Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to nourishing and moisturizing milk and a preparation method thereof.
Background
When the water-oil balance of the skin is broken, the problems of dry skin, water deficiency, dullness and the like can occur. Moisturizing is an indispensable link of daily skin care, and proper skin care products can help to rebuild skin barrier, increase skin moisture, prevent loss of moisture on the skin surface and form a moisturizing film to lock moisture. Common moisturizing skin care products include moisturizing lotions, moisturizing creams, moisturizing essences and the like. Moisturizing emulsion is a common moisturizing skin care product, and generally consists of water, oil, humectant, emulsifier and other components. The emulsifier can mix water and oil together to form emulsion-like texture, so that the moisturizing component can better permeate into the skin surface layer to achieve the effects of moisturizing. The moisturizing component in the moisturizing emulsion can ensure that the skin can better lock moisture, resist the damage of the external environment to the skin and improve the skin state. When the moisturizing lotion is used, a product suitable for skin can be selected, and the moisturizing lotion can be applied to the skin of the whole face and the neck in a massaging way. After the skin is used, the skin can feel moist and comfortable, and can become brighter and healthier. However, most of the existing moisturizing emulsions have single functions, can only achieve the effect of shallow moisturizing, and cannot meet the deep moisturizing requirement of skin.
The Chinese patent CN106667809A discloses a lycopene whitening, moisturizing and anti-aging emulsion, which comprises the following components: lycopene, seaweed extract, rose essential oil, olive oil, glycerol, propylene glycol, xanthan gum, vitamin E, cetyl alcohol and distilled water, and the invention utilizes the characteristic that pure natural raw material lycopene has super oxidation resistance, can effectively remove free radicals, prevent skin cells from being damaged, whiten and prevent sunburn, and delay skin aging; meanwhile, the seaweed extract can deeply moisturize and supplement water and promote skin metabolism, so that the skin care effects of whitening, moisturizing and resisting aging are achieved, but lycopene is insoluble in water and easily loses activity due to oxidization, so that the lycopene is low in bioavailability and unstable in performance when being directly used as a raw material of cosmetics, and cannot well exert the effects of the lycopene.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides the nourishing and moisturizing emulsion, which utilizes the characteristic that the acetylated hemicellulose has amphipathy formed by a hydrophobic chain and a hydrophilic chain by processing pure natural raw material lycopene into lycopene stable emulsion, so that the acetylated hemicellulose is stably adsorbed on an oil-water interface to form a barrier film, thereby protecting lycopene in an oil system from oxidative degradation, and simultaneously improving the biocompatibility of the lycopene and the emulsion stability of the moisturizing emulsion. The invention also provides a preparation method of the nourishing and moisturizing milk, which is simple and convenient to operate.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
A milk for nourishing, caring skin and keeping moisture comprises glycerol, 1, 2-pentanediol, camellia seed oil, trehalose, squalane, and lycopene stable milk.
Lycopene is a purely natural powerful antioxidant active substance, and can be used for whitening skin, resisting skin aging, preventing color spot formation and the like in the field of skin care. The lycopene can help skin to be less than ultraviolet and air radiation pollution, lighten skin oxidative stress and inflammatory reaction, promote regeneration and repair of skin cells, reduce melanin deposition in skin, prevent color spots from forming, play a role in whitening skin, promote blood circulation of skin, improve moisture content and elasticity of skin, and keep skin moist and luster.
Lycopene has some disadvantages during use: on the one hand, lycopene has a conjugated polyunsaturated olefin structure, is sensitive to light and oxygen reactions and is easy to oxidize and lose activity, and on the other hand, lycopene serving as a fat-soluble substance cannot be stably dispersed in water and is easy to damage by acid in a system.
Therefore, the invention adopts homogeneous reaction to prepare the acetyl hemicellulose which is evenly distributed, the introduction of the acetyl ensures that the hemicellulose has excellent hydrophilic/hydrophobic balance, can be well dispersed in water, can be stably adsorbed on an oil-water interface to form a barrier film, protects lycopene in an oil system from oxidative degradation, and improves the biocompatibility of the lycopene and the emulsion stability of emulsion.
Preferably, the content of the lycopene stabilizing milk is 8-12wt%.
Preferably, the preparation method of the lycopene stable milk comprises the following steps:
Adding lycopene into jojoba oil according to a solid-to-liquid ratio of 0.1-0.3kg:50L, performing ultrasonic treatment for 20-30min to obtain an oil system dispersion liquid, adding acetylated hemicellulose into water according to a solid-to-liquid ratio of 0.4-0.6kg:50L, performing ultrasonic treatment for 5-15min to obtain an aqueous dispersion liquid, adding the oil system dispersion liquid into the aqueous dispersion liquid according to a mass ratio of 3:5-10, uniformly mixing, homogenizing under high pressure, and obtaining the lycopene stable emulsion.
It is emphasized that in the process of preparing the lycopene stabilized emulsion, the preferred jojoba oil not only can well dissolve lycopene, but also is easy to absorb, natural and non-irritating, and has the effects of moisturizing and moistening skin.
Preferably, the power of the ultrasonic treatment is 200-300W and the frequency is 20-40kHz.
Preferably, the high-pressure homogenization is carried out at a pressure of 500-1500bar and a cycle number of 3-6.
Preferably, the preparation method of the acetylated hemicellulose comprises the following steps:
adding alkali extracted hemicellulose into dimethyl sulfoxide solution of sodium chloride according to a solid-to-liquid ratio of 1kg:15-20L, mixing uniformly, adjusting pH to neutral, adding acetyl chloride, stirring for reaction, adding absolute ethyl alcohol for precipitation after the reaction is finished, standing, centrifuging to obtain precipitate, washing, and drying to obtain the acetylated hemicellulose.
Hemicellulose is an important component of plant cell walls and is very abundant in nature. The hemicellulose molecule mainly comprises a plurality of types of sugar units, the molecular structure of the hemicellulose molecule contains a large number of carboxyl and hydroxyl functional groups, and simultaneously the hemicellulose molecule also contains acetyl substituent groups under the original state, so that the hemicellulose molecule has amphipathy formed by a hydrophobic chain and a hydrophilic chain. However, the common alkali extraction in industry can lead to easy removal of acetyl substituted base in hemicellulose molecular structure, and seriously damages the amphipathy of natural hemicellulose molecules.
According to the invention, acetyl is uniformly introduced into the molecular structure of alkali-extracted hemicellulose through homogeneous phase reaction, and the obtained acetylated hemicellulose has excellent amphipathy, and can realize high adsorption concentration on an oil-water interface, so that the method has a good barrier effect on an oil system and has a good protection effect on lycopene in the oil system.
Preferably, the concentration of the dimethyl sulfoxide solution of sodium chloride is 0.5-0.8wt%.
Preferably, the amount of the acetyl chloride is 10-15wt% of the mass of the alkali-extracted hemicellulose.
Preferably, the conditions of the stirring reaction are: stirring and reacting for 120-160min at 50-55 ℃ and 100-200 rpm.
Preferably, 2-5 times the volume of absolute ethanol is added.
Preferably, the mixture is allowed to stand for 250 to 300 minutes.
Preferably, the preparation method of the alkali-extracted hemicellulose comprises the following steps:
Crushing rice straw, sieving, adding NaOH aqueous solution, heating and stirring, filtering after finishing, regulating the pH of the filtrate to be neutral, adding absolute ethyl alcohol for precipitation, standing, centrifuging to obtain precipitate, washing and drying to obtain alkali-extracted hemicellulose.
Preferably, the rice straw is crushed and sieved by a 60-100-mesh sieve.
Preferably, the aqueous NaOH solution is added in a solid-to-liquid ratio of 1 kg:15-20L.
Preferably, the concentration of the aqueous NaOH solution is 6-8wt%.
Preferably, the conditions of heating and stirring are: stirring at 90-95deg.C and 100-200rpm for 150-200min.
Preferably, 2-5 times the volume of absolute ethanol is added.
Preferably, the mixture is allowed to stand for 250 to 300 minutes.
Preferably, the nourishing and moisturizing lotion is prepared from the following raw materials:
10-15wt% of glycerol, 1-3wt% of 1, 2-pentanediol, 2-5wt% of camellia seed oil, 1-2wt% of trehalose, 1-3wt% of squalane, 0.03-0.05wt% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 1.5-2wt% of glyceryl monostearate, 1-1.5wt% of behenyl alcohol, 8-12wt% of lycopene stable milk and the balance of water.
Glycerol, 1, 2-pentanediol and trehalose are used as moisturizers, which can absorb moisture and lock up moisture, and increase skin humidity and softness.
In addition, glycerol and water are used as solvents to enable other active components to be absorbed by skin more easily, 1, 2-pentanediol can also improve the stability of moisturizing milk to a certain extent, inhibit bacterial growth, and trehalose can also enhance the moisture storage capacity of skin cells to enable skin to be moisturized.
The camellia seed oil is rich in vitamin E and unsaturated fatty acid, is favorable for keeping moisture and elasticity of skin, and the squalane can strengthen the skin barrier function and prevent moisture loss and external irritants from entering the skin.
The raw materials cooperate with each other in the moisturizing emulsion to exert better moisturizing, nourishing and moisturizing effects, so that the skin is comprehensively cared.
The p-hydroxyacetophenone used as preservative and antioxidant can prevent deterioration and oxidation of moisturizing milk, and maintain its stability. Glyceryl monostearate and behenyl alcohol are emulsifiers and thickeners that assist in forming a stable emulsion while increasing the consistency and comfort of the moisturizing emulsion.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the nourishing and moisturizing milk.
Preferably, the preparation method of the nourishing and moisturizing milk comprises the following steps:
Mixing 1, 2-pentanediol, camellia seed oil, squalane, glyceryl monostearate and behenyl alcohol with glycerol, stirring at 70-80deg.C and 300-600rpm for 20-40min, adding trehalose, p-hydroxyacetophenone and water, stirring for 10-20min, cooling to 40-50deg.C, adding lycopene stable emulsion, stirring for 10-30min, naturally cooling to room temperature, and bottling.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the nourishing and moisturizing milk prepared by the invention is rich in moisturizing and whitening components, can deeply moisturize and moisturize, improve the moisture and elasticity of skin, and make the skin tender and smooth.
