背景技术
角形固定件已知被用于固定例如在一面墙上的架子板或用于特别是以一定角度把板状构件彼此固定的场合。这些已知的角形固定件具有成角度的并基本相同的两个支臂,它们之间通常成90°。
发明内容
本发明的任务是提供一种多用途的角形固定件。
根据本发明,如此完成该任务,即本发明的角形固定件具有两个可相对转动并固定的支臂并且这两个支臂基本上是相同的,其中这两个支臂具有在它们的宽度范围内保持不变的纵截面,其中,该角形固定件的两个支臂具有从其上呈弧形伸出的多个舌板,这些舌板交错接合和/或相互贴靠在一起并且引导两个支臂可相互转动。
根据这个实施形式,由于角形固定件的两支臂具有一个在宽度上其形状和尺寸相同的纵向截面,因此支臂可通过一个连续拉伸或挤压工艺以异型钢条方式制出,然后从上切断出支臂。支臂并因而角形固定件可以这种经济的方式被生产出来。
根据本发明的角形固定件具有两个支臂,支臂的角度设置可以通过转动支臂来调整。本发明的角形固定件的支臂被调整到可偏离通常的90°的角度上。为了保持一个调整好的角度不变,该角形固定件的支臂相互之间可以固定。这种按照本发明的角形固定件有这样的优点,即它可以使两部分的固定工作在一个可调整的及从而角度可选择的情况下进行。
本发明角形固定件的两个支臂相互间基本上一样,这就使不同部件的数目减至一个,即结构相同的支臂,从而降低了复杂性及制造成本。所定义的“基本上一样”不排除两个支臂之间有较小的差别,例如在两个支臂的其中一个只有螺纹,这并不超越本发明的保护范围。

具体实施方式
如图所示,根据本发明的角形固定件10由两个支臂12组成。这两个支臂12是由金属,例如铝合金,在一个拉伸工艺中以异型钢条的方式制出并从其上切下。该两支臂因而结构相同,并且在整个宽度方向具有一个相同的纵截面,它们在图2所示的支臂12的侧视图中叠合在一起。
在每个支臂12中设置有一个用于把角形固定件10和两个未示出部件旋紧固定的长孔14,该两部件就通过这角形固定件以一定的角度相互连在一起。
从每个支臂12伸出有三个弧形舌板16,18,20,这些舌板均从同一侧伸出,并与支臂12整体形成。第一舌板16设在支臂12的端部。在第一舌板16和第二舌板18之间形成一个间隙,其宽度对应于这二个舌板16,18的厚度。在支臂12上的第三舌板20设置成与其它两个舌板16,18有更大的距离。所有三个舌板16,18,20沿圆周方向延伸过小于四分之一的圆弧。在所示的实施例中,三个舌板16,18,20延伸了大约70°至略小于90°之间的一个圆周角。
在一个支臂12的第三舌板20设有沿周向延伸的长孔22,而在另一个支臂12的第三舌板12上则开有一个螺纹孔24。根据本发明,该两支臂12以下述方式被相互间按一定角度组装成角形固定件10,即一个支臂12上的第一舌板16位于另一支臂12的第一和第二舌板16,18之间(反过来布置也行),且该另一支臂12的第二舌板18位于该前一支臂12的第一和第二舌板16,18之间。两个第三舌板20则相互贴靠在一起。两支臂12能相互转动,从而它们之间的相对角位也可以变化。其中两支臂12中的以一个位于另一个中的方式布置的第一和第二舌板16,18与以一个与另一个相靠方式布置的第三舌板20可作相对的位移。一固定螺丝26穿过一个支臂12的第三舌板20上的长孔,并拧入另一个支臂12的第三舌板20上的螺纹孔24。通过上紧该固定螺丝,两第三舌板20相互夹紧在一起,从而支臂12相互之间以一定角位关系固定起来。根据本发明,角形固定件10的两支臂12之间的角度可以调整,且该两支臂12可以预定的角度位置被锁定。
