Abstract

本发明提供了一种以矿物油为主的伐木机链条锯专用润滑油组合物,其由如下重量百分含量的组分组成:抗氧剂0.05~4.0%,极压抗磨剂:0.01~3.5%,防锈剂:0.01~2.5%,增稠剂:0~30%,基础油余量;所述的基础油为石蜡基基础油、中间基基础油、环烷基基础油中一种或几种的混合。本发明所述的以矿物油基础油为主的伐木机链条锯专用链条油具有良好的极压抗磨性、热稳定性和抗氧化性,此外,还具有优异的粘温性、低温流动性和粘附性。

Description

一种伐木机链条锯专用矿油型链条油组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及一种矿油型链条油组合物,具体地说,涉及一种伐木机链条锯专用矿油型链条油组合物。
背景技术
链条是机械传动部件之一,它能够精确、稳定的传递动力,更是伐木机的重要组成部件。链传动适应性强,不但适用于在大扭矩和低转速下使用,在腐蚀性和潮湿环境中,以及在高速传动中使用都能显示出其优越性。链条在使用中一旦润滑不充分,则销轴和套筒将发生磨损,导致链条和链轮啮合失调,噪音增大,链节伸长。因此,要保证链传动的平稳、匀速运行,需要保证链条润滑系统的良好性能。
林业采伐工况复杂,机械设备需长期在户外工作,考虑到环境的多变以及不同地区巨大的温差,要求伐木机上使用的链条油具有优异的粘温性能和低温性能。
链条在高速运行时,由于速度过高链条油容易被甩脱。低速运行时由于重力的作用,链条油会流滴,既污染环境和产品,又造成大量浪费。因此,要求链条油要有良好的粘附性能,能够牢固的粘附在摩擦表面,不会因外部作用脱落。
伐木机链条锯所使用的链条油是一种全损耗油品,普通的机械油粘附性能等无法满足伐木机使用要求。目前市场广泛使用的是合成型高温链条油,但合成油资源紧张,成本高,且用它做高温链条油不可回收利用,造成大量的资源浪费和能源浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种伐木机链条锯专用矿油型链条油组合物,其具有良好的极压抗磨性、热稳定性和抗氧化性,此外,还具有优异的粘温性、低温流动性和粘附性。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种伐木机链条锯专用矿油型链条油组合物的制备方法。
为了实现本发明目的,本发明提供一种伐木机链条锯专用矿油型链条油组合物,其由如下重量百分含量的组分组成:
抗氧剂0.05~4.0%,
极压抗磨剂0.01~3.5%,
防锈剂0.01~2.5%,
增稠剂0~30%,
基础油余量;
所述的基础油为石蜡基基础油、中间基基础油、环烷基基础油中的一种或几种组合物。
其中,优选的为,伐木机链条锯专用矿油型链条油组合物由如下重量百分含量的组分组成:
抗氧剂0.2~2.5%,
极压抗磨剂0.1~3.0%,
防锈剂0.05~2.0%,
增稠剂5~25%,
基础油余量。
最优选的为,伐木机链条锯专用矿油型链条油组合物由如下重量百分含量的组分组成:
抗氧剂0.5~1.0%,
极压抗磨剂0.3~1.0%,
防锈剂0.06~0.1%,
增稠剂10~15%,
基础油余量。
基础油由不同种类的基础油组成,选择合适调合比例,即链烷烃、环烷烃和芳烃等组成比例合适,馏程范围适宜,以提高其抗热裂变质能力,比如环烷烃含量控制在30~80%。所述基础油为石蜡基基础油中间基基础油、环烷基基础油中的一种或几种组合物。优选采用HVI350(比如中石化燕化分公司生产的)、MVI 350(比如中石化济南炼油厂)、环烷基基础油350N(比如辽河盘锦北方沥青股份有限公司)中一种或两种以上的组合。
抗氧剂可以抑制自由基的生成,减少和延缓润滑油的氧化降解,可提高油品的抗氧化变质能力。所述的抗氧剂为酚类抗氧剂(优选如IRGANOX L115)、胺类抗氧剂(优选如IRGANOX L57、T534、Vanlube NA)中一种或任意几种组合物。其加入量控制在0.05~4.0%,当加入量过小时,会影响链条油的抗氧化变质能力;当加入量过大时,高温下分解产生黑色颗粒沉淀物,影响链条油的质量。
极压抗磨剂可以改善润滑油的极压性和抗磨损性能。所述的极压抗磨剂为丁基三苯基硫代磷酸酯(如IRGALUBE 232)、含硫磷的化合物(如IRGALUBE 63)、亚磷酸三苯酯(如NAUGALUBE TPP)中一种或任意几种组合物,优选为IRGALUBE 232或NAUGALUBE TPP。
防锈剂可以减少润滑剂对金属表面的腐蚀作用。所述的防锈剂为为异壬基苯氧基乙酸(如IRGACOR NPA)、正油烯基肌氨酸(如SARKOSYL O)中一种或任意几种组合物,优选为SARKOSYL O。
增稠剂主要用于调整润滑剂黏度,并能起到改善润滑剂黏度指数的作用,同时增强链条和滑轨的粘附性,避免链条油在链条高速运转时的飞溅。所述的增稠剂为聚正丁基乙烯基醚(如T601)、聚异丁烯(如PB2400、Indopol H-300、Indopol H-1200)中一种或任意几种组合物,优选为PB2400。
本发明的一种伐木机链条锯专用矿油型链条油组合物的制备过程如下:先将基础油加热到60-80℃,加入抗氧剂搅拌至均匀透明,然后再加入挤压抗磨剂、防锈剂搅拌均匀,最后加入增稠剂进行复配而成。
本发明选择具有适宜烃类结构的基础油,加入抗氧剂、极压抗磨剂、防锈剂、增稠剂等复配而成,对添加剂种类及配比进行选择,各组分合理配比,达成协同作用,得到一种可用于伐木机链条锯上的矿油型链条油,其具有良好的极压抗磨性、热稳定性和抗氧化性,此外,还具有优异的粘温性、低温流动性和粘附性,且成本低廉,具有理想的推广应用前景。
具体实施方式
以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例1-4
实施例1-4中的伐木机链条锯专用矿油型链条油组合物的组分见表1。

其中,上述实施例中基础油HVI 350(购自中石化燕化分公司)在40℃粘度为69.66mm2/s,环烷基基础油350N(购自辽河盘锦北方沥青股份有限公司)在40℃粘度为67.42mm2/s,MVI 350(购自中石化济南炼油厂)在40℃粘度为68.05mm2/s
IRGANOX L115、IRGANOX L57、SARK OSYL O、IRGALUBE232均购自BASF公司,NAUGALUBE TPP购自Chemtura Corporation,PB2400购自韩国大林公司。
实施例5
本实施例提供了实施例1-4所述组合物的制备方法,具体如下:先将基础油中加热到70℃,然后按配比加入抗氧剂搅拌至均匀透明,然后再加入挤压抗磨剂、防锈剂搅拌均匀,最后加入增稠剂进行复配而成。

将实施例1-4进行各项性能评定,结果如下:

以上数据表明,本发明的一种伐木机链条锯专用矿油型链条油产品满足林业伐木机设备的使用,具有良好的抗氧性、极压抗磨性、热稳定性,同时具有较低的倾点、较高的闪点和黏度指数。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施方案对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。

1.一种伐木机链条锯专用矿油型链条油组合物,其特征在于,其由如下重量百分含量的组分组成:
抗氧剂 0.05~4.0%,
极压抗磨剂 0.01~3.5%,
防锈剂 0.01~2.5%,
增稠剂 0~30%,
基础油 余量;
所述的基础油为石蜡基基础油、中间基基础油、环烷基基础油中一种或几种的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,由如下重量百分含量的组分组成:
抗氧剂 0.2~2.5%,
极压抗磨剂 0.1~3.0%,
防锈剂 0.05~2.0%,
增稠剂 5~25%,
基础油 余量。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其特征在于,由如下重量百分含量的组分组成:
抗氧剂 0.5~1.0%,
极压抗磨剂 0.3~1.0%,
防锈剂 0.06~0.1%,
增稠剂 10~15%,
基础油 余量。
4.根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述的基础油的环烷烃含量控制在30~80%。
5.根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述石蜡基基础油为HVI350;所述环烷基基础油为环烷基350N;所述中间基基础油为MVI 350。
6.根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述的抗氧剂为酚型抗氧剂、胺型抗氧剂中的一种或任意几种组合物;优选为IRGANOX L57或IRGANOX L115。
7.根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述的极压抗磨剂为丁基三苯基硫代磷酸酯、含硫磷的化合物、亚磷酸三苯酯中的一种或任意几种组合物,优选为IRGALUBE 232或NAUGALUBE TPP。
8.根据权利要求1-7任意一项所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述的防锈剂为异壬基苯氧基乙酸、正油烯基肌氨酸中的一种或任意几种组合物,优选为SARKOSYL O。
9.根据权利要求1-8任意一项所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述的增稠剂为聚正丁基乙烯基醚、聚异丁烯中的一种或任意几种组合物,优选为PB2400。
10.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,其由如下重量百分含量的组分组成:
抗氧剂 0.6~0.7%,
极压抗磨剂 0.4~0.5%,
防锈剂 0.05~0.07%,
增稠剂 12~15%,
基础油 余量;
所述的基础油为HVI 350、MVI 350或环烷基350N;所述抗氧剂为IRGANOX L57或IRGANOX L115;所述挤压抗磨剂为IRGALUBE 232或NAUGALUBE TPP;所述防锈剂为SARKOSYLO;所述增稠剂为PB2400。
