纺织品是纺织纤维经过加工织造而成的一种产品,中国是世界上最早生产纺织品的国家之一。中国是纺织品生产和出口的大国,中国纺织行业自身经过多年的发展,竞争优势十分明显,具备世界上最完整的产业链,最高的加工配套水平,众多发达的产业集群地应对市场风险的自我调节能力不断增强,给行业保持稳健的发展步伐提供了坚实的保障。随着科学技术的发展、社会的进步及生活水平的提高,纺织品已经从遮体御寒的基本功能延伸到美观、舒适、时尚、保护等功能。人们对生活质量的要求越来越高,对功能性面料的关注度也明显增强。然而现有的织物防水防污的整体效果较差,尤其是洗涤之后效果更差,这些问题很严重地影响了纺织品的发展和应用。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种防污拒水的纺织面料,面料光滑,面料表面的特氟龙涂层防水能力强,防水防污性能优异,透气性能好。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种防污拒水的纺织面料,包括基体面料和处理剂,所述基体面料包括基层、透气层、抗菌层、耐磨层和涂覆层,其中,所述基层位于最里层,其外依次设有透气层、抗菌层、耐磨层和涂覆层,各层之间均采用水性聚氨酯树脂乳液复合固定;将基体面料整理后加入处理剂处理,所述处理剂包括10~22份丙烯酸羟乙酯、5~7份十八烷基氨基丙胺、5~8份异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯。
优选地,所述基层包括第一经纱和第一纬纱,所述第一经纱采用氨纶纤维和棉纤维混合纺织,氨纶纤维和棉纤维的质量比为(6~7):(3~4),所述第一纬纱采用腈纶纤维和棉纤维混合纺织,腈纶纤维和棉纤维的质量比为(6~7):(3~4)。

下面结合附图与具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
实施例1
一种防污拒水的纺织面料,包括基体面料和处理剂,所述基体面料包括基层、透气层、抗菌层、耐磨层和涂覆层,其中,所述基层位于最里层,其外依次设有透气层、抗菌层、耐磨层和涂覆层,各层之间均采用水性聚氨酯树脂乳液复合固定;将基体面料整理后加入处理剂处理,所述处理剂按重量份包括10份丙烯酸羟乙酯、5份十八烷基氨基丙胺、5份异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯。
所述基层包括第一经纱和第一纬纱,所述第一经纱采用氨纶纤维和棉纤维混合纺织,氨纶纤维和棉纤维的质量比为6:4,所述第一纬纱采用腈纶纤维和棉纤维混合纺织,腈纶纤维和棉纤维的质量比为6:4。
所述透气层包括编织成三维网络的第二经纱和第二纬纱,所述第二经纱采用聚酰胺纤维和涤纶纤维混合纺织,聚酰胺纤维和涤纶纤维的质量比为7:3,所述第二纬纱采用氟纶纤维和涤纶纤维混合纺织,氟纶纤维和涤纶纤维的质量比为7:3。
所述抗菌层包括第三经纱和第三纬纱,所述第三经纱采用竹纤维,第三纬纱采用苎麻纤维。
所述耐磨层包括第四经纱和第四纬纱,所述第四经纱采用亚麻纤维和涤纶纤维混合纺织,亚麻纤维和涤纶纤维的质量比为6:4,所述第四纬纱采用丙纶纤维和涤纶纤维混合纺织,丙纶纤维和涤纶纤维的质量比为7:3。
所述涂覆层采用特氟龙涂层,所述特氟龙涂层的厚度为10μm。
通过对所得面料性能进行测试,其SEM图如图1所示,图1中标尺为50μm,由图1可以看出,面料的纤维表层已覆盖有处理剂颗粒。用手触碰面料表面可以明显感觉到光滑手感,面料表面的特氟龙涂层防水能力强,面料经20次水洗后防水等级为90分,防污等级为5级。
实施例2
一种防污拒水的纺织面料,包括基体面料和处理剂,所述基体面料包括基层、透气层、抗菌层、耐磨层和涂覆层,其中,所述基层位于最里层,其外依次设有透气层、抗菌层、耐磨层和涂覆层,各层之间均采用水性聚氨酯树脂乳液复合固定;将基体面料整理后加入处理剂处理,所述处理剂按重量份包括22份丙烯酸羟乙酯、7份十八烷基氨基丙胺、8份异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯。
所述基层包括第一经纱和第一纬纱,所述第一经纱采用氨纶纤维和棉纤维混合纺织,氨纶纤维和棉纤维的质量比为7:3,所述第一纬纱采用腈纶纤维和棉纤维混合纺织,腈纶纤维和棉纤维的质量比为7:3。
所述透气层包括编织成三维网络的第二经纱和第二纬纱,所述第二经纱采用聚酰胺纤维和涤纶纤维混合纺织,聚酰胺纤维和涤纶纤维的质量比为7:3,所述第二纬纱采用氟纶纤维和涤纶纤维混合纺织,氟纶纤维和涤纶纤维的质量比为6:4。
所述抗菌层包括第三经纱和第三纬纱,所述第三经纱采用竹纤维,第三纬纱采用苎麻纤维。
所述耐磨层包括第四经纱和第四纬纱,所述第四经纱采用亚麻纤维和涤纶纤维混合纺织,亚麻纤维和涤纶纤维的质量比为7:3,所述第四纬纱采用丙纶纤维和涤纶纤维混合纺织,丙纶纤维和涤纶纤维的质量比为6:4。
所述涂覆层采用特氟龙涂层,所述特氟龙涂层的厚度为15μm。
通过对所得面料性能进行测试,面料光滑,面料表面的特氟龙涂层防水能力强,面料经20次水洗后防水等级为90分,防污等级为5级。
实施例3
一种防污拒水的纺织面料,包括基体面料和处理剂,所述基体面料包括基层、透气层、抗菌层、耐磨层和涂覆层,其中,所述基层位于最里层,其外依次设有透气层、抗菌层、耐磨层和涂覆层,各层之间均采用水性聚氨酯树脂乳液复合固定;将基体面料整理后加入处理剂处理,所述处理剂按重量份包括15份丙烯酸羟乙酯、6份十八烷基氨基丙胺、7份异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯。
所述基层包括第一经纱和第一纬纱,所述第一经纱采用氨纶纤维和棉纤维混合纺织,氨纶纤维和棉纤维的质量比为7:3,所述第一纬纱采用腈纶纤维和棉纤维混合纺织,腈纶纤维和棉纤维的质量比为6:4。
所述透气层包括编织成三维网络的第二经纱和第二纬纱,所述第二经纱采用聚酰胺纤维和涤纶纤维混合纺织,聚酰胺纤维和涤纶纤维的质量比为6:4,所述第二纬纱采用氟纶纤维和涤纶纤维混合纺织,氟纶纤维和涤纶纤维的质量比为7:3。

1.一种防污拒水的纺织面料,其特征在于,包括基体面料和处理剂,所述基体面料包括基层、透气层、抗菌层、耐磨层和涂覆层,其中,所述基层位于最里层,其外依次设有透气层、抗菌层、耐磨层和涂覆层,各层之间均采用水性聚氨酯树脂乳液复合固定;将基体面料整理后加入处理剂处理,所述处理剂包括10~22份丙烯酸羟乙酯、5~7份十八烷基氨基丙胺、5~8份异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯;
所述基层包括第一经纱和第一纬纱,所述第一经纱采用氨纶纤维和棉纤维混合纺织,氨纶纤维和棉纤维的质量比为(6~7):(3~4),所述第一纬纱采用腈纶纤维和棉纤维混合纺织,腈纶纤维和棉纤维的质量比为(6~7):(3~4);
所述透气层包括编织成三维网络的第二经纱和第二纬纱,所述第二经纱采用聚酰胺纤维和涤纶纤维混合纺织,聚酰胺纤维和涤纶纤维的质量比为(6~7):(3~4),所述第二纬纱采用氟纶纤维和涤纶纤维混合纺织,氟纶纤维和涤纶纤维的质量比为(6~7):(3~4);
所述抗菌层包括第三经纱和第三纬纱,所述第三经纱采用竹纤维,第三纬纱采用苎麻纤维;
所述耐磨层包括第四经纱和第四纬纱,所述第四经纱采用亚麻纤维和涤纶纤维混合纺织,亚麻纤维和涤纶纤维的质量比为(6~7):(3~4),所述第四纬纱采用丙纶纤维和涤纶纤维混合纺织,丙纶纤维和涤纶纤维的质量比为(6~7):(3~4);
