本发明涉及面料的技术领域,特别是涉及一种应用静电纺纳米纤维的防水透气面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
防水透气面料是一种新型的纺织面料,其成份由的高分子防水透气材料与布料复合而成,它被广泛应用于户外服饰、登山服、风衣、雨衣、鞋帽手套、防寒夹克、体育用品、医疗设备等,且被逐步应用于时尚服饰;现有的防水透气面料舒适性较低,吸湿性较差,防水透气面料的使用效果较差。

为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种增加防水透气面料的使用效果,增加防水透气面料的舒适性,增加防水透气面料的防水透气效果,提高实用性的应用静电纺纳米纤维的防水透气面料及其制备方法。
本发明的一种应用静电纺纳米纤维的防水透气面料及其制备方法,包括排汗内里层、吸湿层、防静电层、功能纤维层、抗菌层、防水透气薄膜、保护层和面料外层,所述吸湿层的底端与排汗内里层的顶端连接,所述防静电层的底端与吸湿层的顶端连接,所述功能纤维层的底端与防静电层的顶端连接,所述抗菌层的底端与功能纤维层的顶端连接,所述防水透气薄膜敷设在抗菌层的顶端,所述保护层的底端与防水透气薄膜的顶端连接,所述面料外层的底端与保护层的顶端连接。
本发明的一种应用静电纺纳米纤维的防水透气面料及其制备方法,所述面料外层的外层喷涂驱蚊涂料。
本发明的一种应用静电纺纳米纤维的防水透气面料及其制备方法,所述防水透气薄膜的材质采用热塑性聚氨酯橡胶。
本发明的一种应用静电纺纳米纤维的防水透气面料及其制备方法,所述防静电层的材质采用导电纤维。
本发明的一种应用静电纺纳米纤维的防水透气面料及其制备方法,所述抗菌层的材质采用银离子抗菌纤维。

本发明的一种应用静电纺纳米纤维的防水透气面料及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、吸湿层通过粘结胶敷设在排汗内里层的内侧一端;
S2、防静电层通过粘胶剂贴附在吸湿层上;
S3、高分子流体静电雾化后固化形成功能纤维层,功能纤维层贴附在防静电层上;
S4、化学纤维纺丝的过程中添加抗菌剂,通过静电纺丝形成抗菌纤维,抗菌纤维贴附在功能纤维层上;
S5、防水透气薄膜加热后铺设在抗菌纤维上,同时保护层铺设在防水透气膜上,通过防水透气膜将保护层和抗菌层粘结在一起;
S6、面料外层通过粘结胶粘结在保护层上,之后通过辊压机对防水透气面料进行热压料处理。
本发明的一种应用静电纺纳米纤维的防水透气面料及其制备方法,粘结胶采用热塑型树脂粘胶剂。
与现有技术相比本发明的有益效果为:
排汗内里层具有排汗除湿的作用,增加防水透气面料的舒适性,吸湿层起吸潮的作用,防静电层对防水透气面料的起防静电的作用,功能纤维层增加防水透气面料的防水和透气的效果,增加防水透气面料的使用效果,抗菌层起抗菌的作用,设置防水透气薄膜,增加防水透气面料的防水性,保护层对防水透气面料起保护作用,面料外层处于防水透气面料的外侧,面料外层对防水透气面料起防护作用,增加防水透气面料的使用效果,增加防水透气面料的舒适性,增加防水透气面料的防水透气效果,提高实用性。

S5、防水透气薄膜加热后铺设在抗菌纤维上,同时保护层铺设在防水透气膜上,通过防水透气膜将保护层和抗菌层粘结在一起;
S6、面料外层通过粘结胶粘结在保护层上,之后通过辊压机对防水透气面料进行热压料处理。
