1) Dissolving 2700mg of phospholipid and 2700mg of lecithin in 120mL of ethanol, and shaking for dissolving until the solution is transparent to prepare an oil phase membrane material solution;

5) Ultrasonic treatment is carried out for 5-20min after the membrane is removed completely, and liposome with anti-aging effect with uniform particle size (0.16+/-0.05 μm) is obtained after filtration.
The preparation method of the liposome in the cream composition containing the synergistic anti-aging efficacy liposome of the embodiment 3 comprises the following process steps:
1) Dissolving 3300mg of phospholipid and 3300mg of lecithin in 120mL of ethanol, and shaking for dissolving until the solution is transparent to prepare an oil phase membrane material solution;
2) Removing ethanol from the membrane material solution in the step 1) under reduced pressure at a constant temperature of 35 ℃ until a layer of transparent film is formed on the inner side of the bottle wall, and drying for 10min;

4) Adding the active phosphate buffer solution in the step 3) into the dried product obtained in the step 2), and performing normal-pressure rotary oscillation hydration and demoulding at 35 ℃;
5) Ultrasonic treatment is carried out for 5-20min after the membrane is removed completely, and liposome with anti-aging effect with uniform particle size (0.15+/-0.05 μm) is obtained after filtration.
The preparation method of the liposome in the cream composition containing the synergistic anti-aging efficacy liposome of the embodiment 4 comprises the following process steps:
1) Dissolving 3900mg of phospholipid and 3900mg of lecithin in 150mL of ethanol, and shaking for dissolving until the solution is transparent to prepare an oil phase membrane material solution;
2) Removing ethanol from the membrane material solution in the step 1) under reduced pressure at a constant temperature of 35 ℃ until a layer of transparent film is formed on the inner side of the bottle wall, and drying for 10min;
3) 1350mg of cubilose acid, 750mg of procyanidine and 900mg of bacillus licheniformis/glutamic acid fermentation filtrate are dissolved in 30mL of phosphate buffer solution with pH of 6.8 to prepare aqueous phase active phosphate buffer solution;
4) Adding the active phosphate buffer solution in the step 3) into the dried product obtained in the step 2), and performing normal-pressure rotary oscillation hydration and demoulding at 35 ℃;
5) Ultrasonic treatment is carried out for 5-20min after the membrane is removed completely, and liposome with anti-aging effect with uniform particle size (0.13+/-0.05 μm) is obtained after filtration.

the anti-aging efficacy liposome comprises: bacillus licheniformis/glutamic acid fermentation filtrate, nidulanic acid, procyanidine and lecithin, wherein the mass ratio of the bacillus licheniformis/glutamic acid fermentation filtrate to the procyanidine to the nidulanic acid to the lecithin is (0.5-8.0): 1: (0.5-6.0): (1-15).

1) Dissolving phospholipid and lecithin in ethanol, and shaking to dissolve until the solution is transparent to obtain an oil phase membrane material solution;
2) Removing ethanol from the film material solution in the step 1) under reduced pressure at a constant temperature of 35 ℃ until a layer of transparent film is formed on the inner side of the bottle wall, and drying for 10min to obtain a dried product;
3) Dissolving bacillus licheniformis/glutamic acid fermentation filtrate, nidus Collocaliae acid and procyanidine in phosphate buffer solution with pH of 6.8 to obtain water phase active phosphate buffer solution;
4) Adding the active phosphate buffer solution in the step 3) into the dried product obtained in the step 2), and performing normal-pressure rotary oscillation hydration and demoulding at 35 ℃;
5) Ultrasonic treatment is carried out for 5-20min after the membrane is removed completely, and the anti-aging liposome with uniform particle size is obtained after filtration.

the emulsifier is selected from at least one of olive oil PEG-7 esters, PEG-8 caprylic/capric glycerides, cholesterol, sorbitan olive oleate, polysorbate-20, triethanolamine, octyldodecanol, glycerol tri (ethylhexanoate), C12-18 alkyl glucoside, laureth-23, a mixture of glycerol stearate and PEG-100 stearate, steareth-21, palmitols and a mixture of PEG-75 stearate and glycerol stearate and steareth-20, polysorbate-80, a mixture of glyceryl stearate and PEG-75 stearate, poloxamer 407, PEG-30 dimer hydroxystearate, cetostearyl polyether-25;
the filler is at least one selected from titanium dioxide, mica, silica, boron nitride, maltodextrin, polymethylsilsesquioxane, diatomite, kaolin, cellulose acetate, starch octyl aluminum succinate, talcum powder, barium sulfate and volcanic ash;
the thickener is at least one selected from hydroxyethyl cellulose, xanthan gum, cetyl alcohol, carbomer, acrylic acid (ester) copolymer, polymer EMT-10, polyacrylate crosslinked polymer-6, sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, acrylic ester/C10-30 alkyl acrylate crosslinked polymer, acryloyldimethyl taurate amine/VP copolymer, acrylic acid (ester) type/C10-30 alkanol acrylic ester crosslinked polymer, polyethylene and gum arabic;
