个的结构中,上述第一弹性膜的弹性恢复力构成为比上述第二弹性膜的弹性恢复力大。
第六发明是手套制造穿戴装置,在第一发明至第四发明的任一个的结构中,上述第一弹性膜具有热收缩性,上述手套制造穿戴装置具有用于对上述第一弹性膜吹加热后的空气的送风单元。
第七发明是手套制造穿戴装置,在第二发明的结构中,构成为,当上述手收纳于由上述第一下沉部和上述第二下沉部形成的空间时,使上述熔敷单元的发热上升为用于熔敷上述第一弹性膜和上述第二弹性膜的熔敷温度,使上述切割单元的发热上升为用于切割上述第一弹性膜和上述第二弹性膜的切割温度。
第八发明是一种手套制造穿戴方法,其中,包括:以利用配置第一弹性膜的第一部件和配置第二弹性膜的第二部件夹住手的方式使上述第一部件和上述第二部件移动的移动步骤;以及在上述手被夹在上述第一弹性膜与上述第二弹性膜之间的状态下,在上述手的轮廓的外侧的位置即第一外侧位置,熔敷上述第一弹性膜和上述第二弹性膜,在上述第一外侧位置的再外侧的位置即第二外侧位置,切割上述第一弹性膜和上述第二弹性膜的熔敷切割步骤。

第一实施方式
说明手套制造穿戴装置1(以下,称为“装置1”。)的概要。如图1及图2所示,装置1具有上侧部件10、下侧部件30以及四个旋转柱80。旋转柱80配置于上侧部件10及下侧部件30的四角。上侧部件10及下侧部件30的外形是扁平的长方体。在上侧部件10配置弹性膜100,在下侧部件30配置弹性膜102。
装置1是手套制造穿戴装置的一例,上侧部件10是第一部件的一例,弹性膜100是第一弹性膜的一例,下侧部件30是第二部件的一例,弹性膜102是第二弹性膜的一例。
弹性膜100及弹性膜102是具有弹性的塑料膜,例如是低密度聚乙烯膜(lowDensity polyethelene films)、未拉伸聚丙烯膜(cast polypropylene films)、拉伸聚丙烯膜(oriented polypropylene films)、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物膜(ethylene-vinylacetate copolymer films)等。这些塑料膜作为单层或者作为多层而形成弹性膜100及弹性膜102。
本说明书中,将上侧部件10的方向称为上方向,将下侧部件30的方向称为下方向。另外,将上侧部件10的侧面10c及下侧部件30的侧面30c的方向称为右方向,将其相反的方向称为左方向。将上侧部件10的前表面10b及下侧部件30的前表面30b的方向称为跟前方向,将其相反的方向称为进深方向。
此外,上侧部件10及下侧部件30的外形不限于扁平的长方体,可以与本实施方式不同,可以是立方体,也可以是带有圆形的形状。
如图1及图2所示,在上侧部件10的进深方向侧的侧面配置有膜保持件12,在下侧部件30的进深方向侧的侧面配置有膜保持件32。膜保持件12及膜保持件32分别是用于将弹性膜100及弹性膜102保持为能够抽出的状态的结构。
如图3所示,膜保持件12由框体12a及旋转轴12b构成。在框体12a形成有作为开口部的膜出口12c。弹性膜100以卷绕于旋转轴12b的状态收纳于框体12a,且构成为能够从膜出口12c向外部抽出。膜保持件32的结构与膜保持件12的结构相同。
图8是从下侧部件30的方向观察上侧部件10的局部概要图。如图8所示,在上侧部件10,在作为上表面10a的相反侧的面的下表面10d的跟前方向侧的部分配置有膜固定部14。同样地,如图1所示,在下侧部件30的上表面30a的跟前方向侧的部分配置有膜固定部34。膜固定部14和膜固定部34分别是用于固定弹性膜100及弹性膜102的结构。膜固定部14和膜固定部34由能够固定弹性膜100及弹性膜102的材料形成,例如,由硅橡胶(siliconerubber)形成。
如图2所示,从膜保持件12抽出的弹性膜100经过导向件18而向跟前方向抽出,其端部固定于膜固定部14(参照图8)。同样地,从膜保持件32抽出的弹性膜102经过导向件74而向跟前方向抽出,其端部固定于膜固定部34(参照图5)。
如图1所示,在上侧部件10的上表面10a配置有显示装置16,能够显示包括装置1的各部分的状态的预定的字符串。
在下侧部件30的上表面30a配置有异物传感器72。异物传感器72例如是红外线传感器,向上侧部件10的下表面10d的接收装置(未图示)发送红外线,在上侧部件10的接收装置接收红外线的状态存在异常的情况下,在显示装置16显示表示异常的字符串。
在下侧部件30配置有电源开关70,构成为能够进行整个装置1的启动及停止。
上侧部件10相对于下侧部件30在图1的箭头Z1方向(上下方向)上往复移动(升降)。图4概念性表示上侧部件10的升降机构的一例。图4表示上侧部件10的一部分(一根旋转柱80的附近的部分)及下侧部件30的内部的一部分。如图4所示,在上侧部件10形成有贯通孔部11,在贯通孔部11形成有内螺纹。在下侧部件30也形成有贯通孔部(未图示),但是,在下侧部件30的贯通孔部未形成螺纹。在旋转柱80形成有外螺纹,通过旋转柱80旋转,从而上侧部件10相对于下侧部件30升降。在旋转柱80的下方形成有齿轮80a。齿轮80a配置于下侧部件30的内部。齿轮80a配置于下侧部件30的内部,且经由齿轮13a、带13b等动力传递单元而连接于马达13c。构成为,通过马达13c的旋转轴旋转,从而旋转柱80也旋转。马达13c的旋转轴在正转方向R1、反转方向R2上旋转,旋转柱80也在正反两方向上旋转。旋转柱80这样旋转,从而上侧部件10升降。马达13c、动力传递单元以及旋转柱80是移动单元(升降单元)的一例。
如图1所示,在下侧部件30的上表面30a形成有手的形状的下沉部36。下沉部36分别形成为右手用和左手用。下沉部36在上表面30a呈凹状下沉。下沉部36是第二下沉部的一例。在下沉部36的周围配置有用于熔敷即切割弹性膜100和弹性膜102的熔敷切割部38。
如图5所示,下侧部件30的下沉部36形成能够容纳使用者的手掌和无根手指的形状(以下,称为“手的形状”。)。将收纳使用者的手掌的部分称为“手掌对应部分”,将收纳拇指的部分称为“拇指对应部分”,将收纳食指的部分称为“食指对应部分”,将收纳中指的部分称为“中指对应部分”,将收纳无名指的部分称为“无名指对应部分”,将收纳小指的部分称为“小指对应部分”。在收纳右手的下沉部36的食指对应部分的前端附近部配置有操作开关40。通过操作开关40,控制对马达13c(参照图4)的电力供给,调整上侧部件10与下侧部件30的相对位置。具体而言,装置1的使用者在将手配置于下沉部36的状态下对操作开关40进行操作,进行上侧部件10的下降及上升。
在左右的下沉部36,连结基底部分36a和中指对应部分的前端部36b的直线L1及L2相对于描绘下侧部件30的上表面30a的最跟前方向的部分的直线30L不垂直,而是倾斜角度θ1。校对θ1例如为60度至80度的范围的角度。直线L1及L2相对于直线30L倾斜角度θ1,从而使用者能够在人工力学上以自然的状态将两手配置于下沉部36。
如图6所示,在下沉部36的外侧形成有熔敷切割部38。熔敷切割部38由熔敷用热线38a、切割用热线38b以及槽部38c构成。熔敷用热线38a是熔敷单元的一例,切割用热线38b是切割单元的一例。在形成手的形状的下沉部36的外侧,以包围手的形状的方式形成有槽部38c。在槽部38c的底部配置有熔敷用热线38a及切割用热线38b。熔敷用热线38a配置于下沉部36侧,切割用热线38b配置于熔敷用热线38a的外侧。图6虽然示出了收纳右手302(参照图11)的下沉部36,但是,收纳左手300(参照图11)的下沉部36的结构除了未配置操作开关40这一点外,其它与配置右手302的下沉部36的结构相同。
当使用者将右手302配置于下沉部36时,熔敷用热线38a位于右手302的轮廓的外侧(第一外侧位置),切割用热线38b位于该位置的更外侧(第二外侧位置)。配置槽部38c内的熔敷用热线38a的下沉部36的外侧的位置是第一外侧位置的一例。配置切割用热线38b的熔敷用热线38a的外侧的位置是第二外侧位置的一例。
熔敷用热线38a和切割用热线38b例如是镍洛合金(Nichrome)线,实施了用于防止烫伤等问题的安全措施。例如,被氧化镁(magnesium oxide)等绝缘物质包裹并封入不锈钢等的金属管。切割用热线38b以为了切割弹性膜100及弹性膜102而所需的充分的温度发热,例如在摄氏80度(℃)至150度(℃)的温度范围发热。熔敷用热线38a以为了熔敷弹性膜100和弹性膜102而充分的温度发热,该发热温度比切割用热线38b的发热温度低,例如,在摄氏60度(℃)至110度(℃)的温度范围发热。
在右手用的下沉部36,在食指对应部的前端附近配置有操作开关40,能够控制对马达13c(参照图4)的电力供给,操作上侧部件10的升降移动。
如图6所示,在下沉部36的外侧的进深方向侧的部分配置有用于直线切割弹性膜100及102的切割用热线44。利用切割用热线44切割弹性膜100及102,从而能够使用为了制造手套而所需的充分的弹性膜100及102。
如图5所示,在下侧部件30配置有接触传感器42a,如图8所示,在上侧部件10配置有接触感知用部件42b。接触传感器42a的结构只要能够感知接触感知用部件42b的接触即可,例如,可以是如下结构:在接触传感器42a将电路分成两个部分,通过配置于接触感知用部件42b的导电部件的接触,连接该两个部分,使电流流通。
接下来,参照图7,对下沉部36和熔敷切割部38详细进行说明。下沉部36和熔敷切割部38的结构在手的形状的轮廓的任意部分均相同,以图6所示的小指对应部的附近区域A1为一例进行说明。
如图7所示,在下沉部36的外侧的上表面30a配置有用于防止弹性膜102的滑动的防滑部件46。防滑部件46由能够防止弹性膜102的滑动的材料形成,例如,由硅橡胶(siliconerubber)形成。防滑部件46的位置在下沉部36与槽部38c的外侧的上表面30a上的位置。换言之,存在槽部38c被下沉部36和防滑部件46夹住的位置关系。防滑部件46配置为包围槽部38c。防滑部件46是第二防滑单元的一例。
如图8所示,在上侧部件10的下表面10d侧形成有手的形状的下沉部20。在下沉部20的外侧以包围下沉部20的方式形成有突条部22。当上侧部件10和下侧部件30接近时,突条部22进入下侧部件30的凹状的槽部38c。下沉部20是第一下沉部的一例。当突条部22进入到槽部38c的底部附近时,成为弹性膜100及弹性膜102被熔敷用热线38a及切割用热线38b、和突条部22的前端部分夹住并加压的状态(以下,称为“加压状态”)。在加压状态下,利用熔敷用热线38a熔敷弹性膜100和弹性膜102。另外,在加压状态下,利用切割用热线38b切割弹性膜100和弹性膜102。
参照图9,对装置1的功能块进行说明。装置1具有CPU(Central Processing Unit)200、存储部202、升降马达部204、熔敷热线部206、切割热线部208、温度传感器部210、上下部件接触传感器部212、计时器部214、异物传感器部216以及电源部230。
存储部202存储控制装置1整体的动作的程序、数据。升降马达部204控制马达13c(参照图4)的旋转,控制旋转柱80的旋转,即上侧部件10的升降。熔敷热线部206控制对熔敷用热线38a的电力供给。切割热线部208控制对切割用热线38b的电力供给。温度传感器部210从配置于熔敷用热线38a及切割用热线38b的附近的温度传感器(未图示)接收表示温度的信号。上下部件接触传感器部212接收表示配置于下侧部件30的接触传感器42a(参照图5)与配置于上侧部件10的接触感知用部件42b(参照图8)的接触的信号。计时器部214计量由上下部件接触传感器部212检测到的上侧部件10和下侧部件30接触的状态持续的时间。
使用者将弹性膜100及弹性膜102分别配置于上侧部件10及下侧部件30,当按压电源开关70时,装置1通过熔敷热线部206及切割热线部208开始对熔敷用热线38a及切割用热线38b的电力供给。当装置1根据温度传感器部210接收到的信号判断为熔敷用热线38a及切割用热线38b的发热达到了能够熔敷及切割弹性膜100及弹性膜102的温度时,在显示装置16例如显示“成为能够使用的温度”这样的表示准备完成的字符串。识别到表示准备完成的字符串的使用者双手从弹性膜102之上按入下沉部36,当按压操作开关40时,利用升降马达部204使上侧部件10下降。
当装置1利用上下部件接触传感器部212判断为上侧部件10和下侧部件30接触时,利用计时器部214开始时间的计量。当上侧部件10和下侧部件30接触并经过预定时间t1时,装置1利用升降马达部204使上侧部件10上升。预定时间t1是为了利用熔敷用热线38a及切割用热线38b熔敷及切割弹性膜100及弹性膜102而所需的充分的时间,例如,为20秒(s)。
异物传感器部216接收来自异物传感器72(参照图1)的信号。
接下来,参照图10至图15,对使用装置1制造及穿戴手套的方法进行说明。装置1的使用者首先如图10所示地从膜保持件12沿上侧部件10的下表面10d(与下侧部件30对置的一侧的面)向跟前方向抽弹性膜100,并固定于膜固定部14(参照图8)。然后,从膜保持件32沿下侧部件30的上表面30a(与上侧部件10对置的一侧的面)向跟前方向抽弹性膜102,并固定于膜固定部34。
然后,使用者按压电源开关70(参照图1),启动装置1。当装置1判断为熔敷用热线38a及切割用热线38b的发热达到了能够熔敷及切割弹性膜100及102的温度时,例如,在显示装置16显示“成为了能够使用的温度”这样的表示准备完成的字符串。
然后,使用者如图11所示地将两手放到弹性膜102上,并按入下沉部36。通过该动作,弹性膜102变形成使用者的手的手掌侧的形状。
在该状态下,当按下操作开关40(参考图6)时,如图12所示,上侧部件10向下侧部件30下降。然后,如图13所示,上侧部件10的下表面10d接触下侧部件30的上表面30a,手被收纳于由上侧部件10的下沉部20和下侧部件30的下沉部36形成的空间。即,在用上侧部件10和下侧部件30夹着使用者的手的状态下,手的一方的面(手背侧的面)接触弹性膜100,手的另一方的面(手掌侧的面)接触上述第二弹性膜102,使用者的手收纳于由下沉部20和下沉部36形成的空间。
在上侧部件10与弹性膜100一同下降的过程中,弹性膜100变形成使用者的手的手背侧的形状。在上侧部件10和下侧部件30接触的状态下,当经过预定时间t1,上侧部件10上升(参照图14)。
在经过了预定时间t1的时刻,熔敷且切割弹性膜100和弹性膜102。弹性膜100及弹性膜102被切割成手套的形状后,分成构成手套的部分和不构成手套的部分。将构成手套的部分设为弹性膜100a及弹性膜102a,将不构成手套的部分设为多余部分100b及102b。
当上侧部件10上升时,如图15所示,弹性膜100a及弹性膜102a利用其弹性恢复力而与使用者的手紧贴,从而制造手套400,且穿戴到手302上。对于左手300,也同样地制造并穿戴手套。
以下,参照图16至图23,对弹性膜100及弹性膜102变形成手的形状的过程详细地进行说明。如图16所示,当将弹性膜102配置于下侧部件30时,弹性膜102接触防滑部件46。
如图17所示,当利用小指302a将弹性膜102按入下沉部36时,弹性膜102的防滑部件46的左侧、即位于箭头X1方向的部分因小指302a的压力而弹性变形。另一方面,防滑部件46的右侧、即位于箭头X2所示的方向的弹性膜102的部分不受因被小指302a按入而到来的压力的影响,不变形。即,作为防滑部件46的技术性效果,防滑部件46的右侧的部分不变形,左侧的部分、即小指302a侧的部分根据小指302a的形状而发生弹性变形。由此,在制造及穿戴手套的最终步骤中,能够产生充分的弹性恢复力。
在小指302a将弹性膜102按入下沉部36时,其它手指及手掌也同样地将弹性膜102按入下沉部36。在该状态下,当使用者按压操作开关40时,如图18所示,上侧部件10与弹性膜100一同下降。在上侧部件10的下表面10d,以包围下沉部20的方式形成有突条部22。突条部22与下侧部件30的槽部38c卡合。在下表面10d的突条部22的外侧(与下沉部20相反的一侧)的周围,配置有用于防止弹性膜100的滑动的防滑部件24。防滑部件24的位置是下沉部20和突条部22的外侧的下表面10d上的位置。换言之,存在突条部22被下沉部20和防滑部件24夹住的位置关系。防滑部件24由能够防止弹性膜100的滑动的材料构成,例如,由硅橡胶(silicone rubber)形成。
以下,参照图19至23的概念图,对上侧部件10相对于下侧部件30移动的状态进行说明。图19等是概念性表示与抽出弹性膜100及102的方向垂直的方向的概要剖面的图。图19的状态与图18的状态相同,,在配置于下侧部件30的弹性膜102,位于从防滑部件46向小指302a的方向的部分因小指302a的按压而发生弹性变形。与之相对,配置于上侧部件10的弹性膜100不变形。
如图20所示,当上侧部件10的突条部22的前端部下降至比小指302a的上端部的位置低的位置时,弹性膜100因小指302a的存在而发生弹性变形。在弹性膜100,也以防滑部件24为基准,仅位于小指302a的方向的部分发生弹性变形。
当上侧部件10进一步下降时,如图21所示,突条部22进入槽部38c,将弹性膜100及弹性膜102夹在突条部22的前端部与熔敷用热线38a及切割用热线38b之间,而且成为按压的状态(加压状态)。此时,下侧部件30的接触传感器42a和上侧部件10的接触感知用部件42b接触。即利用接触传感器42a,能够判断是否达到加压状态。
当在图21的状态下经过预定时间t1时,如图22所示,弹性膜100及弹性膜102被切割用热线38b切割。此时,形成手套的弹性膜100a及弹性膜102a利用熔敷用热线38a的加热而互相熔敷。
当从图21的状态经过预定时间时,成为图22的状态,当成为图22的状态时,如图23所示,上侧部件10上升。此时,停止对熔敷用热线38a及切割用热线38b的电力供给。当上侧部件10上升时,弹性膜100a及102a从加压状态解放,成为能够自由变形的状态。在加压状态下,如图24(a)的箭头B1~B4所示,在弹性膜100a及弹性膜102a作用有弹性恢复力。当上侧部件10上升时,加压撞他消除,弹性膜100a及弹性膜102a成为能够自由变形的状态,因此如图24(b)所示地,利用弹性恢复力,变形成与小指302a紧贴。
接下来,参照图25及图26的流程图,概括装置1的手套的制造穿戴方法。使用者在上侧部件10配置弹性膜100,在下侧部件30配置弹性膜102(图25的步骤ST1),按压电源开关70,启动装置1。然后,当利用显示装置16的显示确认完成了熔敷用热线38a及切割用热线38b的加热的准备时,分别将两手从弹性膜102的上侧配置于下侧部件30的两个下沉部36(步骤ST2)。于是,下侧的弹性膜102发生变形(步骤ST3)。
然后,当使用者按压操作开关40时,装置1使上侧部件10下降(步骤ST4)。步骤ST4是移动步骤的一例。当上侧部件10下降时,配置于上侧部件10的弹性膜100与手背侧接触(步骤ST5),发生变形(步骤ST6)。然后,上侧部件10和下侧部件30接触(步骤ST7),利用突条部22和熔敷用热线38a及切割用热线38b,对弹性膜100及102进行加压并加热(步骤ST8)。步骤ST8是熔敷切割步骤的一例。
当装置1判断为经过了熔敷及切割所需的充分的预定时间t1时(步骤ST9),使上侧部件10上升(步骤ST10)。在经过了预定时间t1的阶段,弹性膜100及102被切割成手的形状的轮廓,且被熔敷。
然后,当使用者从下侧部件30取出手时,弹性膜100及102收缩(步骤ST11),与手紧贴(步骤ST12),制造且穿戴手套(步骤ST13)。
第二实施方式
使用图27,对第二实施方式进行说明。此外,对于与第一实施方式共通的事项省略说明。在第二实施方式中,装置1的结构与第一实施方式相同,但是弹性膜100的弹性恢复力比弹性膜102的弹性恢复力大。因此,在完成了弹性膜100及102的熔敷及切割步骤之后,如图27(a)所示,对弹性膜100a作用相对大的弹性恢复力B1+及B2+,对弹性膜102a作用相对小的弹性恢复力B3及B4。
当从加压状态释放弹性膜100a及102a,成为能够自由变形的状态时,如图27(b)所示,弹性膜100a及102b以紧贴小指302a的方式变形,但是,因为弹性膜100a的弹性恢复力比弹性膜102a的弹性恢复力大,所以弹性膜100a与102a的连接部S在小指302a向上侧、即指背侧(在手指存在指甲的一侧)移动。手的作业大致通过指腹侧(在手指存在指纹的一侧)接触物来实施,但是通过连续部S向指背侧移动,从而能够防止连接部S成为利用指腹侧进行的作业的障碍。
而且,利用弹性膜100a与弹性膜102a之间的弹性恢复力的差异,弹性膜100a与弹性膜102a的熔敷部S1如图27(b)所示地向弹性膜100a侧、即小指302a的背侧弯曲。由此,能够更有效地防止熔敷部S1的存在成为在使用者的小指302a的腹侧实施的作业的障碍。
第三实施方式
参照图28至图33,对第三实施方式进行说明。此外,对于与第一实施方式共通的事项省略说明。如图28所示,在装置1A的上侧部件10配置有用于将外部的空气获取到上侧部件10内的空气吸入口26。当从下侧部件30的方向观察上侧部件10的下表面10d时,如图29所示,在下沉部20内配置有送风装置27及网状的发热部件28。
发热部件28例如由镍铬合金线构成。送风装置27是具有多个叶片的风扇连接于马达的旋转轴而成的构造。图30是表示空气吸入口26、送风装置27以及发热部件28的位置关系的概要图。如图30所示,当送风装置27的叶片旋转时,经由空气吸入口26,如箭头Y1所示地从外部获取空气,通过发热中的发热部件28而被加热,成为温度高的空气,如箭头Y2所示,输送至下方向。在装置1A中,弹性膜100使用具有热收缩性的膜(以下,称为“热收缩性膜”。)。热收缩性膜的材料例如为聚氯乙烯(polyvinylcholoride)、聚苯乙烯、聚对酞酸乙二酯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚烯烃。弹性膜100形成为由这些材料形成的单层、或者组合其它弹性膜而成的多层。其它弹性膜例如为低密度聚乙烯膜(low density polyethelenefilms)、未拉伸聚丙烯膜(cast polypropylene films)、拉伸聚丙烯膜(orientedpolypropylene films)、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物膜(ethylene-vinylacetateco polymerfilms)等。为了确保弹性膜100与弹性膜102的熔敷性,选择双方的弹性膜的材料、调整多层构造的结构等。
如图31所示,装置1A具有送风马达部218及空气加热部220。送风马达部218控制送风装置27的马达的旋转。空气加热部220控制对发热部件28的电力供给。
接下来,参照图32,对装置1A的手套的制造穿戴方法进行说明。在弹性膜100及弹性膜102的熔敷及切割步骤之前,由于与第一实施方式相同,因此省略说明。当弹性膜100及弹性膜102的熔敷及切割完成时,装置1A使上侧部件10上升,对弹性膜100输送加热了的空气(图32的步骤ST101)。弹性膜100是热收缩膜,因此进行热收缩(步骤ST102)。于是,弹性膜100与弹性膜102的连接部S向上方移动(步骤ST103),并且弹性膜100和弹性膜102紧贴手(步骤ST12),完成手套(步骤ST13)。
在弹性膜100及102的熔敷、切割步骤完成之后,如图33(a)所示,在弹性膜100a作用有弹性恢复力B1及B2,在弹性膜102a作用有弹性恢复力B3及B4。
在上侧部件10上升的阶段,当加热后的空气碰到弹性膜100a时,在弹性膜100a还作用收缩力B1α及B2α。于是,如图33(b)所示,虽然弹性膜100a及102b以紧贴小指302a的方式变形,但是,因为在弹性膜100a除了作用弹性恢复力B1及B2外,还作用收缩力B1α及B2α,因此弹性膜100a与102a的连接部在小指302a向上侧、即指背侧移动。手的作业大致通过指腹侧接触物来实施,但是通过连接部S向指背侧移动,从而能够防止连接部S成为由指腹侧进行的作业的障碍。
而且,弹性膜100a具有热收缩性,从而弹性膜100a与弹性膜102a的熔敷部S1如图33(b)所示地向弹性膜100a侧、即小指302a的背侧弯曲。由此,能够更有效地防止熔敷部S1的存在成为在使用者的小指302a的腹侧实施的作业的障碍。
第四实施方式
参照图34及图35,对第四实施方式进行说明。此外,对于与第一实施方式共通的事项,省略说明。在第四实施方式中,如图34及图35所示,膜保持件12及膜保持件32分别配置于上侧部件10的侧面10c及下侧部件30的侧面30c。然后,沿从右向左的方向(箭头C1方向)抽出弹性膜100及弹性膜102,且分别配置于上侧部件10的面10d及下侧部件30的面30a上。
第五实施方式
参照图36,对第五实施方式进行说明。此外,对于与第一实施方式共通的事项,省略说明。
在第五实施方式中,下沉部36由基底部分36A和指尖部分36B构成,熔敷切割部38由基底熔敷切割部38A及指尖熔敷切割38B构成。基底部分36A和基底熔敷切割部38A一体构成,指尖部分36B和指尖熔敷切割部38B一体构成。如图36(a)及(b)所示,下沉部36的指尖部分36B相对于基底部分36A能够在箭头D1方向上移动。即,能够根据个人的手指的长度调整由基底部分36A和指尖部分36B构成的手指部分的长度。在指尖部分36B的前端的外侧部配置有弹簧36C,以使基底部分38A和指尖部分36B的长度成为最低限度的状态的方式施力。
此外,上侧部件的下沉部20也能够进行形状的调整,以使与下侧部件36的下沉部36的形状一致。
第六实施方式
参照图37及图38,对第六实施方式进行说明。此外,对于与第三实施方式共通的事项,省略说明。在第六实施方式的装置1C中,在下沉部36配置有操作开关40及操作开关41。在配置使用者的右手的下沉部36,在食指对应部配置有用于使上侧部件10升降的操作开关40。在下沉部36,在中指对应部配置有用于控制送风装置27及发热部件28的操作开关41。
当装置1C达到加压状态并经过预定时间t1时,在显示装置16例如显示“熔敷切割完成,请实施送风”这样的指示将加热后的空气吹向弹性膜100a的操作的字符串。使用者识别该字符串,按压操作开关41,使送风装置27及发热部件28工作。
第七实施方式
对第七实施方式进行说明。对于,对于与第一实施方式共通的事项,省略说明。在第七实施方式中,装置1在按压启动开关70后,当根据温度传感器部210接收到的信号而判断为熔敷用热线38a的发热达到了熔敷准备温度Pm1、切割用热线38b的发热达到了切割准备温度Pc1时,在显示装置16例如显示“成为能够使用的温度”这样的表示准备完成的字符串。熔敷准备温度Pm1是比作为能够熔敷弹性膜100和弹性膜102的温度的熔敷温度Pm2低的温度,例如,是熔敷温度Pm2的50%的温度。切割准备温度Pc1是比作为能够切割弹性膜100和弹性膜102的温度的切割温度Pc2低的温度,例如,是切割温度Pc2的50%的温度。
使用者按压操作开关40,上侧部件10下降,当上下部件接触传感器部212接收表示接触传感器42a(参照图5)与配置于上侧部件10的接触感知用部件42b(参照图8)的接触的信号时,装置1使熔敷用热线38a的发热温度上升至熔敷温度Pm2,使切割用热线38b的发热温度上升至切割温度Pc2。计时器部214计量达到熔敷温度Pm2及切割温度Pc2后的经过时间。当经过时间经过预定时间t1时,装置1使上侧部件10上升。
此外,本发明的手套制造穿戴装置不限于上述实施方式,在不脱离本发明的宗旨的范围内能够添加各种变更。例如,在第三实施方式中,可以用热收缩性膜形成弹性膜100和弹性膜102双方。而且,通过使弹性膜100的弹性恢复力比弹性膜102的弹性恢复力大,或者将弹性膜100的热收缩率形成为比弹性膜102的热收缩率大,从而能够得到连接部S向指背侧移动的效果。

Claims (5)

1.一种手套制造穿戴装置,其中,具有:
配置第一弹性膜的第一部件;
配置第二弹性膜的第二部件;
在将使用者的手夹在上述第一弹性膜与上述第二弹性膜之间的状态下,在上述手的轮廓的外侧的位置,即第一外侧位置,熔敷上述第一弹性膜和上述第二弹性膜的熔敷单元;以及
在上述第一外侧位置的再外侧的位置即第二外侧位置,切割上述第一弹性膜和上述第二弹性膜的切割单元,
上述熔敷单元具有在摄氏60度至110度的温度范围发热的熔敷用热线,
上述切割单元具有在摄氏80度至150度的温度范围发热的切割用热线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的手套制造穿戴装置,其中,
上述第一弹性膜和上述第二弹性膜在熔敷时以及切割时处于加压状态,从加压状态解放,由此,利用弹性恢复力,变形成与手紧贴。
3.根据权利要求1所述的手套制造穿戴装置,其中,
上述手套制造穿戴装置具有对空气进行加热的加热单元和输送加热了的空气的送风单元,
上述第一弹性膜和上述第二弹性膜具有热收缩性。
4.一种手套,其为由权利要求1所述的手套制造穿戴装置制造出的手套。
5.一种手套制造穿戴方法,其中,具有:
熔敷步骤,使用配置第一弹性膜的第一部件和配置第二弹性膜的第二部件,在将使用者的手夹在上述第一弹性膜与上述第二弹性膜之间的状态下,在上述手的轮廓的外侧的位置,即第一外侧位置,熔敷上述第一弹性膜和上述第二弹性膜;以及
切割步骤,在上述第一外侧位置的再外侧的位置即第二外侧位置,切割上述第一弹性膜和上述第二弹性膜,
在上述熔敷步骤中,利用在摄氏60度至110度的温度范围发热的熔敷用热线进行熔敷,
在上述切割步骤中,利用在摄氏80度至150度的温度范围发热的切割用热线进行切割。
