Abstract
本发明涉及婴幼儿配方奶粉,具体涉及一种婴幼儿配方绵羊奶粉。其方案含有如下重量份配比的成分:脂绵羊乳2200‑3000份,绵羊脱盐乳清粉50‑220份,乳糖200‑320份,植物油80‑140份,低聚果糖10‑14份、低聚半乳糖19‑26份、母乳低聚糖25‑40份,DHA(二十二碳六烯酸)3.5‑5份、ARA(花生四烯酸)4.5‑8.5份、维生素4‑6份、矿物质10‑13份。本发明所添加的FOS和GOS益生元组合及一种母乳低聚糖,有助于婴幼儿的肠道健康,促进体内的益生菌的生长和平衡。

技术领域
本发明涉及配方奶粉,具体涉及一种婴幼儿配方绵羊奶粉。
背景技术
母乳含有婴幼儿生长发育的全部营养素,因此现代社会都提倡母乳喂养。但是目前我国的婴幼儿母乳喂养率仅在35%左右,大多数还是要依靠婴幼儿配方奶粉来提供生长发育的营养成分,由于母乳的优越性,婴幼儿配方奶的目前一直是尽量模拟母乳。母乳的成分主要可以分为两大类,营养性成分和功能性成分。营养性成分主要是指为人体提供能量,比如乳糖、脂肪和蛋白质;而功能性成分则是指调节人体免疫机能、参与某些组织的修复的成分,比如,免疫球蛋白、乳铁蛋白、低聚糖、神经节苷脂等。现阶段婴幼儿配方食品在模拟母乳的研究上主要集中于蛋白质、脂肪的结构组成趋于母乳化,而对于功能性成分母乳化的研究则相对较少。对母乳成分生理功能特性的深入了解,有助于更加完善婴儿食品的研制。在制备婴儿配方食品时,不仅要考虑其营养功能,同时也应注重其所具有的生物学意义,这也是婴幼儿食品的一个重要的研究方向。
婴幼儿配方乳粉的发展是以科学为基础的从组成到功能模拟的研发历程,从最初的能量、营养素含量模拟到第二代添加DHA/AA促进神经系统/视力/认知发育,再到现阶段最多的模拟母乳添加结构脂OPO、益生菌+益生元促进肠道功能,提升免疫力的配方,都是主要集中于结构组成母乳化,而对功能性成分母乳化的研究则较少。现有市面上的奶粉的主要缺点:1.配方奶粉中益生元不够母乳化(目前市场上采用的低聚糖都是低聚果糖和低聚半乳糖,并没有精准模拟母乳低聚糖,更没有绵羊奶与母乳低聚糖的结合)。2.市场产品没有特定提高免疫力和肠胃道动力配方,宝宝很容易腹泻,免疫力下降,患有各种疾病(本专利内容结合纯绵羊乳蛋白、母乳低聚糖、益生元组成一款保护宝宝肠胃健康和提高抵抗力的配方)。3.市场上婴幼儿配方乳粉产品大多数是添加牛乳蛋白(包括羊奶粉配方产品),牛奶中的某些蛋白质如α-s1酪蛋白和β- 乳球蛋白是目前公认的过敏原,很容易造成婴幼儿过敏。4.配方不够亲和婴幼儿,不够从整体层面上母乳化。
发明内容
本发明是采用绵羊乳为基础原料开发的新婴幼儿配方奶粉,其方案如下:
一种婴幼儿配方绵羊奶粉,含有如下重量份配比的成分:全脂绵羊乳2200-3000份,绵羊脱盐乳清粉50-220份,乳糖200-320份,植物油 80-140份,低聚果糖10-14份、低聚半乳糖19-26份、母乳低聚糖25-40 份,DHA(二十二碳六烯酸)3.5-5份、ARA(花生四烯酸)4.5-8.5 份、维生素4-6份、矿物质10-13份。
本发明的另一优选方案是,一种婴幼儿配方绵羊奶粉,含有如下重量份配比的成分:全脂绵羊乳2500-2800份,绵羊脱盐乳清粉100-150 份,乳糖240-280份,植物油100-120份,低聚果糖12-13份、低聚半乳糖20-24份、DHA(二十二碳六烯酸)4-4.5份、ARA(花生四烯酸)5-7 份、维生素4-6份、矿物质11-12份。

绵羊奶是一种营养完全的食品,含有丰富的营养成分。绵羊奶的脂肪球颗粒小,中短链脂肪酸含量高更易于被人体消化吸收,另外,绵羊奶还含有丰富的乳钙,天然高含量的叶酸和维生素B12、天然含有更高含量的乳铁蛋白、母乳低聚糖(绵羊奶中天然母乳低聚含量高于牛奶和山羊奶)等,因此绵羊奶具有更多营养,更好消化吸收的优势。而本发明从整体上使绵羊奶粉基本上从营养上和功能上接近母乳。为婴幼儿生长和发育提供了全新的保障方案。
婴幼儿肠胃处于发育阶段,消化吸收及屏障保护等功能尚未健全,过剩营养物质难以消化,吸收消化及自身调节能力较弱,由于食物搭配不科学,引起“上火”。因为婴儿胃肠道发育不够成熟,酶的活性较低,但营养需要相对地多,胃肠道负担重,另外婴儿时期神经、内分泌、循环系统及肝、肾功能发育均未成熟,调节机能较差,很容易产生腹泻。如今,环境不良,滥用抗生素,先天遗传以及婴幼儿本身处于快速生长阶段,6岁以前被称为“生理性免疫功能低下状态”,因此,宝宝抵抗力很差,很容易生病。现在大部分婴幼儿配方产品暂时只停留在追求单个或几个营养素的高含量强化或适宜配比,且大部分婴幼儿配方奶粉 (包括婴幼儿配方羊奶粉)含有牛奶蛋白成分,牛奶中的某些蛋白质如α-s1酪蛋白和β-乳球蛋白是目前公认的过敏原,很容易造成婴幼儿过敏,其他低聚糖和脂肪酸的选择也不够精准,使宝宝免疫力下降,消化不良,上火以及容易腹泻。本发明通过调节FOS和GOS的配比,并且添加一种母乳低聚糖,组成肠道动力组合,有助于婴幼儿的肠道健康,促进体内的益生菌的生长繁殖,改善婴幼儿肠道微生态,母乳低聚糖由于含有和肠道表皮细胞表面受体类似的结构,通过竞争性抑制,直接结合于病原微生物和毒素表面,阻止其与肠道上皮细胞的结合。另一些则结合到消化道粘膜上皮细胞的受体上,阻止病原微生物或毒素与肠道上皮细胞的受体结合,从而防止感染的发生。还有的母乳低聚糖具有滋养功能,通过刺激肠道有益细菌的生长,间接抑制有害细菌。以保持肠道的生态平衡。生物学功能检测其主要表现为:①有利于肠道内双歧杆菌的增殖,本发明喂养的婴幼儿其肠道内双歧杆菌的数量远远高于普通配方食品喂养的婴幼儿;②抑制致病菌的生长,HMO能抑制肺炎链球菌、致肠病性大肠杆菌、单核细胞增多性李斯特氏菌、空肠弯曲杆菌、霍乱弧菌、绿脓假单胞菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓假单胞菌等致病菌的生长,同时对一些病毒和毒素也能起到一定的抑制作用,另外肠道内有益菌(双歧杆菌和乳杆菌)的增殖,会代谢产生乳酸和醋酸降低肠道内pH值,肠道内低的pH值也会抑制致病菌的生长;③可阻碍HIV-1从母体至婴儿的传递母乳内高含量的非3’-唾液酸乳糖HMO能有效保护婴儿免受来自母乳 HIV的感染;④预防坏死性小肠结肠炎(NEC),NEC是早产儿较易发生的一种疾病,且对于早产低体质量婴儿来说其发生率高达10%,实验结果同时也证明婴幼儿配方食品内最常用的低聚半乳糖(GOS)不具有预防NEC的作用,而本发明中的低聚糖(disialyllacto-N-tetraose)具有预防小鼠NEC的作用;⑤低聚糖有预防婴幼儿腹泻的作用,降低婴幼儿腹泻的发生率。

其中,维生素各组分的重量份比例为, 48.95:2.48:3.21:0.15:0.69:0.49:0.003:0.05:0.38:0.11:1.44:0.15 :0.24:0.02:7.96:0.88:25.22:0.98:5.83。
所述矿物质由以下成分混合而成:矿物质预混料:柠檬酸钠、碳酸钙、柠檬酸钾、磷酸三钙、氯化钾、硫酸镁、硫酸亚铁、硫酸锌、亚硒酸钠、硫酸铜、硫酸锰、碘化钾。
其中,矿物质里各成分的重量配比为:22.2:25.1:1.9:1.2:37.1: 7.8:2.3:0.93:0.09:0.71:0.031:0.018。

Claims (7)
1.一种婴幼儿配方绵羊奶粉,其特征在于,含有如下重量份配比的成分:全脂绵羊乳2200-3000份,绵羊脱盐乳清粉50-220份,乳糖200-320份,植物油80-140份,低聚果糖10-14份、低聚半乳糖19-26份、母乳低聚糖25-40份,DHA(二十二碳六烯酸)3.5-5份、ARA(花生四烯酸)4.5-8.5份、维生素4-6份、矿物质10-13份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的婴幼儿配方绵羊奶粉,其特征在于,含有如下重量份配比的成分:全脂绵羊乳2500-2800份,绵羊脱盐乳清粉100-150份,乳糖240-280份,植物油100-120份,低聚果糖12-13份、低聚半乳糖20-24份、DHA(二十二碳六烯酸)4-4.5份、ARA(花生四烯酸)5-7份、维生素4-6份、矿物质11-12份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的婴幼儿配方绵羊奶粉,其特征在于,含有如下重量份配比的成分:全脂绵羊乳2700份,绵羊脱盐乳清粉120份,乳糖260份,植物油110份,低聚果糖12.8份、低聚半乳糖23份、DHA(二十二碳六烯酸)4.4份、ARA(花生四烯酸)6.5份、维生素5份、矿物质11.9份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任意一项权利要求所述的婴幼儿配方绵羊奶粉,其特征在于,所述维生素为以下成分混合而成:L-抗坏血酸钠、肌醇、dl-α-醋酸生育酚、醋酸维生素A、烟酰胺、D-泛酸钙、胆钙化醇、氰钴胺、植物甲萘醌、盐酸硫胺素、核黄素、盐酸吡哆醇、叶酸、D-生物素、牛磺酸、叶黄素、氯化胆碱、L-肉碱、核苷酸。
5.根据权利要求4所述的婴幼儿配方绵羊奶粉,其特征在于,维生素各组分的重量份比例为,48.95:2.48:3.21:0.15:0.69:0.49:0.003:0.05:0.38:0.11:1.44:0.15:0.24:0.02:7.96:0.88:25.22:0.98:5.83。
6.根据权利要求1-3任意一项权利要求所述的婴幼儿配方绵羊奶粉,其特征在于,所述矿物质由以下成分混合而成:矿物质预混料:柠檬酸钠、碳酸钙、柠檬酸钾、磷酸三钙、氯化钾、硫酸镁、硫酸亚铁、硫酸锌、亚硒酸钠、硫酸铜、硫酸锰、碘化钾。
7.根据权利要求6所述的婴幼儿配方绵羊奶粉,其特征在于,所述矿物质里各成分的重量配比为:22.2:25.1:1.9:1.2:37.1:7.8:2.3:0.93:0.09:0.71:0.031:0.018。
