本发明涉及碳带技术领域,尤其涉及一种水性蜡基碳带及其制备方法。
背景技术
碳带是条码打印机使用的耗材,就是在一面涂上蜡基、树脂基或混合油墨的一种聚脂薄膜,在没有油墨的一面涂上润滑剂以防止打印头的磨损,条形码碳带上的油墨在条码打印机打印头的热量和压力作用下,相应的文字和条形码信息转移到标签上,碳带的主要原料包括树脂、油墨、薄膜,生产时,是将树脂和油墨混合均匀用涂布机薄涂到薄膜上生产热转印碳带,热转印碳带在涂布机上生产出来以后是大卷的状态,根据客户需要把大卷分切成小卷,其涂布生产过程中油墨和树脂会挥发,有专门的有机废气收集回收,燃烧,热源供厂区使用,废气处理达标以后排放;
在碳带的生产中,常常用到热熔法:对原材料加热,并用到大量有机溶剂溶解,生产中会产生大量VOC,污染环境,因此,本发明提出一种水性蜡基碳带及其制备方法以解决现有技术中存在的问题。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提出一种水性蜡基碳带及其制备方法,该水性蜡基碳带及其制备方法以水和醇类作溶剂,将石蜡融下缓慢滴入高速搅拌的醇水混合液中,以此制成水性乳化蜡,整个过程中不会产生蜡臭味和VOC,保护环境。
为实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种水性蜡基碳带,包括PET基膜、着色层和耐热层,所述着色层和耐热层分别涂覆在PET基膜的两侧,所述着色层包括如下质量比成份:石蜡65-85份、水性分散剂1-5份、树脂5-15份、颜料9-18份、醇水混合液80-100份、乳化剂3-6份、消泡剂0.3-0.8份、防霉剂1-3份和负离子粉1-3份;所述耐热层包括如下质量比成份:水性有机硅树脂乳液30-50份、纳米二氧化硅2-6份、水15-20份、氧化锆粉末4-6份。

一种水性蜡基碳带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将水和乙醇以1:1的比例获得醇水混合液,保持搅拌;
向醇水混合液中加入乳化剂,在800-2000转/分钟的转速下搅拌1小时,将石蜡熔融,滴入搅拌的液体中,加速搅拌,获得水性乳化蜡;
向水性乳化蜡中加入树脂和消泡剂,保持搅拌进行融合,获得基料;
向基料中添加颜料和水性分散剂,保持搅拌进行融合后,静置10-20分钟,然后添加负离子粉,再次进行搅拌,获得着色层料;
将水性有机硅树脂乳液、纳米二氧化硅共混,再用超声波分散,得到共混树脂;
将共混树脂保持共混速率,向内滴加水,直至溶液呈白色半透明乳液状,再添加氧化锆粉末,保持共混速率混合获得耐热层料;
将着色层料和耐热层料分别涂覆到PET基膜的两侧,烘干成膜。
进一步改进在于:将石蜡在85-120℃的条件下熔融,滴入搅拌的液体中,控制搅拌速度为1000转/分钟,保持搅拌40-50分钟,获得水性乳化蜡。
进一步改进在于:将水性有机硅树脂乳液、纳米二氧化硅共混0.5-1小时,保持共混速度为1500转/分钟,用超声波分散0.5-1小时,得到共混树脂。
进一步改进在于:将共混树脂保持共混速率,向内滴加水,直至溶液呈白色半透明乳液状,再添加氧化锆粉末,保持共混速率混合获得耐热层料;
本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明以水和醇类作溶剂,将石蜡融下缓慢滴入高速搅拌的醇水混合液中,以此制成水性乳化蜡,整个过程中不会产生蜡臭味和VOC,保护环境。
2、本发明利用防霉剂的特点,有利于提高着色层的抗氧化性,延缓变色,通过负离子粉的作用,可以改进空气,进一步减少着色层的污染。
3、本发明利用氧化锆粉末提高涂层的力学性能和抗氧化性,利用纳米二氧化硅提高涂层耐热性能,赋予涂层硬度好、耐磨性高的优点。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明做进一步详述,本实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
实施例一
根据图1、2所示,本实施例提出了一种水性蜡基碳带,包括PET基膜、着色层和耐热层,所述着色层和耐热层分别涂覆在PET基膜的两侧,所述着色层(厚度1.5-3um)包括如下质量比成份:石蜡65份、水性分散剂1份、树脂5份、颜料9份、醇水混合液80份、乳化剂3份、消泡剂0.3份、防霉剂1份和负离子粉1份;所述耐热层包括如下质量比成份:水性有机硅树脂乳液30份、纳米二氧化硅2份、水15份、氧化锆粉末4份。
所述乳化剂为非离子型乳化剂,具体为NP-10;所述树脂为丁苯胶乳、水性丙烯酸树脂的混合物。
所述水性分散剂为十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱;所述消泡剂为二甲硅油。
所述防霉剂为五氯酚;所述颜料为炭黑、锰铁黑的混合物。
所述水性有机硅树脂的固含量为35-45%。
一种水性蜡基碳带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将水和乙醇以1:1的比例获得醇水混合液,保持搅拌;

根据图1、2所示,本实施例提出了一种水性蜡基碳带,包括PET基膜、着色层和耐热层,所述着色层和耐热层分别涂覆在PET基膜的两侧,所述着色层(厚度1.5-3um)包括如下质量比成份:石蜡70份、水性分散剂3份、树脂10份、颜料15份、醇水混合液90份、乳化剂5份、消泡剂0.5份、防霉剂2份和负离子粉2份;所述耐热层包括如下质量比成份:水性有机硅树脂乳液40份、纳米二氧化硅4份、水50份、氧化锆粉末5份。

向水性乳化蜡中加入树脂和消泡剂,保持搅拌进行融合,获得基料;
向基料中添加颜料和水性分散剂,保持搅拌进行融合后,静置15分钟,然后添加负离子粉,再次进行搅拌,获得着色层料;通过负离子粉的作用,可以改进空气,进一步减少着色层的污染;
将水性有机硅树脂乳液、纳米二氧化硅共混1小时,保持共混速度为1500转/分钟,用超声波分散1小时,得到共混树脂;纳米二氧化硅提高涂层耐热性能,赋予涂层硬度好、耐磨性高的优点;
将共混树脂保持共混速率,向内滴加水,直至溶液呈白色半透明乳液状,再添加氧化锆粉末,保持共混速率混合获得耐热层料;氧化锆粉末提高涂层的力学性能和抗氧化性;
将着色层料和耐热层料分别涂覆到PET基膜的两侧,烘干成膜。
实施例三
根据图1、2所示,本实施例提出了一种水性蜡基碳带,包括PET基膜、着色层和耐热层,所述着色层和耐热层分别涂覆在PET基膜的两侧,所述着色层(厚度1.5-3um)包括如下质量比成份:石蜡85份、水性分散剂5份、树脂15份、颜料18份、醇水混合液100份、乳化剂6份、消泡剂0.8份、防霉剂3份和负离子粉3份;所述耐热层包括如下质量比成份:水性有机硅树脂乳液50份、纳米二氧化硅6份、水20份、氧化锆粉末6份。
所述乳化剂为非离子型乳化剂,具体为NP-10;所述树脂为丁苯胶乳、水性丙烯酸树脂的混合物。
所述水性分散剂为十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱;所述消泡剂为二甲硅油。
所述防霉剂为五氯酚;所述颜料为炭黑、锰铁黑的混合物。
所述水性有机硅树脂的固含量为35-45%。

向水性乳化蜡中加入树脂和消泡剂,保持搅拌进行融合,获得基料;
向基料中添加颜料和水性分散剂,保持搅拌进行融合后,静置15分钟,然后添加负离子粉,再次进行搅拌,获得着色层料;通过负离子粉的作用,可以改进空气,进一步减少着色层的污染;
将水性有机硅树脂乳液、纳米二氧化硅共混1小时,保持共混速度为1500转/分钟,用超声波分散1小时,得到共混树脂;纳米二氧化硅提高涂层耐热性能,赋予涂层硬度好、耐磨性高的优点;
将共混树脂保持共混速率,向内滴加水,直至溶液呈白色半透明乳液状,再添加氧化锆粉末,保持共混速率混合获得耐热层料;氧化锆粉末提高涂层的力学性能和抗氧化性;
将着色层料和耐热层料分别涂覆到PET基膜的两侧,烘干成膜。

根据实施例一、实施例二和实施例三可以得出,本发明通过如下质量比成份:石蜡65-85份、水性分散剂1-5份、树脂5-15份、颜料9-18份、醇水混合液80-100份、乳化剂3-6份、消泡剂0.3-0.8份、防霉剂1-3份和负离子粉1-3份;水性有机硅树脂乳液30-50份、纳米二氧化硅2-6份、水15-20份、氧化锆粉末4-6份制备出的碳带不会产生蜡臭味和VOC,保护环境,且具有很好的力学性能和耐热性能。
该水性蜡基碳带及其制备方法以水和醇类作溶剂,将石蜡融下缓慢滴入高速搅拌的醇水混合液中,以此制成水性乳化蜡,整个过程中不会产生蜡臭味和VOC,保护环境,且本发明在着色层中添加了防霉剂和负离子粉,利用防霉剂的特点,有利于提高着色层的抗氧化性,延缓变色,通过负离子粉的作用,可以改进空气,进一步减少着色层的污染;同时,本发明的耐热层中添加了纳米二氧化硅和氧化锆粉末,氧化锆粉末提高涂层的力学性能和抗氧化性,纳米二氧化硅提高涂层耐热性能,赋予涂层硬度好、耐磨性高的优点。

1.一种水性蜡基碳带,包括PET基膜、着色层和耐热层,其特征在于:所述着色层和耐热层分别涂覆在PET基膜的两侧,所述着色层包括如下质量比成份:石蜡65-85份、水性分散剂1-5份、树脂5-15份、颜料9-18份、醇水混合液80-100份、乳化剂3-6份、消泡剂0.3-0.8份、防霉剂1-3份和负离子粉1-3份;所述耐热层包括如下质量比成份:水性有机硅树脂乳液30-50份、纳米二氧化硅2-6份、水15-20份、氧化锆粉末4-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性蜡基碳带,其特征在于:所述着色层包括如下质量比成份:石蜡70份、水性分散剂3份、树脂10份、颜料15份、醇水混合液90份、乳化剂5份、消泡剂0.5份、防霉剂2份和负离子粉2份;所述耐热层包括如下质量比成份:水性有机硅树脂乳液40份、纳米二氧化硅4份、水50份、氧化锆粉末5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性蜡基碳带,其特征在于:所述乳化剂为非离子型乳化剂,包括NP-10、NP-20或NP-40中的一种;所述树脂为丁苯胶乳、水性丙烯酸树脂中的一种或两种混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性蜡基碳带,其特征在于:所述水性分散剂为低分子量聚羧酸盐和十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱中的一种;所述消泡剂为二甲硅油、聚乙烯醚、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性蜡基碳带,其特征在于:所述防霉剂为五氯酚、油酸苯基汞、8-羟基喹啉铜中的一种;所述颜料为炭黑、锰铁黑的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性蜡基碳带,其特征在于:所述水性有机硅树脂的固含量为35-45%。
7.一种水性蜡基碳带的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
将水和乙醇以1:1的比例获得醇水混合液,保持搅拌;
向醇水混合液中加入乳化剂,在800-2000转/分钟的转速下搅拌1小时,将石蜡熔融,滴入搅拌的液体中,加速搅拌,获得水性乳化蜡;
向水性乳化蜡中加入树脂和消泡剂,保持搅拌进行融合,获得基料;
向基料中添加颜料和水性分散剂,保持搅拌进行融合后,静置10-20分钟,然后添加负离子粉,再次进行搅拌,获得着色层料;
将水性有机硅树脂乳液、纳米二氧化硅共混,再用超声波分散,得到共混树脂;
将共混树脂保持共混速率,向内滴加水,直至溶液呈白色半透明乳液状,再添加氧化锆粉末,保持共混速率混合获得耐热层料;
将着色层料和耐热层料分别涂覆到PET基膜的两侧,烘干成膜。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种水性蜡基碳带的制备方法,其特征在于:将石蜡在85-120℃的条件下熔融,滴入搅拌的液体中,控制搅拌速度为1000转/分钟,保持搅拌40-50分钟,获得水性乳化蜡。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种水性蜡基碳带的制备方法,其特征在于:将水性有机硅树脂乳液、纳米二氧化硅共混0.5-1小时,保持共混速度为1500转/分钟,用超声波分散0.5-1小时,得到共混树脂。
