Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of clitocybe maxima cultivation, in particular to a cultivation bag material for improving yield and quality of clitocybe maxima and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Clitocybe maxima (Clitoeybe maxima) also known as Gaster Sus Domestica and clitocybe maxima, belongs to Basidiomycetes, Agaricales, Tricholomataceae, clitocybe, and is a new rare edible fungus species successfully domesticated and cultivated in recent years. The fruiting body has crisp, tender and delicious taste, the amino acid content in the pileus is about 17 percent of dry matter, wherein 8 kinds of essential amino acid for human body account for 45 percent of the total amount of the amino acid, which is higher than that of common edible fungi, in addition, the pileus also contains a plurality of microelements beneficial to human body, such as cobalt, barium, copper, zinc, phosphorus, iron, calcium and the like, wherein most elements have important functions of irreplaceable other elements in the aspects of regulating the nutrition balance of human body, promoting metabolism, providing functions and the like.
At present, clitocybe maxima is generally cultivated by taking bagged clinker obtained by composting and fermenting cottonseed hulls, sawdust or straws as a main material and adding some raw materials such as excrement, bran and the like, although the cost is low, the nutritional ingredients are low, and the produced clitocybe maxima is small in size, thin in leaves, light in weight, slow in growth and poor in disease resistance, so that the yield and the nutritional value of the clitocybe maxima are greatly reduced.
