Abstract
一种梅毒螺旋体(TP)抗体免疫检测中所使用的酶标记物,该酶标记物为标记用酶与TP抗原性蛋白的融合蛋白。一种用于检测TP抗体的试剂盒及检测样本中感染梅毒螺旋体(TP)后产生的抗体的方法,该试剂盒包括标记用酶与TP抗原性蛋白的融合蛋白。其中,抗原性蛋白含有TP15抗原、TP17抗原、TP47抗原和TP45抗原中的一种或更多种,或其中的两种以上的融合抗原。
