抗起毛球和耐磨的复合纤维校服的织造方法包括以下步骤:将抗起毛球纱线织造成坯布,然后将坯布浸入由水性聚氨酯40kg、壳聚糖8kg、羟丙基甲基纤维素15kg、水100kg制成的整理液内进行整理10s,捞出后,烘干,上色,得到抗起毛球和耐磨的面料;将抗起毛球和耐磨的面料裁减、缝制后,得到抗起毛球和耐磨的复合纤维校服。按照GB/T 21196.3-2007和GB/T 4802.3-1997中的方法进行耐磨和抗起毛球性能测试,校服在摩擦16351次后破损,起毛起球等级为4级。
实施例3
—种高抗起毛球和高耐磨的复合纤维校服,由抗起毛球和耐磨的面料制成,抗起毛球和耐磨的面料由细度为20tex的抗起毛球纱线织造,抗起毛球纱线原料包括为:28kg的胶粘纤维、17kg木棉纤维和60kg的尼龙纤维,加工步骤为:首先,将胶粘纤维、木棉纤维和尼龙纤维按重量比混合均匀,然后经梳棉、并条、络筒、并纱、捻线工序后,制成原纱线;接着,将原纱线浸入温度为35℃、含6wt%氢氧化钠的水溶液中活化处理40s,然后取出,水洗、烘干,得到活化纱线;最后,将活化纱线穿过由聚乙二醇丙二醇氨基硅氧烷和羧基硅油BY16-880 按质量比1:1混合而成处理液,使活化纱线在处理液内浸泡8s,随后送入轧液机,控制轧液率12wt%,即得到抗起毛球纱线。
抗起毛球和耐磨的复合纤维校服的织造方法包括以下步骤:将抗起毛球纱线织造成坯布,然后将坯布浸入由水性聚氨酯35kg、壳聚糖7kg、羟丙基甲基纤维素12kg、水100kg制成的整理液内进行整理8s,捞出后,烘干,上色,得到抗起毛球和耐磨的面料;将抗起毛球和耐磨的面料裁减、缝制后,得到抗起毛球和耐磨的复合纤维校服。按照GB/T 21196.3-2007和GB/T 4802.3-1997中的方法进行耐磨和抗起毛球性能测试,校服在摩擦17065次后破损,起毛起球等级为5级。

与实施例3的区别在于,加入的羧基硅油BY16-880替换为等质量的聚乙二醇丙二醇氨基硅氧烷;按照GB/T 21196.3-2007和GB/T 4802.3-1997中的方法进行耐磨和抗起毛球性能测试,校服在摩擦14863次后破损,起毛起球等级为3 级。

与实施例3的区别在于,加入的壳聚糖的质量为0;按照GB/T 21196.3-2007 和GB/T 4802.3-1997中的方法进行耐磨和抗起毛球性能测试,校服在摩擦12583 次后破损,起毛起球等级为3级。

与实施例3的区别在于,加入的羟丙基甲基纤维素的质量为0;按照GB/T 21196.3-2007和GB/T 4802.3-1997中的方法进行耐磨和抗起毛球性能测试,校服在摩擦10325次后破损,起毛起球等级为3级。

Claims (6)

1.一种抗起毛球和耐磨的复合纤维校服,由抗起毛球和耐磨的面料制成,其特征在于,抗起毛球和耐磨的面料由抗起毛球纱线织造,所述抗起毛球纱线原料包括重量份为:25-30份的胶粘纤维、15-20份木棉纤维和50-60份的尼龙纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的—种抗起毛球和耐磨的复合纤维校服,其特征在于,所述抗起毛球纱线由以下步骤加工而成:
S1,将胶粘纤维、木棉纤维和尼龙纤维按重量比混合均匀,然后经梳棉、并条、络筒、并纱、捻线工序后,制成原纱线;
S2,将原纱线浸入活化液中活化处理30-45s,然后取出,水洗、烘干,得到活化纱线;
S3,将活化纱线穿过处理液,使活化纱线在处理液内浸泡5-8s,随后送入轧液机,控制轧液率10-15wt%,即得到抗起毛球纱线。
3.根据权利要求2所述的—种抗起毛球和耐磨的复合纤维校服,其特征在于,所述活化液为含5-8wt%氢氧化钠的水溶液,活化液温度为30-35℃。
4.根据权利要求2所述的—种抗起毛球和耐磨的复合纤维校服,其特征在于,所述处理液由聚乙二醇丙二醇氨基硅氧烷和羧基硅油按质量比1:0.8-1.1混合而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的—种抗起毛球和耐磨的复合纤维校服,其特征在于,所述抗起毛球纱线的细度为18-20tex。
6.制备权利要求1-5任意一项所述的抗起毛球和耐磨的复合纤维校服的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将抗起毛球纱线织造成坯布,然后将坯布浸入整理液内进行整理,捞出后,烘干,上色,得到抗起毛球和耐磨的面料,将抗起毛球和耐磨的面料裁减、缝制后,得到抗起毛球和耐磨的复合纤维校服;
其中,整理液由以下重量份的原料制成:水性聚氨酯30-40份、壳聚糖5-8份、羟丙基甲基纤维素10-15份、水100份。
