Abstract

一种用于抽屉的抽拉导向配件，在抽屉的两侧分别具有一个抽屉侧的抽拉导轨(6)和一个柜体侧的支承导轨(4)。该配件设有一个用作旋转阻尼器(20)的(液体)摩擦阻尼器。在支承导轨(4)和抽拉导轨(6)之间可滑移地设置有一个中间导轨(5)。抽拉导轨(6)装进抽屉边框(3)里并且固定在其中。安装在抽拉导轨(6)或抽屉边框(3)上的(液体)摩擦阻尼器具有一个小齿轮(10)，该小齿轮与一个相对于抽拉导轨(6)、抽屉边框(3)和支承导轨(4)可移动的滑架(8)的齿条面(16)啮合。设有一个位于支承导轨(4)上的用于该滑架(8)的止挡(11)。

Description

抽屉的抽拉导向配件
本发明涉及一种用于抽屉的抽拉导向配件，在抽屉的两侧分别具有一个抽屉侧的抽拉导轨和一个柜体侧的支承导轨，同时设有一个作为旋转阻尼器的(液体)摩擦阻尼器，必要时在支承导轨和抽拉导轨之间可滑移地设置有一个中间导轨，最好是将抽拉导轨装入抽屉边框并且固定在里面。
由GB 2 245 158 A已知有一种用于抽屉的抽拉导向配件，带有一个拉入装置和一个作为旋转阻尼器的(液体)摩擦阻尼器。该摩擦阻尼器设置在一个滑座里，该滑座在抽屉的后部滑移区域可与该抽屉接合。
本发明的目的在于，对开头提及的这种抽拉导向配件作如下改进，使旋转阻尼器可以成为整体安置在抽屉里，从而使旋转阻尼器也可和抽屉一起装入柜体里。
按照本发明通过下述方法实现了这一目的，即将旋转阻尼器安装在抽拉导轨或抽屉边框上，而且设有一个小齿轮，它与一个相对于抽拉导轨、抽屉边框和支承导轨可移动的滑架的齿条面啮合，同时最好在支承导轨上设有一个柜体侧的用于该滑架的止挡。
下面根据附图的图形来说明本发明的一个实施例。
图1表示一个带有抽屉的柜体立体示意图，抽屉位于不同的位置，其中柜体的一个侧壁是移开的。
图2表示该柜体的侧视图。
图3表示一个柜体的剖视示意图和重叠放置的抽屉的抽屉边框纵向剖面图。
图4表示一个抽屉边框的一个纵向剖面图。
图5表示按图4中A-A的一个剖面图。
图6表示阻尼器互相拆分开来的部件和抽拉导轨视图。
抽屉2在一个柜体1中通过按照本发明的抽拉导向配件而可滑移地被引导。
抽屉两侧均具有一个抽屉边框3，抽屉边框覆盖抽拉导向配件的导轨4、5、6一直到支承导轨4的固定腰条板4’上。同样按照本发明的阻尼装置14被该抽屉边框罩盖。
在抽拉导轨6上固定着一个箱壳体7，一个市场上通用的最好带有空行程的旋转阻尼器20安装在箱壳体内。旋转阻尼器20的轴上安置有一个小齿轮10。
箱壳体7设有一个侧切的槽15，一个滑架8可水平滑移地置于其内。滑架8设有一个与小齿轮10相啮合的齿条面16。一个拉力弹簧12一端固定在滑架8上，另一端固定在箱壳体7上。
滑架8还具有一个滑架止挡9，它通过一个切口13伸进抽拉导轨6内。在支承导轨4或在其固定腰条板4’上，设有一个用于滑架8的柜侧定位装置11。
打开一个抽屉2时，拉力弹簧12将滑架8拉到阻尼位置。当关闭抽屉2时，滑架止挡9碰到柜侧定位装置11上，这样滑架8和柜体导轨4之间就不再发生相对移动。而抽拉导轨6和箱壳体7一起继续向后移动，使在齿条面16上滚动的小齿轮10旋转。由此箱壳体7内的旋转阻尼器就起作用。
按照本发明的抽拉导向配件也可以设置一个象EP0391221B1中举例描述的那种，抽屉拉入装置。为此拉入装置的弹簧必须总是比拉力弹簧12弹力大，以确保抽屉2可靠地关闭。
打开抽屉2时，滑架8通过拉力弹簧12的作用又回到起始位置，即阻尼位置。
本实施例中表示的是带有位于抽拉导轨6和支承导轨4之间的中间导轨5的一个全套抽拉装置。然而按照本发明的阻尼器也可应用于一个单一抽拉装置。

Claims (12)

1.用于抽屉的抽拉导向配件，在抽屉的两侧分别带有一个抽屉侧的抽拉导轨和一个柜体侧的支承导轨，其中设有一个带一作为旋转阻尼器构成的摩擦阻尼器的阻尼装置，其特征在于，所述旋转阻尼器(20)安装在抽屉侧，并且具有一个小齿轮(10)，该小齿轮与一个相对于抽拉导轨(6)和支承导轨(4)可移动的滑架(8)的齿条面(16)相啮合，所述滑架在阻尼位置通过一弹簧拉动；同时设置有滑架(8)的一个柜体侧的定位装置(11)，所述定位装置在抽屉的后面插入区内止动所述滑架(8)，这样，当抽拉导轨(6)相对于滑架(8)移动时，所述小齿轮(10)就在齿条面(16)上滚动。
2.按照权利要求1所述的抽拉导向配件，其特征在于，所述旋转阻尼器(20)安装在抽拉导轨(6)上。
3.按照权利要求1所述的抽拉导向配件，其特征在于，所述抽拉导轨(6)装入到一个抽屉边框(3)中并在所述抽屉边框中固定。
4.按照权利要求1所述的抽拉导向配件，其特征在于，所述带旋转阻尼器(20)的阻尼装置(14)由一个抽屉边框(3)罩盖。
5.按照权利要求3所述的抽拉导向配件，其特征在于，所述抽拉导轨(6)和旋转阻尼器(20)设置在抽屉边框(3)内部。
6.按照权利要求1所述的抽拉导向配件，其特征在于，所述柜体侧的定位装置(11)位于所述支承导轨(4)上。
7.按照权利要求1所述的抽拉导向配件，其特征在于，所述旋转阻尼器(20)设置在一个由抽屉边框(3)罩盖的箱壳体(7)里。
8.按照权利要求1所述的抽拉导向配件，其特征在于，所述滑架(8)受一个弹簧的作用。
9.按照权利要求1所述的抽拉导向配件，其特征在于，所述滑架(8)可滑移地支承在一个箱壳体(7)内。
10.按照权利要求8所述的抽拉导向配件，其特征在于，所述滑架(8)可滑移地支承在一个箱壳体(7)内。
11.按照权利要求10所述的抽拉导向配件，其特征在于，所述弹簧是一个固定在滑架(8)和箱壳体(7)上的拉力弹簧(12)。
12.按照权利要求1所述的抽拉导向配件，其特征在于，在支承导轨(4)和抽拉导轨(6)之间可滑移地设置一个中间导轨(5)。
