5) and (3) carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 5-20min after complete membrane removal, and filtering to obtain the liposome with uniform particle size (0.18 +/-0.03 mu m) and anti-aging effect.
The preparation method of the liposome in the cream composition containing the liposome with synergistic anti-aging effect of the embodiment 2 comprises the following process steps:
1) dissolving 2700mg of phospholipid and 2700mg of lecithin in 120mL of ethanol, and shaking for dissolving until the solution is transparent to obtain an oil-phase membrane material solution;

4) adding the active phosphate buffer solution in the step 3) into the dried substance obtained in the step 2), and performing normal-pressure rotary oscillation hydration and demoulding at the temperature of 35 ℃;
5) and (3) carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 5-20min after complete demoulding, and filtering to obtain the liposome with uniform particle size (0.16 +/-0.05 mu m) and the anti-aging effect.
The preparation method of the liposome in the cream composition containing the liposome with synergistic anti-aging effect of the embodiment 3 comprises the following process steps:
1) dissolving 3300mg of phospholipid and 3300mg of lecithin in 120mL of ethanol, shaking for dissolving until the solution is transparent, and preparing into oil phase membrane material solution;
2) decompressing the membrane solution obtained in the step 1) at a constant temperature of 35 ℃ to remove ethanol until a layer of transparent film is formed on the inner side of the bottle wall, and drying for 10 min;
3) dissolving 750mg of cubilose acid, 450mg of procyanidine and 1800mg of bacillus licheniformis/glutamic acid fermentation filtrate in 30mL of phosphate buffer solution with pH6.8 to prepare water-phase active phosphate buffer solution;
4) adding the active phosphate buffer solution in the step 3) into the dried substance obtained in the step 2), and performing normal-pressure rotary oscillation hydration and demoulding at the temperature of 35 ℃;
5) and (3) carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 5-20min after complete demoulding, and filtering to obtain the liposome with uniform particle size (0.15 +/-0.05 mu m) and the anti-aging effect.
The preparation method of the liposome in the cream composition containing the liposome with synergistic anti-aging effect of the embodiment 4 comprises the following process steps:
1) dissolving 3900mg of phospholipid and 3900mg of lecithin in 150mL of ethanol, shaking for dissolving until the solution is transparent, and preparing an oil-phase membrane material solution;
2) decompressing the membrane solution obtained in the step 1) at a constant temperature of 35 ℃ to remove ethanol until a layer of transparent film is formed on the inner side of the bottle wall, and drying for 10 min;
3) dissolving 1350mg of cubilose acid, 750mg of procyanidin and 900mg of bacillus licheniformis/glutamic acid fermentation filtrate in 30mL of phosphate buffer solution with pH of 6.8 to prepare water-phase active phosphate buffer solution;
4) adding the active phosphate buffer solution in the step 3) into the dried substance obtained in the step 2), and performing normal-pressure rotary oscillation hydration and demoulding at the temperature of 35 ℃;
5) and (3) carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 5-20min after complete demoulding, and filtering to obtain the liposome with uniform particle size (0.13 +/-0.05 mu m) and the anti-aging effect.
Test example for Effect verification
Test 1 for anti-aging and wrinkle-reducing effects
1. The tester: 60 healthy people (20-55 years old) and women are randomly divided into two groups, wherein one group uses the example 1, and the other group uses the blank; the face has no obvious redness, skin damage, scars and other conditions;

1) dissolving phospholipid and lecithin in ethanol, and shaking to dissolve until the solution is transparent to obtain oil phase membrane material solution;
2) decompressing the membrane material solution obtained in the step 1) at the constant temperature of 35 ℃ to remove ethanol until a layer of transparent film is formed on the inner side of the bottle wall, and drying for 10min to obtain a dried substance;
3) dissolving the Bacillus licheniformis/glutamic acid fermentation filtrate, the bird's nest acid and the procyanidine in a phosphate buffer solution with the pH value of 6.8 to prepare an aqueous phase active phosphate buffer solution;
4) adding the active phosphate buffer solution obtained in the step 3) into the dried substance obtained in the step 2), and carrying out normal-pressure rotation oscillation at 35 ℃ to hydrate and remove the membrane;
5) and (3) carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 5-20min after complete membrane removal, and filtering to obtain the anti-aging effect liposome with uniform particle size.

the emulsifier is selected from at least one of olive oil PEG-7 esters, PEG-8 caprylic/capric glycerides, cholesterol, sorbitan olive oleate, polysorbate-20, triethanolamine, octyldodecanol, glycerol tri (ethylhexanoate), triethoxyoctylsilane, C12-18 alkylglucoside, laureth-23, glyceryl stearate and PEG-100 stearate mixture, steareth-21, palmityl alcohol and PEG-75 stearate and a mixture of glyceryl stearate and steareth-20, polysorbate-80, lecithin, phospholipids, a mixture of glyceryl stearate and PEG-75 stearate, poloxamer 407, PEG-30 dipolyhydroxystearate, ceteareth-25;
