referring to fig. 1, it can be seen from the above experimental data that, in comparative groups 1 and 2 and examples 1, 2, 3 and 4, when the feed is directly fed to the comparative group 1, the number of chickens with an antibody titer of 10 or more is small, and side effects are more and the effect is not good, and in the comparative group 2, the number of parts of 4 kinds of medicines, codonopsis pilosula, plantain seed, morinda officinalis and andrographis paniculata, is reduced, so that although the number of chickens with an antibody titer of 10 or more is larger than that of the comparative group 1, the effect of inhibiting the side effects is not good, while the number of chickens with an antibody titer of 10 or more in the blood of the example group is larger than that of the comparative group, the examples greatly improve the side effects such as diarrhea and trichoblast caused by vaccine, and it is worth mentioning that in example 1, the number of parts of all medicines is reduced, and the ratio of the parts of the feed is reduced most compared with the other examples, the traditional Chinese medicine has large medicinal taste, and the phenomenon that the chicken is not favorite to eat is caused, so the effect is not ideal, in example 2, the parts of all the medicines are increased, so that although the number of the chicken with the antibody titer of more than 10 is large, the side effect is increased due to the excessive medicine, and according to the component proportion and the processing mode of example 4, the side effect generated by the vaccine is remarkably reduced, the generation of the antibody can be accelerated, in example 3, the step of steaming the feed residues is reduced, and the side effect and the effective degree are not as good as those of example 4, but compared with a comparative group, the traditional Chinese medicine has large inhibition effect on the side effect under the same use condition, and simultaneously, the chicken can quickly generate the antibody.

step 1, preparing a first medicament and first dregs of a decoction: slicing radix Angelicae sinensis, Saviae Miltiorrhizae radix, radix Codonopsis, Atractylodis rhizoma, semen plantaginis, radix Morindae officinalis, and cortex Magnolia officinalis, cleaning, filtering, placing into a pot, adding 10 times of water, decocting with strong fire for 0.5 hr, decocting with slow fire for 1.5 hr, stopping fire, air drying to room temperature, and sieving with 100 mesh sieve to obtain first medicinal preparation and first residue.
