技术领域
本发明涉及卧式余热锅炉技术领域,具体为一种余热锅炉板式吊杆保温结构及其安装方法。
背景技术
燃气—蒸汽联合循环已经成为当今世界上最重要的发电技术之一,而卧式余热锅炉作为主要的炉型,在国内外广为应用,但是其高温区模块板式吊杆处的护板超温问题一直无法得到有效解决。常规的吊杆穿过护板处密封效果差,导致烟气外泄,让高温烟气接触到护板,使得护板超温。
发明内容
为了解决现有余热锅炉的高温区模块板式吊杆处护板超温的问题,本发明提供了一种余热锅炉板式吊杆保温结构,其能够形成良好的隔热屏障,解决护板超温的问题。同时,本发明还通过了该保温结构的安装方法。
其技术方案是这样的:一种余热锅炉板式吊杆保温结构,其包括贯穿护板的板式吊杆,所述护板内侧设置有内保温层,其特征在于,所述护板外侧设置有吊杆罩壳,所述吊杆罩壳内从下至上顺次设置有下保温层、中间隔层和上保温层,所述上保温层与所述下保温层均包括保温棉,所述中间隔层包括陶瓷纤维板,所述吊杆罩壳内壁设置有所述陶瓷纤维板,所述吊杆罩壳顶部设置有带所述陶瓷纤维板的盖板,所述板式吊杆贯穿所述下保温层、中间隔层、上保温层和盖板。
其进一步特征在于,所述上保温层与所述下保温层均包括两层所述保温棉;
所述中间隔层包括两层所述陶瓷纤维板,两层所述陶瓷纤维板之间设置有不锈钢板;
所述不锈钢板包括相向叠在一起的两块,两块所述不锈钢板上开设有与所述板式吊杆对应的凹槽,所述不锈钢板与上层的所述陶瓷纤维板通过高温胶水固定成一体;

一种余热锅炉板式吊杆保温结构的安装方法,其特征在于,其包括以下步骤:
(1)在护板上安装有吊杆罩壳,让板式吊杆从吊杆罩壳顶部开口伸出;
(2)在吊杆罩壳内壁设置陶瓷纤维板;
(3)在护板上从下至上顺次放置下保温层、中间隔层和上保温层;
(4)在吊杆罩壳的开口上安装盖板和陶瓷纤维板。
其进一步特征在于,(5)在盖板和陶瓷纤维板上方设置第一角钢并夹紧于板式吊杆外表面;
(6)在第一角钢上压装有第二角钢并通过螺栓和螺母固定。
采用本发明后,护板外侧设置有吊杆罩壳,将易超温区域覆盖在吊杆罩壳内,并且吊杆罩壳内有下保温层、中间隔层和上保温层,利用,起到了隔热效果,板式吊杆穿护板处泄露出来的烟气不会往外泄,隔绝了烟气,对容易超温区域进行保温阻断,形成了良好的隔热屏障,解决了护板超温的问题;进一步的,上保温层与下保温层均包括两层保温棉,中间隔层包括两层陶瓷纤维板,更好的起到隔热效果,两层陶瓷纤维板之间还有不锈钢板加上陶瓷纤维带缠绕在板式吊杆外表面,更好的隔绝烟气。

具体实施方式
见图1,图2所示,一种余热锅炉板式吊杆保温结构,其包括贯穿护板1的板式吊杆2,护板1内侧设置有内保温层3,护板1外侧设置有吊杆罩壳4,吊杆罩壳4内从下至上顺次设置有下保温层5、中间隔层6和上保温层7,上保温层7与下保温层5均包括两层保温棉,中间隔层6包括两层陶瓷纤维板8,两层陶瓷纤维板8之间设置有不锈钢板9,不锈钢板9包括相向叠在一起的两块,两块不锈钢板9上开设有与板式吊杆2对应的凹槽,正好让板式吊杆2穿过,不锈钢板9与上层的陶瓷纤维板8通过高温胶水固定成一体,一方面起到加强保温效果的目的,另一方面也起到加固不锈钢板9的作用,不锈钢板9在上、下两层陶瓷纤维板8之间,也起到了减小摩擦力的效果,因为锅炉运行时,板式吊杆2的轻微位移也会导致上、下两层陶瓷纤维板8有相对位移产生。
吊杆罩壳4内壁也设置有陶瓷纤维板8,吊杆罩壳4顶部设置有带陶瓷纤维板8的盖板10,板式吊杆2贯穿下保温层5、中间隔层6、上保温层7和盖板10,盖板10通过螺栓11和螺母12配合固定于吊杆罩壳4上。 板式吊杆2的两个长边侧分别设置有第一角钢13,两个第一角钢13通过螺栓11和螺母12配合夹紧固定于板式吊杆2,为了保证密封性,位于第一角钢13内侧的板式吊杆2部分外表面缠绕有陶瓷纤维带15。第一角钢13上还压装有第二角钢14,第二角钢14通过吊杆罩壳4上的螺栓11和螺母12固定。
见图3所示,一种余热锅炉板式吊杆保温结构的安装方法,其包括以下步骤:
(1)在护板1上安装有吊杆罩壳4,让板式吊杆2从吊杆罩壳4顶部开口伸出;
(2)在吊杆罩壳4内壁设置陶瓷纤维板8;
(3)在护板1上从下至上顺次放置下保温层5、中间隔层6和上保温层7,上保温层5与下保温层7均包括两层保温棉,中间隔层6包括两层陶瓷纤维板8,两层陶瓷纤维板8之间设置有相向叠在一起的两块不锈钢板9;
(4)在吊杆罩壳4的开口上安装盖板10和陶瓷纤维板8。
(5)在盖板10和陶瓷纤维板8上方设置第一角钢13并有螺栓11和螺母12配合夹紧于板式吊杆2外表面;
(6)在第一角钢13上压装有第二角钢14并通过螺栓11和螺母12固定。
