The itching relieving and anti-inflammatory wet tissues described in examples 1 to 13 and comparative examples 1 to 21 were covered on the dehaired sites, and after 40min of administration, the samples were removed, and 005 mL.10g (1.25 mgkg) of 0.025% low molecular weight dextran was intravenously injected into each mouse tail. The mice can generate paroxysmal skin itch after the dextran is injected into the tail vein, the paroxysmal skin itch is expressed as the head scratching by the front paws, the trunk scratching by the rear paws, the mouth biting each part and tail of the body, the accumulated duration of the paroxysmal skin itch of each group of mice within 30min is subjected to data statistics treatment, and the antipruritic effect of the drug is evaluated.
(2) Sterilization experiment: the detection is carried out according to the requirements of the 2002 edition of the Ministry of health, and the sterilization test is carried out on staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and candida albicans respectively.
(3) Antibacterial effective action time test: the duration of antibacterial effectiveness was tested according to the duration antibacterial experimental procedure in standard WS/T650-2019.
(4) Moisture retention test experiment: 340 volunteers were randomly selected and divided into 34 groups of 10 volunteers, and the ratio of dry skin, neutral skin and mixed skin in each group was about the same, and the itching relieving and inflammation diminishing wet tissues described in examples 1 to 13 and comparative examples 1 to 21 were rubbed respectively, and the skin moisture change of the hand skin of the volunteers before and after the application of the disinfectant hand sanitizer was measured by a skin moisture tester.
(5) And (3) testing the anti-inflammatory effect: pure Kunming mice are selected, the body mass of the mice is 26-28 g,340 mice are randomly grouped, 10 mice in each group are respectively half male and female, 0.05ml of dimethylbenzene is smeared on the front side and the back side of the left ear of the mice, and the right ear of the mice is used as a control. The itching relieving and inflammation diminishing wet tissues described in examples 1 to 13 and comparative examples 1 to 21 were covered on the front and rear sides of the left ear after 1 hour, the samples were removed after 2 hours of administration, the mice were sacrificed by dislocation, both ears were cut off along the auricle base line, round ears were respectively punched on the same site with a punch having a diameter of 8mm, and the antiphlogistic effect of the medicines was evaluated by the degree of swelling of the difference between the weights of the left and right pieces.
The results of the performance test of the itching relieving and anti-inflammatory wet tissues described in examples 1-13 and comparative examples 1-21 are shown in the table.
TABLE 3 Table 3
As is clear from examples 1-3 and comparative examples 16-17, as the amount of the antipruritic and anti-inflammatory composition added increases, the antibacterial property, the antibacterial effective time and the moisturizing property of the antipruritic and anti-inflammatory wet tissues increase and decrease, and the cumulative duration also decreases and increases. According to the data of examples 1, 4-7 and comparative examples 18-19, the antibacterial property, the antibacterial effective time and the antipruritic effect of the antipruritic and anti-inflammatory wet tissues are optimal when the mass percentage of the emulsifying agent in the antipruritic and anti-inflammatory wet tissues is 1.5-4.0% and the mass percentage of the surfactant is 0.5-1.3%. According to the data of examples 1, 8-11 and comparative examples 20-21, the anti-itch and anti-inflammatory wet tissues have the best antibacterial property, antibacterial effective time, moisturizing property and anti-itch effect when the mass percentage of the humectant in the anti-itch and anti-inflammatory wet tissues is 2.0-5.2% and the mass percentage of the antioxidant is 0.2-0.5%. From the data of example 1 and comparative examples 1-13, it can be seen that the wet tissues do not have antipruritic and antibacterial effects when no antipruritic anti-inflammatory composition is added to the wet tissues. When any component of the antipruritic and anti-inflammatory composition is absent, the antipruritic effect of the wet tissue is obviously reduced, and the antibacterial property is slightly reduced. From the data of example 1 and comparative examples 14 to 15, it is understood that the preparation process of the antipruritic and antiinflammatory composition also affects the antipruritic and antiinflammatory effects and antibacterial effects of the wet tissues prepared.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention and not for limiting the scope of the present invention, and although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the technical solution of the present invention may be modified or substituted equally without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
