本发明公开了一种链条联轴专用油及其制备方法,原料按重量份包括以下组分:硅油55‑75份、聚异丁烯20‑30份、链条油复合剂1‑5份、胶粘剂1‑5份、抗氧剂1‑5份、液压油复合剂1‑5份、工业油复合剂1‑5份;具有超强的抗磨损性,极低的挥发性,油品消耗较少,很好的热稳定性,抗老化能力,极少的残渣形成量,与油漆的高兼容性和换油周期长的特点,解决现有高温链条油存在的高挥发、高温下易产生积碳、润滑不均匀等问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种润滑油,具体涉及一种链条联轴专用油及其制备方法。
背景技术
链条联轴油是工业润滑油的一种,用于各种链条联轴的润滑、防锈,减少摩擦、磨损,可以提高传动效率和延长链条寿命。纺织印染、热定型机、涂装设备上的链条联轴由于处于高温环境,对链条油的要求更为苛刻。目前市场常见的高温链条油存在以下几点问题:高挥发、高温下易产生积碳、润滑不均匀等。
因此,需要一种新型的链条联轴油,解决现有高温链条油存在的高挥发、高温下易产生积碳、润滑不均匀等问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种链条联轴专用油及其制备方法,具有超强的抗磨损性,极低的挥发性,油品消耗较少,,很好的热稳定性,抗老化能力,极少的残渣形成量,与油漆的高兼容性和换油周期长的特点,解决现有高温链条油存在的高挥发、高温下易产生积碳、润滑不均匀等问题。
本发明的链条联轴专用油,原料按重量份包括以下组分:硅油55-75份、聚异丁烯20-30份、链条油复合剂1-5份、胶粘剂1-5份、抗氧剂1-5份、液压油复合剂1-5份、工业油复合剂1-5份;
进一步,原料按重量份包括以下组分:硅油65份、聚异丁烯25份、链条油复合剂2份、胶粘剂2份、抗氧剂2份、液压油复合剂2份、工业油复合剂2份;
进一步,所述链条油复合剂为莱茵化学抗磨液压油工业油复合剂RC9321;
进一步,所述胶粘剂为雅富顿公司生产的HiTec151胶粘剂;
进一步,所述抗氧剂为德国巴斯夫BASF液态辛基丁基二苯胺抗氧剂IRGANOX L57;
进一步,所述液压油复合剂为HiTEC 543无灰抗磨损液压油添加剂;
进一步,所述工业油复合剂为BASF(巴斯夫)工业油复合剂Irgalube ML2030D。
本发明还公开一种链条联轴专用油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将原料按设定重量份均匀混合后加热至温度为60-80℃,然后搅拌至完全溶解。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的链条联轴专用油及其制备方法,该链条联轴专用油具有超强的抗磨损性,可减低链条黏附而带走的消耗,而且能够降低使用成本,并延长链条的使用寿命;具有极低的挥发性,油品消耗较少;具有很好的热稳定性,抗老化能力,而这个特点往往是其他的润滑油所不具备的,这种特点可以使它能够长期润滑,并且延长了其对于链条的服务时间,时间长了,还可以减少链条自身的损坏,减少劳动力成本。该专用油残渣形成量极少:由于高温下不会有树脂,或可以阻止链条正常工作和使链条停止工作的油漆污染物产生,使得该产品具有高操作安全性;而且与油漆的兼容性高:由于其工作环境的限制所以大多数情况下它需要与油漆在一起发挥作用,对涂有油漆的表面不会有负面影响,可避免不合格品和高昂的再加工费用。
本发明通过采用合适的组分配以合理的用量,促使各原料组分在制得的润滑剂中能够更好地发挥相互协同作用,再经过特定的制备工艺,促进了各原料组分实现相互协同作用,例如硅油有许多特殊性能,如温粘系数小、耐高低温、抗氧化、闪点高、挥发性小、绝缘性好、表面张力小、对金属无腐蚀、无毒等,尤其适用于对耐温性、挥发性有较高要求的链条的润滑;聚异丁烯和HiTec151胶粘剂协同作用于润滑剂油膜驻留、油膜厚度和表面附着,以提高粘附性,降低挥发性;抗氧剂、链条油复合剂、液压油复合剂和工业油复合剂协同作用有效提高抗氧化性、抗磨性、防锈性、相溶性,稳定润滑油的粘度,大幅度阻止油泥生成,延长使用寿命;最终制出在苛刻环境下也能够保持优异的润滑效果的润滑油,能够实现良好的融合和分散,进而各原料组分之间能够相互配合、相互协同发挥作用,使制得的润滑油质量稳定、具有良好的抗磨性、极低的挥发性、优异的热稳定性和抗老化能力,在有效润滑的同时还能延长链条的使用寿命。

实施例中,所使用的实验方法如无特殊说明,均为常规方法,所用的材料、试剂等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到。
实施例一
本实施例的链条联轴专用油,原料按重量份包括以下组分:硅油55份、聚异丁烯20份、链条油复合剂1份、胶粘剂1份、抗氧剂1份、液压油复合剂1份、工业油复合剂1份。将原料按设定重量份均匀混合后加热至温度为60℃,然后搅拌至完全溶解制得链条联轴专用油。
实施例二
本实施例的链条联轴专用油,原料按重量份包括以下组分:硅油75份、聚异丁烯30份、链条油复合剂5份、胶粘剂5份、抗氧剂5份、液压油复合剂5份、工业油复合剂5份。将原料按设定重量份均匀混合后加热至温度为80℃,然后搅拌至完全溶解制得链条联轴专用油。
实施例三
本实施例的链条联轴专用油,原料按重量份包括以下组分:硅油55-75份、聚异丁烯20份、链条油复合剂5份、胶粘剂1份、抗氧剂5份、液压油复合剂1份、工业油复合剂5份。将原料按设定重量份均匀混合后加热至温度为65℃,然后搅拌至完全溶解制得链条联轴专用油。
实施例四
本实施例的链条联轴专用油,原料按重量份包括以下组分:硅油55-75份、聚异丁烯30份、链条油复合剂1份、胶粘剂5份、抗氧剂1份、液压油复合剂5份、工业油复合剂1份。将原料按设定重量份均匀混合后加热至温度为75℃,然后搅拌至完全溶解制得链条联轴专用油。
实施例五
本实施例的链条联轴专用油,原料按重量份包括以下组分:硅油55-75份、聚异丁烯25份、链条油复合剂1份、胶粘剂3份、抗氧剂5份、液压油复合剂2份、工业油复合剂3份。将原料按设定重量份均匀混合后加热至温度为70℃,然后搅拌至完全溶解制得链条联轴专用油。
实施例六
本实施例的链条联轴专用油,原料按重量份包括以下组分:硅油65份、聚异丁烯25份、链条油复合剂2份、胶粘剂2份、抗氧剂2份、液压油复合剂2份、工业油复合剂2份。
上述实施例中,所述链条油复合剂为莱茵化学抗磨液压油工业油复合剂RC9321;所述胶粘剂为雅富顿公司生产的HiTec151胶粘剂;所述抗氧剂为德国巴斯夫BASF液态辛基丁基二苯胺抗氧剂IRGANOX L57;所述液压油复合剂为HiTEC 543无灰抗磨损液压油添加剂;所述工业油复合剂为H2030。

3.根据权利要求1所述的链条联轴专用油,其特征在于:所述链条油复合剂为莱茵化学抗磨液压油工业油复合剂RC9321。
4.根据权利要求3所述的链条联轴专用油,其特征在于:所述胶粘剂为雅富顿公司生产的HiTec151胶粘剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的链条联轴专用油,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为德国巴斯夫BASF液态辛基丁基二苯胺抗氧剂IRGANOX L57。
6.根据权利要求5所述的链条联轴专用油,其特征在于:所述液压油复合剂为HiTEC543无灰抗磨损液压油添加剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的链条联轴专用油,其特征在于:所述工业油复合剂为BASF工业油复合剂Irgalube ML2030D。
8.根据权利要求1所述的链条联轴专用油的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:将原料按设定重量份均匀混合后加热至温度为60-80℃,然后搅拌至完全溶解。
