A freckle-removing essence containing an umbilical cord extract is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2 parts of a split yeast fermentation product lysate, 2 parts of an umbilical cord extract, 2 parts of placental protein, 2 parts of placental enzyme, 1.4 parts of propylene glycol, 0.7 part of carnosine, 0.2 part of mandelic acid, 0.2 part of pyruvic acid, 0.2 part of phytic acid, 0.2 part of 5-octanoylsalicylic acid, 0.3 part of a plankton extract, 5 parts of glycerol, 6 parts of hyaluronic acid, 80 parts of water, 2 parts of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.4 part of a peony root bark extract and 0.3 part of a gentian root extract.
A preparation method of a freckle-removing essence containing an umbilical cord extract comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing water, hyaluronic acid and glycerol, and heating;
(2) cooling to 45 deg.C, adding cracked yeast fermentation lysate, umbilical cord extract, placental protein, placental enzyme, propylene glycol, carnosine, mandelic acid, pyruvic acid, phytic acid, 5-octanoylsalicylic acid, plankton extract, peony root bark extract and radix Gentianae extract, and stirring for 15 min;
(3) and continuously cooling to 38 ℃, adding 1, 2-hexanediol, stirring and discharging to obtain the freckle-removing essence.
105 women, aged 18-48, were enrolled, divided into 7 groups of 15 subjects each, and each subject was informed of the entire study and signed with informed consent. Seven groups of subjects respectively apply the freckle removing essence prepared in the embodiments 1-4 and the comparative examples 1-3 every night (the first group is applied to the freckle removing essence in the embodiment 1, the second group is applied to the freckle removing essence in the embodiment 2, and by analogy, the seventh group is applied to the freckle removing essence in the comparative example 2), and the seven groups of subjects continuously use the essence for 1 month without using other products and normally move. The effect of the use before and after 1 month of use is shown in table 1.

2. The skin of the embodiments 1 to 4 can repair damaged skin in time while supplementing moisture to the skin, so that the skin presents white, red and transparent to remove speckles.

A freckle-removing essence containing an umbilical cord extract is characterized in that: the method comprises the following raw materials: a split yeast fermentation lysate, umbilical cord extract, placental protein, placental enzyme, nicotinamide, propylene glycol, carnosine, mandelic acid, pyruvic acid, phytic acid, 5-octanoylsalicylic acid, and a plankton extract.
2. The essence of claim 1 for removing speckle comprising umbilical cord extract, wherein: the method also comprises the following raw materials: humectant, water, antiseptic and anti-allergy agent.
3. The essence of claim 2 for removing speckle containing umbilical cord extract, wherein: the composite material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-3 parts of schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product lysate, 1-3 parts of umbilical cord extract, 1-3 parts of placental protein, 1-3 parts of placental enzyme, 3-8 parts of nicotinamide, 1-2 parts of propylene glycol, 0.5-1 part of carnosine, 0.1-0.5 part of mandelic acid, 0.1-0.5 part of pyruvic acid, 0.1-0.5 part of phytic acid, 0.1-0.3 part of 5-octanoylsalicylic acid, 0.1-5 parts of plankton extract, 5-15 parts of humectant, 70-90 parts of water, 1-3 parts of preservative and 0.1-1 part of anti-allergic agent.
4. The essence of claim 3 for removing speckle containing umbilical cord extract, wherein: the humectant is at least one of glycerin or hyaluronic acid.
5. The essence of claim 3 for removing speckle containing umbilical cord extract, wherein: the anti-allergic agent is at least one of a peony root bark extract, a gentian root extract or tetrahydro-methyl pyrimidine carboxylic acid.
6. The essence of claim 3 for removing speckle containing umbilical cord extract, wherein: the preservative is at least one of 1, 2-hexanediol, caprylyl hydroximic acid or 1, 2-pentanediol.
7. The method for preparing the essence for removing freckles containing umbilical cord extract according to any one of claims 3 to 6, wherein: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing water, nicotinamide and humectant, and heating;
(2) cooling, adding cracked yeast fermentation product lysate, umbilical cord extract, placental protein, placental enzyme, propylene glycol, carnosine, mandelic acid, pyruvic acid, phytic acid, 5-octanoyl salicylic acid, plankton extract and antiallergic agent, and stirring;
(3) and continuously cooling, adding the preservative, stirring and discharging to obtain the freckle-removing essence.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein: the heating temperature in the step (1) is 70-85 ℃.
9. The method of claim 7, wherein: the temperature reduction in the step (2) is to reduce the temperature to 42-46 ℃; and (3) continuously reducing the temperature to 35-38 ℃.
