本发明涉及无纺布制造领域,更具体的说,本发明涉及原生态无添加柔软全棉水刺无纺布的制备方法。
背景技术
目前市面上一次性卫生用品,化学纤维材料给人不亲肤且不柔软的感觉,全棉无纺布大多数经过脱脂漂白以去除杂质、增白和达到良好的吸水性,柔软度虽比化学纤维材料好,但还不能满足消费者对全棉无纺布的柔软度需求,目前提升柔软的方法是将柔软整理剂(乳霜、甘油、有机硅等)和水混合并搅拌均匀,制得柔软整理液,增添柔软整理液的方法包括:浸轧法、浸渍法、辊涂法、印刷法、印花法、干布喷涂法,湿布喷涂法,经过浸轧/喷涂后,烘干得到柔软度改善的全棉水刺无纺布,工艺流程:棉花—清花(混合、开松、除杂)-梳理—牵伸—铺网—水刺缠绕—脱漂—烘干—浸轧法/浸渍法/辊涂法/印刷法/印花法/干布喷涂法/湿布喷涂法—烘干—成卷,工作流程增加,无疑增加了成本;
因此我们发明了原生态无添加柔软全棉水刺无纺布的制备方法,本发明能够大幅度的提高工作效率和降低工作时间和成本,以及能够提升无纺布的柔软度。

为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供原生态无添加柔软全棉水刺无纺布的制备方法,本方法具有工作流程便捷、工作时间降低、成本降低和柔软度提升等优点。

步骤S1,清花,对皮棉进行开松、除杂和混合;
步骤S2,梳理,将清花后的皮棉理顺;
步骤S3,精梳,将梳理后的皮棉的进行精梳处理;
步骤S4,铺网,将精梳后的皮棉铺成棉网;
步骤S5,水刺,将棉网进行水刺处理,使棉纤维缠结从而形成全棉水刺无纺布;
步骤S6,初步成卷,将全棉水刺无纺布打卷;
步骤S7,脱漂,将全棉水刺无纺布放入煮漂机中进行脱漂;在煮漂机中投入水和精炼剂,以2-4℃/min的升温速度加热升温,温度升至100-120℃,煮漂40-50min;
步骤S8,中和,对脱漂后的全棉水刺无纺布进行中和水洗处理;
步骤S9,烘干,对中和水洗后的全棉水刺无纺布进行烘干处理;
步骤S10,成卷,对烘干后的全棉水刺无纺布打卷;
步骤S11,成品检验,对成卷后的全棉水刺无纺布进行成品检验。
进一步的,所述水的添加量为全棉水刺无纺布克重的10倍;所述精炼剂的添加量优选为全棉水刺无纺布克重的5%。
进一步的,所述精炼剂包括碳酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠盐、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚、氯化钠、螯合剂、硅酸钠和乳酸;所述碳酸钠的重量百分比为75%-85%;所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠盐的重量百分比为10%-15%;所述聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚的重量百分比为5%-10%;所述氯化钠的重量百分比为2-8%;所述螯合剂的重量百分比为4%-10%;所述硅酸钠的重量百分比为3-7%;所述乳酸的重量百分比为1-5%。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供了原生态无添加柔软全棉水刺无纺布的制备方法,本发明中使用精炼剂对全棉水刺无纺布进行脱漂,实现去除杂质、增白、提升吸水性和柔软度;解决了现有方法中使用柔软整理剂对无纺布进行浸轧/喷涂处理以及后续的烘干处理导致的工作流程多,工作耗时以及成本增加的问题,本方法能够大幅度的减少工作时间、降低工作成本、提高全棉水刺无纺布的柔软度以及本方法制备的全棉水刺无纺布能够大幅度提高用户的使用体验感。

所述精炼剂包括碳酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠盐、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚、氯化钠、螯合剂、硅酸钠和乳酸;所述碳酸钠的重量百分比为75%-85%;所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠盐的重量百分比为10%-15%;所述聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚的重量百分比为5%-10%;所述氯化钠的重量百分比为2-8%;所述螯合剂的重量百分比为4%-10%;所述硅酸钠的重量百分比为3-7%;所述乳酸的重量百分比为1-5%。
所述的碳酸钠溶于水后的水溶液呈碱性,碱性比烧碱弱,与棉脂发生反应,提升棉纤维的吸水性,在煮漂过程中减少棉纤维的半纤维素过度溶出,造成棉纤维主壁呈交叉分布的无定形纤维素暴露,导致成品手感干涩,粗糙。
所述的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠盐,易溶于水,具有优良的去污、乳化抗硬水性能,温和的洗涤性质不会损伤棉纤维,降低棉脂的表面张力,加速棉脂棉蜡以及其他杂质去除,使棉纤维具有良好的亲水性以及洁净度。
所诉的聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚具有低刺激性,且具有良好的消泡能力。
所述螯合剂为EDTA、DTPA、柠檬酸和酒石酸的混合物。螯合剂的分子在水中电离成阴离子后具有强烈的吸附性,对悬浮在水中的一些浆料、果胶质、低聚物、染料缔合体、尘土等杂质的粒子具有强吸附能力,使粒子表面带相同电荷,因而使粒子间相互静电排斥,避免了颗粒碰撞所产生的积聚,使颗粒成分散状态悬浮于水中。
在步骤S7中,所述煮漂机内部的压力为0.4-0.6Mpa,压力优选为0.5Mpa;比流量:55~75L/Kg.min,比流量优选为60L/Kg.min;水循环:1分钟5个循环,内外循环交替,目的是使反应均匀,更好去杂质;煮漂温度优选为110℃,煮漂的温度越高,脱脂越完整,白度越高,但剧烈的反应条件会导致棉纤维退化,造成半纤维素的过度溶出,棉纤维中产生缝隙或者角皮层和初生细胞壁的溶解,成品的耐磨性降低,而且柔软度下降,但是温度过低,棉籽壳不易去除干净;煮漂时间优选为45min,如果煮漂时间不够,皂化反应时间不充足,会影响成品的吸水性,且杂质去除不干净。
在步骤S8中,所述中和水洗处理具体为:将全棉水刺无纺布放入煮漂机中,投入柠檬酸对全棉水刺无纺布进行水洗,直至PH调节至6-8。
在步骤S9中,所述烘干处理具体为:将全棉水刺无纺布导入烘箱中,烘箱温度:110℃-130℃,烘干时间:1min-3mim。
在步骤S11中,所述成品检验是对全棉水刺无纺布的外观质量和内在质量指标进行检验。

从上表可以看出,使用本方法制备的全棉水刺无纺布在柔软度和温暖度上都优于常规方法制备的全棉水刺无纺布,当精炼剂的添加量为5%时,全棉水刺无纺布的柔软度和温暖度都优于精炼剂的添加量为7%制备出的全棉水刺无纺布,所以优选的,精炼剂的添加量为全棉水刺无纺布克重的5%。

1.原生态无添加柔软全棉水刺无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤S1,清花,对皮棉进行开松、除杂和混合;
步骤S2,梳理,将清花后的皮棉理顺;
步骤S3,精梳,将梳理后的皮棉进行精梳处理;
步骤S4,铺网,将精梳后的皮棉铺成棉网;
步骤S5,水刺,将棉网进行水刺处理,使棉纤维缠结从而形成全棉水刺无纺布;
步骤S6,初步成卷,将全棉水刺无纺布打卷;
步骤S7,脱漂,将全棉水刺无纺布放入煮漂机中进行脱漂;在煮漂机中投入水和精炼剂,以2-4℃/min的升温速度加热升温,温度升至100-120℃,煮漂40-50min;
步骤S8,中和,对脱漂后的全棉水刺无纺布进行中和水洗处理;
步骤S9,烘干,对中和水洗后的全棉水刺无纺布进行烘干处理;
步骤S10,成卷,对烘干后的全棉水刺无纺布打卷;
步骤S11,成品检验,对成卷后的全棉水刺无纺布进行成品检验;
所述水的添加量为全棉水刺无纺布克重的10倍;所述精炼剂的添加量为全棉水刺无纺布克重的5%;
所述精炼剂包括碳酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠盐、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚、氯化钠、螯合剂、硅酸钠和乳酸;所述碳酸钠的重量百分比为75%-85%;所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠盐的重量百分比为10%-15%;所述聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚的重量百分比为5%-10%;所述氯化钠的重量百分比为2-8%;
所述螯合剂的重量百分比为4%-10%;所述硅酸钠的重量百分比为3-7%;所述乳酸的重量百分比为1-5%;
所述螯合剂为EDTA、DTPA、柠檬酸和酒石酸的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的原生态无添加柔软全棉水刺无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤S7中,所述煮漂机内部的压力为0.4-0.6Mpa;比流量:55~75L/Kg.min;水循环:1分钟5个循环,内外循环交替;煮漂温度为110℃;煮漂时间为45min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的原生态无添加柔软全棉水刺无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤S8中,所述中和水洗处理具体为:将全棉水刺无纺布放入煮漂机中,投入柠檬酸对全棉水刺无纺布进行水洗,直至PH调节至6-8。
4.根据权利要求1所述的原生态无添加柔软全棉水刺无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤S9中,所述烘干处理具体为:将全棉水刺无纺布导入烘箱中,烘箱温度:110℃-130℃,烘干时间:1min-3mim。
5.根据权利要求1所述的原生态无添加柔软全棉水刺无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤S11中,所述成品检验是对全棉水刺无纺布的外观质量和内在质量指标进行检验。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的原生态无添加柔软全棉水刺无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备方法可以应用在T/C无纺布和CVC无纺布的生产过程中。
