Description

Moisturizing emulsion and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a moisturizing emulsion and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The most basic requirement for skin care is skin moisturization. The stratum corneum of human skin is mainly composed of anucleate keratin filaments, keratinocytes, amino acid compounds and natural moisturizing factors, and has the functions of retaining moisture, a barrier and the like. The water source in the stratum corneum of the skin is mainly sweat secreted by sweat glands, and 20% of water is tightly bound to natural moisturizing factors and skin lipids, so that the formed sebum membrane emulsified by sweat and water and the natural moisturizing factors become two most important factors for skin moisturizing.
The factors causing the skin to lack water mainly comprise two aspects, firstly, environmental factors bring about the skin lack of water, such as autumn and winter, dry weather can cause the moisture of the horny layer to evaporate rapidly, and dry wind can also take away a large amount of moisture in the skin. In addition, in autumn and winter, the metabolism of human body is slowed down in cold weather, the blood flow speed is slowed down, the grease secreted by sebaceous glands is reduced, the moisture supplement of skin is slowed down, the supplement of sebaceous membranes is insufficient, the water locking capacity of skin is weakened, and the problem of skin dryness is caused. Therefore, it is very important to use a cosmetic having a good water-retaining effect on the skin.
The Chinese invention patent (application number: 202110624915.X) discloses a moisturizing emulsion and a preparation method thereof, wherein the emulsion comprises components of jojoba oil, white pond flower seed oil, trehalose, panthenol, astaxanthin, resveratrol, a palmate kelp extract, tranexamic acid, a grape seed extract, a chlorella extract, a chamomile extract, a sea fennel extract, tetrahydromethylpyrimidine carboxylic acid, acetyl hexapeptide-8, allantoin, bisabolol, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, a sweet orange peel extract and the like. The skin care cream has the effects of deeply preserving water, moisturizing, nourishing and repairing the skin and the like, and can help the skin to establish a self-protection barrier and isolate various stimulations of the external environment. Although the moisturizing emulsion prepared by the invention has a good moisturizing effect, the moisturizing liquid has poor water locking performance, can only maintain the skin to have good moisturizing performance within a short time of smearing, and can still cause the skin to be dry when used in autumn and winter in dry weather, so that the problem of moisturizing is not fundamentally solved.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a moisturizing emulsion and a preparation method thereof.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
a moisturizing emulsion comprises the following raw materials: glycerol, 1, 2-pentanediol, allantoin, nicotinamide, jojoba oil, carbomer, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, glyceryl monostearate, xanthan gum, p-hydroxyacetophenone, behenyl alcohol, water-soluble vitamin E, a whitening humectant and the balance of water.
Preferably, the material composition comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 2-6 wt% of glycerol, 1-5 wt% of 1, 2-pentanediol, 0.1-0.3 wt% of allantoin, 1-4 wt% of nicotinamide, 2-8 wt% of jojoba oil, 0.1-0.5 wt% of carbomer, 0.5-1.5 wt% of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.1-1 wt% of glyceryl monostearate, 0.5-2 wt% of xanthan gum, 0.01-0.1 wt% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.25-0.4 wt% of behenyl alcohol, 0.2-0.5 wt% of water-soluble vitamin E, 1-8 wt% of whitening humectant and the balance of water.
The invention adopts the glycerol, the 1, 2-pentanediol and the jojoba oil to improve the moisturizing effect; the water-soluble fullerene is a long-acting free radical scavenger, forms a stable state after absorbing free radicals, has strong oxidation resistance, has the effects of whitening and preventing ultraviolet rays, and can be stored in the skin care product for a long time due to the stability of the water-soluble fullerene; the dipotassium glycyrrhizinate is used as a penetration enhancer and can effectively promote the absorption of effective active substances, so that various substances in the cosmetic composition containing the penetration enhancer can be effectively absorbed by percutaneous penetration, and the cosmetic composition has good effects of resisting ultraviolet radiation, whitening, removing freckles, moisturizing, locking water and improving skin barrier; the xanthan gum can lock human body moisture and prevent human body moisture loss, the water locking and moisture preserving are carried out synchronously, and the skin care product containing the xanthan gum has obvious lubrication feeling and good hand feeling when being smeared; after being applied to the skin, a layer of film can be formed on the surface of the skin, so that the skin can generate good smooth feeling and moist feeling, and the protective effect on the skin is achieved; the nicotinamide can inhibit melanin deposition, prevent melanin from transferring to surface cells, accelerate cutin exfoliation containing melanin, reduce protein yellowing after saccharification, reduce spot size and quantity, and reduce oil secretion; allantoin has effects of promoting cell growth and promoting wound healing; the water-soluble vitamin E can play a role in repairing and locking water and improve the water retention of skin.
Whitening humectant: the rose and the green plum are used as fermentation raw materials of the ferment, the green plum is rich in SOD enzyme, the rapid fermentation of the rose can be effectively promoted, meanwhile, certain oxygen can be provided for aerobic bacteria, the fermentation time is accelerated, the fermentation period is shortened, the content of active substances in fermentation liquor is improved, and the rose and the green plum are cooperatively used to achieve good whitening and moisturizing effects; the fermentation liquor contains rich antioxidant substances such as flavone and polyphenol and rich nutrient components, has good anti-radiation and anti-oxidation effects, can reduce the damage of free radicals generated by the induction of ultraviolet rays and chemical substances to skin tissues, thereby playing the role of delaying senility, and simultaneously the enzyme solution can inhibit the activity of tyrosinase, prevent the formation of melanin and whiten the skin.
The rose ferment has the effects of tonifying qi and blood, beautifying and protecting skin and the like. However, the preparation of pure rose ferment still has some problems: the rose ferment fermentation process has longer period; the flavone in the rose ferment is easy to oxidize at high temperature, so that the content of the flavone and polyphenol in the rose ferment is extremely low; therefore, in order to improve the fermentation period of the rose ferment, improve the fermentation quality of the rose ferment and increase the content of active substances, the green plums are used as auxiliary materials to be fermented together with the roses to shorten the fermentation period, and the antioxidant retinol and/or resveratrol are added, so that the retinol has good antioxidant and anti-aging effects and has the function of promoting the synthesis of collagen; meanwhile, the resveratrol has the effects of oxidation resistance and inflammation resistance, and the three components have synergistic interaction, so that the whitening effect is improved together. The reason is that the rose extract contains antioxidant substances such as flavone, has good anti-radiation and anti-oxidation effects, can reduce the damage of free radicals generated by the induction of ultraviolet rays and chemical substances to skin tissues, inhibit the activity of tyrosinase, and prevent the formation of melanin; the green plums and the roses contain polyphenol substances, have good tyrosinase inhibition activity and are effective tyrosinase inhibitors. Meanwhile, the rose and the green plum can play respective functions and can play a role in synergy.
The plant enzyme can increase the moisture retention and water retention of the skin after being added, the plant enzyme liquid is easy to be absorbed by the skin, has good moisture and water retention effects on the facial skin, does not generate greasy feeling when being used, and is dry and comfortable after being used; due to the ingenious matching of the components, the skin care product can penetrate into the bottom layer of the skin, effectively resist a dry environment, recover the elastic and lusterless skin and moisten and tender the skin, so that the skin care product has the effects of moisturizing, protecting the skin and brightening the skin, and has safety and no irritation to the skin of a human body.
The preparation method of the whitening humectant comprises the following steps:
s1, cleaning rose and green plum, drying, crushing, and sieving with a 80-120 mesh sieve to obtain mixed powder; the mass ratio of the rose to the green plum is (1-5) to 1; mixing 30-50 parts by weight of the mixed powder, 0.5-2 parts by weight of zymophyte, 0.5-3 parts by weight of glucose and 10-30 parts by weight of sterile water, sterilizing at 130 ℃ of 115-30 min, putting into a fermentation tank for sealed fermentation, fermenting at 30-50 ℃ for 1-4 days, and fermenting at 25-35 ℃ for 3-6 days; filtering, and sterilizing the filtrate to obtain the plant enzyme;
s2, mixing 30-50 parts by weight of the plant enzyme and 3-8 parts by weight of the antioxidant uniformly, and stirring for 5-10min at 400-800rpm to obtain the whitening humectant.
The rose enzyme is easy to deteriorate, and an oxidant is usually added or the rose enzyme is wrapped to prevent the rose enzyme from deteriorating; meanwhile, as the retinol is used as a main component in the antioxidant skin conditioner, the retinol has larger irritation to the skin due to the direct use of the retinol, even if the retinol is used in combination with other components, when the retinol is applied to the surface of the skin, the retinol compound and other components in the product directly act on the skin, and users with sensitive skin are easy to have adverse reactions such as dry skin, desquamation, pruritus and the like due to larger irritation; resveratrol is also very poor in water solubility and also has poor effect on skin directly. Therefore, in order to prevent the rose ferment from deteriorating, improve the utilization rate of the resveratrol and reduce the stimulation effect of the retinol on the skin, the inventor wraps the active substances by using the grafted hyaluronic acid film, and utilizes the receptor binding effect of the HA to enable the active substances to stay outside the skin or slowly release the active ingredients in the skin, so as to increase the storage of the active ingredients outside the cuticle, in the cuticle and in the dermis.
The active ingredient is wrapped inside the grafted hyaluronic acid film to form an inclusion, so that the stability of the active ingredient in a system can be improved, and a higher addition amount is achieved; the product permeability can be increased, the product can better permeate into the deep skin and generate better retention, the time for exerting the effect is longer, and the bioavailability is higher; can also reduce the irritation caused by the direct contact of the functional components and the skin, and the prepared product is safer.
Preferably, the preparation method of the whitening moisturizer comprises the following steps:
s1, cleaning and drying rose and green plum, crushing, and sieving with a 80-120 mesh sieve to obtain mixed powder; the mass ratio of the rose to the green plum is (1-5) to 1; mixing 30-50 parts by weight of the mixed powder, 0.5-2 parts by weight of zymophyte, 0.5-3 parts by weight of glucose and 10-30 parts by weight of sterile water, sterilizing at 130 ℃ of 115-30 min, putting into a fermentation tank for sealed fermentation, fermenting at 30-50 ℃ for 1-4 days, and fermenting at 25-35 ℃ for 3-6 days; filtering, and sterilizing the filtrate to obtain the plant enzyme; uniformly mixing 30-50 parts by weight of plant enzyme and 3-8 parts by weight of antioxidant, and stirring at 400-800rpm for 5-10min to obtain the whitening active matter;
