Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of masks, in particular to a graphene mask with a magnetic therapy function and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The graphene mask is a mask prepared by taking a mask cloth made of a graphene material as a carrier and uniformly distributing essence on the mask cloth. The graphene mask not only can bear more essence and is lighter and thinner, but also has a unique porous structure and has stronger adsorption capacity. The membrane cloth made of the graphene is an important carrier, and when different essences are added, the graphene membrane with the effects of moisturizing, whitening, repairing, cleaning, acne removal and the like can be correspondingly manufactured.
In recent years, skin microecological balance has become a hot topic. With the continuous and deep understanding of skin micro-ecology, researchers in the cosmetic industry have met with great opportunities and challenges. Skin microecology becomes a gold key for opening the door for maintaining skin health. Whether the world of cosmetics deposited for many years is huge, or the emerging world is very beautiful, the application of the cosmetic to research the skin micro-ecology by the quick horse whip is carried out.
Skin can also be seen as an ecosystem, cells that are active in the epidermis of the skin, such as keratinocytes, melanocytes, langerhans cells, etc. together constitute a diversity of skin cells; there are also ecological systems composed of various microorganisms and various secretions, which together maintain the skin microecological balance. With the increasing attention of people to skin microecology balance, new requirements are also put forward on the mask, and the mask is expected to have the effect of balancing the skin microecology and finally delay the aging of the skin.
The raw material efficacy of skin care products is known, and the corresponding raw materials of skin care products are selected and added according to the conventional idea 'which efficacy is required'. However, in practice, the skin care product system is complex, the efficacy of the raw materials is only the basis choice when designing the formulation, and more importantly, how to combine the different efficacy components into a stable skin care product system, so that the components for maintaining the skin cuticle, diminishing inflammation and activating the skin achieve the mutual synergistic effect.
In view of the above related art, the inventors consider that in the process of preparing the graphene mask, as different types of functional components are added, the components and the proportion can both affect the stability of the graphene mask, even the different functional components conflict with each other, so that the capability of balancing the skin microecology of the graphene mask is reduced. Therefore, the multifunctional graphene mask for consumers to select on the market is not a lot, and there is room for improvement.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to enable the graphene mask to have the effects of maintaining the skin cuticle, diminishing inflammation and activating the skin, the application provides the graphene mask with the magnetic therapy function and a preparation method of the graphene mask.
In a first aspect, the present application provides a graphene mask with a magnetic therapy function, which adopts the following technical scheme:
the graphene mask with the magnetic therapy function comprises graphene cloth, magnets distributed in the graphene cloth according to acupuncture points and essence attached to the graphene cloth, wherein the magnets are processed on the graphene cloth in a silk-screen mode;
the essence comprises the following components in parts by weight:
30-60 parts of water;
1-3 parts of a thickening agent;
0.5-0.9 part of emulsifying agent;
0.8-2 parts of skin-activating agent;
1.5-3 parts of anti-inflammatory agent;
2-5 parts of a stratum corneum repairing agent;
the skin-activating agent is prepared from an extract of the dragon's blood and an extract of the suberect spatholobus stem according to a proportion of 1: the anti-inflammatory agent is prepared by mixing pagodatree flower extract, arnica extract and fingered citron extract according to the mass ratio of 1: (0.8-1.3): mixing the components (2-3) according to the mass ratio; the horny layer repairing agent is prepared from a fucus extract and sodium hyaluronate according to a ratio of 1: and (2-4) by mass ratio.
Preferably, the essence comprises the following components in parts by weight:
40-55 parts of water;
1-2.5 parts of thickener;
0.6-0.7 part of emulsifying agent;
1.0 to 1.2 portions of skin-activating agent;
1.8-2.2 parts of anti-inflammatory agent;
3-4 parts of a stratum corneum repairing agent.
Inflammatory factors secreted by skin under the stimulation of microorganisms on the surface of the skin cause a series of reactions such as expansion of facial channels and collaterals, generation of new capillary facial channels and collaterals, red blood streaks on the surface of the skin, increase of the loss rate of water through epidermis, decrease of the water retention of the skin, and damage of the skin cuticle; in the scheme of the application, the pagodatree flower extract, the arnica extract and the fingered citron extract are matched in a specific proportion to serve as an anti-inflammatory agent, so that the anti-inflammatory agent has antibacterial and bactericidal effects, the resistance of capillary face channels and collaterals can be enhanced, the kylin extract and the suberect spatholobus stem extract are matched in a specific proportion to serve as a skin activating agent, the skin can be activated, the blood can be nourished, the face channels and collaterals can be dredged, the microcirculation of the skin can be improved, and cells can be enabled to obtain sufficient blood oxygen, moisture and nutrition so as to enable the cells to recover activity. However, in the research process, the fact that the anti-inflammatory agent and the skin-activating agent are added simultaneously increases the red blood streaks of the face, which indicates that the two are mutually inhibited in maintaining the microecological balance of the skin, but the red blood streaks of the face are effectively relieved after the components of the horny layer containing the sodium hyaluronate and the fucus extract are added in a specific proportion, which indicates that the inhibition effect between the anti-inflammatory agent and the skin-activating agent in improving the microcirculation of the skin is relieved by the components of the horny layer, and the three agents are mixed in a specific proportion, so that the skin is well balanced among the horny layer, microorganisms on the skin surface and the meridians of the face, and the red blood streaks of the skin are reduced and the better skin state can be maintained.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the skin activating agent, the anti-inflammatory agent and the stratum corneum repairing agent is 1: (1.6-1.7): 2.5.
more preferably, the mass ratio of the skin activating agent, the anti-inflammatory agent and the stratum corneum repairing agent is 1:1.64:2.5.
because the selection of the above agents and proportions has set a foundation for the efficacy of the graphene mask, the efficacy of the graphene mask is generally difficult to further improve by breaking through the limitation of the formulation without adding new components, and in the continuous search of the applicant, it is found that when the skin-activating agent, the anti-inflammatory agent and the stratum corneum repairing agent are combined in the above mass ratio, the barrier of the face, the microorganisms on the skin surface and the meridians of the face are further balanced, the skin-activating effect, the anti-inflammatory effect and the effect of the stratum corneum are further broken through, so that the red blood filaments of the skin are fewer and a better skin state can be maintained.
Preferably, the stratum corneum repairing agent consists of macromolecular sodium hyaluronate with the molecular weight of 1600-1800kDa and micromolecular sodium hyaluronate with the molecular weight of 100-500kDa according to the mass ratio of 1: (3-6) compounding.
The small molecular sodium hyaluronate can permeate into the dermis of the skin, increase blood circulation, improve intermediate metabolism and play a role in the skin, but the capability of preventing moisture evaporation is poor, so that a breathable film is formed on the surface of the skin through the small molecular sodium hyaluronate, the loss of transepidermal moisture is reduced, external bacteria are prevented from further damaging the skin, the large molecular sodium hyaluronate and the small molecular sodium hyaluronate are matched in a specific proportion, so that a graphene mask forms a 'resisting wall' on the surface of the skin, which can prevent external bacteria and dust from disturbing efficacy components to improve the microecological balance of the skin, the repairing effect of the efficacy components is further improved, and the number of facial red blood filaments is further reduced.
Preferably, the graphene mask further comprises the following components in parts by weight:
0.1-0.3 part of white peony root extract;
0.06-0.09 parts of bletilla striata extract.
The white paeony root extract and the bletilla striata extract have whitening effects, and are matched with the skin activating agent, the anti-inflammatory agent and the cuticle repairing agent in a specific proportion, so that a synergistic effect is achieved in whitening and improving the microecological balance of skin, and the graphene mask has a good whitening effect while repairing red blood wires.
In a second aspect, the present application provides a preparation method of a graphene mask with a magnetic therapy function, which adopts the following technical scheme:
step 1), fixing a layer of graphene base cloth, placing magnets on the graphene base cloth according to acupoint distribution, then placing a second layer of graphene base cloth, aligning with the edge of the first layer of graphene base cloth, and bonding the two layers of graphene base cloth by hot pressing to obtain a graphene mask carrier;
step 2), mixing and stirring water, a thickening agent, a skin-activating agent, an anti-inflammatory agent, a stratum corneum repairing agent and an emulsifying agent uniformly to obtain essence;
and 3) soaking the graphene mask carrier in the essence for more than 5 minutes to obtain the graphene mask with the magnetic therapy function.
Preferably, white peony root extract and bletilla striata extract are also added together with the anti-inflammatory agent.
In the preparation process of the graphene mask, the liquid component and the graphene mask carrier are fully soaked, so that the components of the graphene mask are uniform, and the graphene mask with the magnetic therapy function and more stable performance is obtained.
In summary, the present application has the following beneficial effects:
1. because the application adopts the combination of the components of the cuticle of the sodium hyaluronate and the Fucus vesiculosus extract according to the specific proportion, the inhibition effect between the anti-inflammatory agent and the skin activating agent in improving the microcirculation of the skin is relieved, and the three agents are combined according to the specific proportion, so that the skin cuticle, the microorganisms on the skin surface and the meridians and collaterals of the face are well balanced, and the red blood wires of the skin are reduced and the better skin state can be maintained.
2. According to the application, the small molecular sodium hyaluronate and the large molecular sodium hyaluronate are matched according to a specific proportion, so that the graphene mask forms a 'resisting wall' on the surface of the skin for blocking external bacteria and dust to disturb the functional components and improving the microecological balance of the skin, the repairing effect of the functional components is further improved, and the quantity of facial red blood filaments is further reduced.

According to the comparison of the data of comparative examples 1, 2 and comparative example 4 in the table, the MBPU value of comparative example 4 is smaller than that of comparative example 1, the purple override score of comparative example 4 is smaller than that of comparative example 2, which means that only the skin activating agent and the anti-inflammatory agent are added independently, the ingredients in the two components do not have synergistic effect, but inhibit the functions of the two components from each other, so that the skin activating effect and the anti-inflammatory effect of the graphene mask are reduced, the MBPU value and the purple override score of examples 1 and 2 are far greater than those of comparative example 4 through the comparison of the data of examples 1 and 2 and comparative example 4, which means that the skin activating agent, the anti-inflammatory agent and the cuticle repairing agent are added simultaneously, the skin activating effect and the anti-inflammatory effect of the graphene mask are greatly improved through the cooperation of the three components in a specific proportion, and meanwhile, the effect of the cuticle is not affected basically, so that skin cuticle, skin surface microorganisms and skin channels and collaterals are well balanced, red blood filaments of skin are greatly reduced, and skin conditions can be maintained, and anti-aging effects are achieved.
As can be seen from the comparison of the data in table for example 3 and example 1, the MBPU value, the purple excess score, the water loss reduction rate, and the red excess score for example 3 are all greater than for example 1, indicating that the skin-active agent, the anti-inflammatory agent, and the stratum corneum restoration agent are all 1:1.64:2.5, so that the balance state among the skin cuticle, skin surface microorganisms and facial meridians is further broken through, thereby further improving the effect of removing red blood wires of the graphene mask.
From comparison of the data in tables for comparative examples 5-7 with example 1, the data for each aspect of example 1 is superior to comparative examples 5-7, indicating that only skin-active agents were prepared from the extract of kylin and the extract of spatholobus stem at 1: the anti-inflammatory agent is prepared by mixing pagodatree flower extract, arnica extract and fingered citron extract according to the mass ratio of 1: (0.8-1.3): mixing the components (2-3) according to the mass ratio; the horny layer repairing agent is prepared from a fucus extract and sodium hyaluronate according to a ratio of 1: the face micro-ecological balancing agent is prepared by mixing the components in the mass ratio of (2-4), and the finally prepared essence, the graphene mask and the magnetite are combined to realize the face micro-ecological balancing after being soaked, so that the anti-aging effect is achieved.
The present embodiment is merely illustrative of the present application and is not intended to be limiting, and those skilled in the art, after having read the present specification, may make modifications to the present embodiment without creative contribution as required, but is protected by patent laws within the scope of the claims of the present application.
