Abstract

Experiment 1:

1. the essence prepared by the application has the effects of spot lightening, wrinkle resistance, whitening and oxidation resistance, does not contain irritant substances, can be used by people of any skin type and any age, and does not generate an allergy phenomenon.
2. Compared with the comparative example 1, the comparative example 1 only uses sodium alginate to coat the vitamin E, so that the effect of the essence on the clearance rate of free radicals is better in the early stage, and when the essence is placed for a long time, the clearance rate of the free radicals is reduced, which shows that the condition of leakage can occur when the sodium alginate is used alone to coat the vitamin E, so that the anti-oxygen property is reduced.
3. Compared with the comparative example 2, the comparative example 2 does not modify chitosan and does not add titanium dioxide, so that the free radical clearance is reduced slightly in the later period, and the reduction value of melanin is smaller after the chitosan is modified and the titanium dioxide is added, so that ultraviolet rays can be absorbed, and the increase of melanin is avoided. The chitosan is modified, so that the solubility of the chitosan in an aqueous solution can be improved, the coating rate of the chitosan microspheres is improved, and the vitamin E is prevented from flowing out.

2. The anti-wrinkle whitening essence according to claim 1, characterized in that: the compound radix Angelicae sinensis extract is mixture of radix Paeoniae alba, radix Angelicae sinensis, Aloe, and Glycyrrhrizae radix extract.
3. A preparation method of anti-wrinkle whitening essence is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
s1: extracting radix Paeoniae alba with 80% ethanol under microwave for 5-10 min; extracting radix Angelicae sinensis and Glycyrrhrizae radix with deionized water by microwave for 5-10min, cleaning folium Aloe, chopping, grinding, soaking in ether solution for 4-6 hr, vacuum filtering, adding anhydrous ethanol, soaking for 22-25 hr, distilling under reduced pressure, adsorbing to remove bitter components, concentrating, and mixing with extracted radix Paeoniae alba, radix Angelicae sinensis and Glycyrrhrizae radix to obtain compound radix Angelicae sinensis extract;
s2: sieving the honeysuckle leaves with a sieve of 200-800 meshes, adding absolute ethyl alcohol, carrying out water bath reaction, carrying out suction filtration, and reserving a solution to obtain a honeysuckle leaf extract;
s3: dissolving sodium alginate in deionized water, adding vitamin E and nano calcium carbonate, mixing uniformly, performing ultrasonic reaction for 0.5-2h, adding a mixture of liquid paraffin and tween 80, mixing uniformly, slowly adding a mixed solution of glacial acetic acid and liquid paraffin, washing, separating and drying to obtain sodium alginate microspheres, adding an aqueous solution of modified chitosan, mixing uniformly, reacting for 30-60min, washing, centrifuging, freeze-drying, dissolving in deionized water, adding organic montmorillonite and titanium dioxide, performing microwave radiation reaction for 2h, dialyzing, and freeze-drying to obtain chitosan microspheres;
s4: uniformly mixing 1, 2-propylene glycol, citric acid, a ginseng extract, a coix seed extract, a safflower extract, chitosan microspheres, a honeysuckle leaf extract and deionized water, adding hydroxyethyl cellulose, heating to 60-80 ℃, reacting for 1-2h, cooling to room temperature, adding a compound Chinese angelica extract and polypeptide, and uniformly mixing to obtain the anti-wrinkle whitening essence.
