Abstract

一种双烯烃加氢制备单烯烃的方法,包括使包含双烯烃的原料在催化剂存在下与氢气反应的步骤,其中所述催化剂包括载体,该载体包括第一载体和包覆在第一载体外表面上的第二载体,和负载在所述第二载体上的催化活性组分,其中所述第一载体的孔隙率≤35%,所述第二载体的厚度与所述第一载体的有效直径的比值在0.01‑0.2之间,所述第二载体的孔分布曲线具有两个孔分布峰,其中第一孔分布峰的峰值对应的孔径在4‑80nm范围内,且第二孔分布峰的峰值对应的孔径在100‑8000nm范围内。所述方法具有提高的加氢反应的转化率和选择性。
