本发明涉及一种新型轻质保温建筑材料的陶瓷,包括粘土层,所述粘土层底部设置有石英层,所述石英层底部设置有长石层,所述长石层底部设置有石粉层,所述石粉层底部设置有石膏层,所述粘土层顶部设置有硅藻土层,所述硅藻土层顶部设置有保温层,所述保温层由下到上依次设置有第一保温层、第二保温层与第三保温层,通过在陶瓷里加入气孔,制备轻质保温瓷砖,即降低瓷砖密度,又因为大量气孔的存在,降低了瓷砖热导系数,获得较好的保温效果,热量经过第一保温层、第二保温层和第三保温层的阻止后能够减到最小,第二保温层和第三保温层能够进一步减小热量与第一保温层之间的热传递和热对流,从而增强保温效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型轻质保温建筑材料的陶瓷,属于建筑材料领域。
背景技术
用陶土烧制的器皿叫陶器,用瓷土烧制的器皿叫瓷器,陶瓷则是陶器,炻器和瓷器的总称,凡是用陶土和瓷土这两种不同性质的粘土为原料,经过配料、成型、干燥、焙烧等工艺流程制成的器物都可以叫陶瓷,房屋、道路、给排水和庭园等各种土木建筑工程用的陶瓷制品,有陶瓷面砖、彩色瓷粒、陶管等。按制品材质分为粗陶、精陶、半瓷和瓷质四类,按坯体烧结程度分为多孔性、致密性以及带釉、不带釉制品,其共同特点是强度高、防潮、防火、耐酸、耐碱、抗冻、不老化、不变质、不褪色、易清洁等,并具有丰富的艺术装饰效果,现在市场上存在的普通陶瓷密度高,重量大,热导系数高,保温效果差,因此,需要进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题克服现有的缺陷,提供一种新型轻质保温建筑材料的陶瓷,通过在陶瓷里加入气孔,制备轻质保温瓷砖,即降低瓷砖密度,又因为大量气孔的存在,降低了瓷砖热导系数,获得较好的保温效果,热量经过第一保温层、第二保温层和第三保温层的阻止后能够减到最小,第二保温层和第三保温层能够进一步减小热量与第一保温层之间的热传递和热对流,从而增强保温效果,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种新型轻质保温建筑材料的陶瓷,包括粘土层,所述粘土层底部设置有石英层,所述石英层底部设置有长石层,所述长石层底部设置有石粉层,所述石粉层底部设置有石膏层,所述粘土层顶部设置有硅藻土层,所述硅藻土层顶部设置有保温层,所述保温层由下到上依次设置有第一保温层、第二保温层与第三保温层,所述第一保温层与第二保温层之间设有用于固定第一保温层的紧固层,所述保温层顶部设置有碳化硅层。
进一步而言,所述第一保温层由陶瓷纤维制成。
进一步而言,所述第二保温层由岩棉制成。
进一步而言,所述第三保温层由硅酸铝制成。
本发明有益效果:通过在陶瓷里加入气孔,制备轻质保温瓷砖,即降低瓷砖密度,又因为大量气孔的存在,降低了瓷砖热导系数,获得较好的保温效果,热量经过第一保温层、第二保温层和第三保温层的阻止后能够减到最小,第二保温层和第三保温层能够进一步减小热量与第一保温层之间的热传递和热对流,从而增强保温效果。

以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1-图2所示,一种新型轻质保温建筑材料的陶瓷,包括粘土层1,所述粘土层1底部设置有石英层2,所述石英层2底部设置有长石层3,所述长石层3底部设置有石粉层4,所述石粉层4底部设置有石膏层5,所述粘土层1顶部设置有硅藻土层6,所述硅藻土层6顶部设置有保温层7,所述保温层7由下到上依次设置有第一保温层8、第二保温层9与第三保温层10,所述第一保温层8与第二保温层9之间设有用于固定第一保温层8的紧固层12,所述保温层7顶部设置有碳化硅层11。
所述第一保温层8由陶瓷纤维制成。具有重量轻、耐高温、热稳定性好、导热率低等优点,所述第二保温层9由岩棉制成。在常温条件下热导率较低,起到绝热的效果,所述第三保温层10由硅酸铝制成。具有低导热率及优良的热稳定性。
本发明工作原理:使用时,粘土层1、石英层2、长石层3作为主体材料,硅藻土层6、石粉层4使主体材料产生闭合气孔,石膏层5和碳化硅层11使主体材料膨胀,避免了先收缩在膨胀造成的陶瓷损坏,热量经过第一保温层8、第二保温层9和第三保温层10的阻止后能够减到最小,第二保温层9和第三保温层10能够进一步减小热量与第一保温层8之间的热传递和热对流,从而增强保温效果。
