The invention also aims to realize the following technical scheme: a method for extracting golden fragrant willow extract comprises the following steps:
(1) picking 1-2 kg of golden fragrant willow leaves, washing, and then soaking in 1000-2000 ml of ethanol with the volume fraction of 95% for 70-72H to dissolve the effective components of the golden fragrant willow from the ethanol;
(2) extracting at the low temperature of 2-4 ℃ to prepare an extracting solution;
(3) concentrating the extracting solution to prepare a concentrated solution;
(4) dispersing the concentrated solution into 800-1000 ml of butanediol with the volume fraction of 20%, and finely filtering to obtain the golden fragrant willow extract.
In the prior art, the extraction rate of the golden fragrant willow is low, if the golden fragrant willow is extracted by a steam distillation method, the highest extraction rate of obtained golden fragrant willow leaf essential oil is 2.645%, the highest extraction rate of the organic solvent extraction method is 4.51% (leaf beauty, 2014), and the cost of the golden fragrant willow is high due to the low extraction rate of the golden fragrant willow, 95% of ethanol is adopted to dissolve effective components of the golden fragrant willow, and the golden fragrant willow extract is prepared after extraction, concentration and dispersion, wherein the extraction rate of the golden fragrant willow extract is 5% -8% and is higher than that of the golden fragrant willow in the prior art.
As an improvement of the extraction method of the golden fragrant willow extract, the step (2) is specifically as follows: extracting for the first time for 3-4H at the low temperature of 2-4 ℃, filtering, extracting for the second time for 3-4H at the low temperature of 2-4 ℃, and mixing the two extracted liquids to prepare the extracting solution.
The anti-aging and brightening nutrient containing the salix jinguiensis extract has the technical effects that a polyglycerol ester emulsification system is selected, α crystal gel phase is generated in water, in an O/W emulsifier, α gel phase forms a 'gel network' in a continuous water phase, and an apparent layered bilayer binds water to stabilize the gel network, so that the system has viscoelasticity and excellent skin feel, meanwhile, the polyglycerol ester does not stimulate the skin and does not cause the denaturation of skin protein, the prerequisite condition of sensitive skin is that the skin barrier function is reduced, so that the formula selects active ingredients such as phytosterol/octyldodecanol lauroyl glutamate, glycolipid, nicotinamide and the like, the skin barrier function is repaired in advance, and meanwhile, a super vesicle technology is adopted, so that the active ingredients which are difficult to absorb can be efficiently exerted through a DDS (direct digital synthesis) transmission system, and the effects of the nutrient are effectively exerted through the matching of the nicotinamide, the salix jinguiensis extract, the schizolysis yeast, placental protein and the placental enzyme, so that free radicals are captured, ultraviolet immunosuppression is prevented, the anti-inflammatory effect is realized, the loss of reducing the moisture loss of the placenta, the pigmentation, the wrinkles.
The preparation method of the anti-aging and face-brightening nutrient containing the golden willow extract has the following technical effects: the active ingredients are added after emulsification, and are used for protecting the active ingredients from inactivation due to overhigh temperature when the temperature is reduced to below 50 ℃, and simultaneously, the hydrophilicity of the active ingredients after emulsification enables the active ingredients to be well dispersed in an emulsion.
The essence of the invention has the following technical effects: by adopting the super vesicle technology, the active ingredients which are not easy to absorb can be efficiently exerted through a DDS transmission system, the nutrients containing the salix psammophila extract are quickly introduced into the deep layer of living cells of the skin, the speed of absorbing the nutrients by the skin is accelerated, the balance of melanocytes is restored, and the natural color and luster of the skin are restored. The skin care product can effectively capture free radicals, prevent skin photoaging, obviously reduce wrinkles, increase skin elasticity, increase skin barrier and reduce water loss, and has no stimulation to skin.
Compared with the prior art, the extraction method of the golden fragrant willow extract sequentially comprises the steps of low-temperature extraction with ethanol, concentration and butanediol dispersion, the extraction rate of the golden fragrant willow is increased to 5% -8% and is higher than that of the golden fragrant willow in the prior art (the highest extraction rate of the golden fragrant willow in the prior art is 4.51%), the extraction cost of the golden fragrant willow is reduced, and the cost of nutrients and essence is further reduced.

The extraction method of the golden fragrant willow extract comprises the following steps:
(1) picking 2kg of golden willow leaves, cleaning, and soaking in 2000ml of ethanol with the volume fraction of 95% for 72H;
(2) extracting for the first time at 4 deg.C for 4H, filtering, extracting for the second time at 4 deg.C for 4H, and mixing the two extractive solutions to obtain extractive solution;
(3) concentrating the extracting solution to prepare a concentrated solution;
(4) dispersing the concentrated solution into 1000ml of butanediol with the volume fraction of 20%, and finely filtering to obtain the golden fragrant willow extract.
The vesicle center of the emulsion of the invention is formed by an aqueous cavity surrounded by one or more bilayers formed by amphiphilic molecules.
The essences in the above five examples were selected for testing, and a total of 250 volunteers (age between 19-40 years) were subjected to a seven-day follow-up test, and skin water content, epidermal water loss rate, skin elasticity and skin imaging analysis (test instruments: DJM e pigment skin detector, Deflin VapoMeter transdermal water loss measuring instrument, Deflin moistuturemeter epid 0.5mm epidermal water content measuring instrument, Miravex astera 3D skin imaging analyzer, CK skin water content test probe CM825 and CK skin elasticity testing instrument current meter dual MPA580) were measured, using rules: the lotion is used after being cleaned and moisturized in the morning and evening, and the dosage of the lotion is 30ml sample bottles of a laboratory 4 pumps, and the lotion is smeared on the whole face and is lightly tapped until being absorbed.
Test 1: the test for fading fine lines around eyes is shown in fig. 1a and fig. 1b, and it can be seen from fig. 1a that the fine lines under eyes are preliminarily improved after the volunteer uses the essence of the invention for 3 days, and it can be seen from fig. 1b that the fine lines under eyes are obviously faded after the volunteer uses the essence of the invention for 7 days;
In the above tests, T0 is the detection of the skin before the product is not used on the first day, T1 is the detection data of the product used for the first time on the first day after half an hour, T2 is the detection data of the same time on the second day, T3 is the detection data of the same time on the third day, T4 is the detection data of the same time on the fourth day, and so on, T8 is the detection data of the same time on the eighth day, and all the test data are measured in a safety efficacy assessment laboratory at a temperature of 20-22 ℃ and a humidity of 45% -55%.
The pH value of the essence is 4.0-8.5, the relative density (20 ℃/20 ℃) is 0.9533-1.0533, and the essence can balance the generation of melanin and has the effects of whitening, improving the skin luster, improving facial flaws and the like. It can restore the balance of melanocyte and restore the natural color and luster of skin. The skin care product can effectively capture free radicals, prevent skin photoaging, obviously reduce wrinkles, increase skin elasticity, increase skin barrier and reduce water loss, and has no stimulation to skin.
The above disclosure is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and should not be taken as limiting the scope of the present invention.
