本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域,具体涉及一种柔软透气塑身衣面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
塑身衣,又称弹力衣、束身衣等,是一种功能性服装,具有高弹特性,根据人体曲线裁剪,紧贴皮肤,包裹身体,具有修饰体形,压迫软组织,实现其日常塑身,运动塑身,产后美体,术后压迫等不同的功用。塑身衣作为贴身衣物,因其特殊功能性,对塑身衣面料的要求很高,需要具备轻盈舒适、亲肤不过敏、弹性大、透气等,普通的塑身衣面料采用锦纶、天然棉纤维,面料产品耐磨佳,弹性及弹性恢复性好,存在的缺点是易变形,易褶皱,透气性差,穿着不舒适。此外一些中高档塑身衣面料中含有氨纶,面料弹性较大,但较高含量的氨纶,会导致塑身衣面料卷边,变形,穿着体验感差。

一种柔软透气塑身衣面料,所述柔软透气塑身衣面料为三层结构,所述柔软透气塑身衣面料的三层结构包括高弹性层、透气中层和基层,所述高弹性层和基层通过透气中层连接;所述高弹性层由弹性纱线和亲水性纱线织造而成;所述透气中层为竹纤维层;所述基层由吸湿导湿型复合纱线和玉米纤维长丝织造而成。
优选地,所述高弹性层的弹性纱线为MS舒弹纤维;所述高弹性的亲水性纱线由天然棉纤维、再生纤维素纤维、纯羊毛纤维中的一种以上组成。
优选地,以质量份计,所述高弹性层由40%~55%弹性纱线和45%~60%亲水性纱线织造而成。
优选地,所述基层的吸湿导湿型复合纱线为汉麻纤维、聚酯纤维长丝和棉质纱线的混纺纱线,所述混纺纱线中汉麻纤维、聚酯纤维长丝和棉质纱线的重量比为38~45:6~12:40~60;
更优选地,所述聚酯纤维长丝的细度为13tex~17tex,所述聚酯纤维长丝的线密度为150D~200D;所述棉质纱线的细度为18tex~20tex。
优选地,以质量份计,所述基层由40%~60%吸湿导湿型复合纱线和40%~60%玉米纤维长丝织造而成。
本发明另一目的在于提供一种上述柔软透气塑身衣面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将弹性纱线和亲水性纱线经生物酶处理后,利用针织机进行编织,得到高弹性层面料;将竹纤维经生物酶处理后,利用针织机进行编织,得到竹纤维层面料;
(2)将预处理后的玉米纤维长丝和吸湿导湿型复合纱线分别经生物酶处理,利用针织机进行编织,得到基层面料;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的高弹性面料和步骤(2)得到的基层面料在浴比为1:10~20的条件下,置于漂白剂混合液中,在70℃~80℃下处理10min~20min,在80℃~80℃下处理10min~15min,降至室温后放汤水洗;再在浴比为1:10~12的条件下,置于漂白剂混合液中,在120℃~130℃下处理10min~20min;
(4)将步骤(3)处理后的高弹性面料和基层面料进行清洗加工后,通过烘干机进行烘干,烘干温度为120℃~125℃,机速为15m/min~20m/min;然后将烘干后的高弹性面料与步骤(1)得到的竹纤维层面料进行粘结,再将烘干后的基层面料与步骤(1)得到的竹纤维层面料进行粘结,得到面料三层面料;将得到的三层面料经定型加工处理后,得到所述的柔软透气塑身衣面料。
优选地,步骤(2)中,所述玉米纤维长丝进行预处理的步骤为:将玉米纤维长丝放入含有烧碱和双氧水的染缸中,对玉米纤维长丝进行煮练和漂白;然后向染缸中加入柔软剂和醋酸,在50℃~60℃下保温处理30min~60min,定型处理后,脱水烘干。
优选地,步骤(3)中,所述漂白剂混合液为含6g/L~8g/L双氧水、5g/L~7g/L液碱、4g/L~6g/L醋酸、0.8g/L~1.2g/L稳定剂和水的混合液。
优选地,步骤(4)中,所述定型加工处理的具体步骤为:将得到的三层面料通过定型机进行定型加工,定型机中的扎液率为70%~85%,压辊压力为2KPa~6KPa,烘箱温度为100℃~120℃,车速为15m/min~30m/min。
从上述的技术方案可以看出,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明提供的一种柔软塑身衣面料,质地柔软,弹性高,尺寸稳定,具有良好的伸缩性、回弹性、透气性。本发明的柔软塑身衣面料由三层结构复合而成,高弹性层能够实现本发明塑身衣面料的高弹性和透气性,透气中层能够实现本发明面料得透气功能,基层能够保证本发明面料的柔软舒适性,高弹性层和基层通过透气中层连接,使得本发明的面料尺寸稳定,弹性佳,防变形性好。
(2)本发明的柔软塑身衣面料中高弹性层采用MS舒弹纤维和亲水性纱线,有效保证了面料的弹性,使得本发明的面料手感柔软顺滑梦,质地较细腻;基层采用吸湿导湿型复合纱线和玉米纤维长丝,在保证面料的透气吸湿性的同时,保消除了玉米纤维使用过程中的弹性强力下降的问题,还使得面料具有自然弹性,保型性好的优点;而竹纤维连接层又能提高本发明面孔的抗菌性能及透气性能,确保皮肤干爽舒适。
(3)本发明提供的柔软透气塑身衣面料的制备方法,简单方便,易于操作。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,下面结合实施方式,对本发明做进一步详细说明。在此,本发明的示意性实施方式及其说明用于解释本发明,但并不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例1
一种柔软透气塑身衣面料及其制备方法
柔软透气塑身衣面料,所述柔软透气塑身衣面料为三层结构,所述柔软透气塑身衣面料的三层结构包括高弹性层、透气中层和基层,所述高弹性层和基层通过透气中层连接;所述高弹性层由弹性纱线和亲水性纱线织造而成;所述透气中层为竹纤维层;所述基层由吸湿导湿型复合纱线和玉米纤维长丝织造而成。
所述高弹性层的弹性纱线为MS舒弹纤维;所述高弹性的亲水性纱线由天然棉纤维、再生纤维素纤维组成。以质量份计,所述高弹性层由40%弹性纱线和60%亲水性纱线织造而成。
所述基层的吸湿导湿型复合纱线为汉麻纤维、聚酯纤维长丝和棉质纱线的混纺纱线,所述混纺纱线中汉麻纤维、聚酯纤维长丝和棉质纱线的重量比为38:6:40;所述聚酯纤维长丝的细度为13tex,所述聚酯纤维长丝的线密度为150D;所述棉质纱线的细度为18tex。
以质量份计,所述基层由60%吸湿导湿型复合纱线和40%玉米纤维长丝织造而成。
上述柔软透气塑身衣面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将弹性纱线和亲水性纱线经生物酶处理后,利用针织机进行编织,得到高弹性层面料;将竹纤维经生物酶处理后,利用针织机进行编织,得到竹纤维层面料;
(2)将预处理后的玉米纤维长丝和吸湿导湿型复合纱线分别经生物酶处理,利用针织机进行编织,得到基层面料;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的高弹性面料和步骤(2)得到的基层面料在浴比为1:10的条件下,置于漂白剂混合液中,在70℃下处理10min,在80℃下处理10min,降至室温后放汤水洗;再在浴比为1:10的条件下,置于漂白剂混合液中,在120℃下处理10min;
(4)将步骤(3)处理后的高弹性面料和基层面料进行清洗加工后,通过烘干机进行烘干,烘干温度为120℃,机速为15m/min;然后将烘干后的高弹性面料与步骤(1)得到的竹纤维层面料进行粘结,再将烘干后的基层面料与步骤(1)得到的竹纤维层面料进行粘结,得到面料三层面料;将得到的三层面料经定型加工处理后,得到所述的柔软透气塑身衣面料。
步骤(2)中,所述玉米纤维长丝进行预处理的步骤为:将玉米纤维长丝放入含有烧碱和双氧水的染缸中,对玉米纤维长丝进行煮练和漂白;然后向染缸中加入柔软剂和醋酸,在50℃下保温处理30min,定型处理后,脱水烘干。
步骤(3)中,所述漂白剂混合液为含6g/L双氧水、5g/L液碱、4g/L醋酸、0.8g/L稳定剂和水的混合液。
步骤(4)中,所述定型加工处理的具体步骤为:将得到的三层面料通过定型机进行定型加工,定型机中的扎液率为70%,压辊压力为2KPa,烘箱温度为100℃,车速为15m/min。
实施例2
一种柔软透气塑身衣面料及其制备方法
柔软透气塑身衣面料,所述柔软透气塑身衣面料为三层结构,所述柔软透气塑身衣面料的三层结构包括高弹性层、透气中层和基层,所述高弹性层和基层通过透气中层连接;所述高弹性层由弹性纱线和亲水性纱线织造而成;所述透气中层为竹纤维层;所述基层由吸湿导湿型复合纱线和玉米纤维长丝织造而成。
所述高弹性层的弹性纱线为MS舒弹纤维;所述高弹性的亲水性纱线由天然棉纤维、再生纤维素纤维、纯羊毛纤维中的一种以上组成。以质量份计,所述高弹性层由45%弹性纱线和55%亲水性纱线织造而成。
所述基层的吸湿导湿型复合纱线为汉麻纤维、聚酯纤维长丝和棉质纱线的混纺纱线,所述混纺纱线中汉麻纤维、聚酯纤维长丝和棉质纱线的重量比为40:8:45;所述聚酯纤维长丝的细度为14tex,所述聚酯纤维长丝的线密度为160D;所述棉质纱线的细度为18tex。
以质量份计,所述基层由45%吸湿导湿型复合纱线和55%玉米纤维长丝织造而成。
上述柔软透气塑身衣面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将弹性纱线和亲水性纱线经生物酶处理后,利用针织机进行编织,得到高弹性层面料;将竹纤维经生物酶处理后,利用针织机进行编织,得到竹纤维层面料;
(2)将预处理后的玉米纤维长丝和吸湿导湿型复合纱线分别经生物酶处理,利用针织机进行编织,得到基层面料;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的高弹性面料和步骤(2)得到的基层面料在浴比为1:15的条件下,置于漂白剂混合液中,在75℃下处理15min,在85℃下处理12min,降至室温后放汤水洗;再在浴比为1:11的条件下,置于漂白剂混合液中,在125℃下处理15min;
(4)将步骤(3)处理后的高弹性面料和基层面料进行清洗加工后,通过烘干机进行烘干,烘干温度为120℃,机速为18m/min;然后将烘干后的高弹性面料与步骤(1)得到的竹纤维层面料进行粘结,再将烘干后的基层面料与步骤(1)得到的竹纤维层面料进行粘结,得到面料三层面料;将得到的三层面料经定型加工处理后,得到所述的柔软透气塑身衣面料。
步骤(2)中,所述玉米纤维长丝进行预处理的步骤为:将玉米纤维长丝放入含有烧碱和双氧水的染缸中,对玉米纤维长丝进行煮练和漂白;然后向染缸中加入柔软剂和醋酸,在55℃下保温处理40min,定型处理后,脱水烘干。
步骤(3)中,所述漂白剂混合液为含7g/L双氧水、6g/L液碱、5g/L醋酸、1g/L稳定剂和水的混合液。
步骤(4)中,所述定型加工处理的具体步骤为:将得到的三层面料通过定型机进行定型加工,定型机中的扎液率为75%,压辊压力为4KPa,烘箱温度为110℃,车速为15m/min~20m/min。
实施例3
一种柔软透气塑身衣面料及其制备方法
柔软透气塑身衣面料,所述柔软透气塑身衣面料为三层结构,所述柔软透气塑身衣面料的三层结构包括高弹性层、透气中层和基层,所述高弹性层和基层通过透气中层连接;所述高弹性层由弹性纱线和亲水性纱线织造而成;所述透气中层为竹纤维层;所述基层由吸湿导湿型复合纱线和玉米纤维长丝织造而成。
所述高弹性层的弹性纱线为MS舒弹纤维;所述高弹性的亲水性纱线由天然棉纤维、再生纤维素纤维、纯羊毛纤维中的一种以上组成。以质量份计,所述高弹性层由42%弹性纱线和58%亲水性纱线织造而成。
所述基层的吸湿导湿型复合纱线为汉麻纤维、聚酯纤维长丝和棉质纱线的混纺纱线,所述混纺纱线中汉麻纤维、聚酯纤维长丝和棉质纱线的重量比为42:10:55;所述聚酯纤维长丝的细度为16tex,所述聚酯纤维长丝的线密度为200D;所述棉质纱线的细度为20tex。
以质量份计,所述基层由58%吸湿导湿型复合纱线和42%玉米纤维长丝织造而成。
上述柔软透气塑身衣面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将弹性纱线和亲水性纱线经生物酶处理后,利用针织机进行编织,得到高弹性层面料;将竹纤维经生物酶处理后,利用针织机进行编织,得到竹纤维层面料;
(2)将预处理后的玉米纤维长丝和吸湿导湿型复合纱线分别经生物酶处理,利用针织机进行编织,得到基层面料;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的高弹性面料和步骤(2)得到的基层面料在浴比为1:18的条件下,置于漂白剂混合液中,在78℃下处理20min,在80℃下处理14min,降至室温后放汤水洗;再在浴比为1:12的条件下,置于漂白剂混合液中,在125℃下处理20min;
(4)将步骤(3)处理后的高弹性面料和基层面料进行清洗加工后,通过烘干机进行烘干,烘干温度为125℃,机速为20m/min;然后将烘干后的高弹性面料与步骤(1)得到的竹纤维层面料进行粘结,再将烘干后的基层面料与步骤(1)得到的竹纤维层面料进行粘结,得到面料三层面料;将得到的三层面料经定型加工处理后,得到所述的柔软透气塑身衣面料。
步骤(2)中,所述玉米纤维长丝进行预处理的步骤为:将玉米纤维长丝放入含有烧碱和双氧水的染缸中,对玉米纤维长丝进行煮练和漂白;然后向染缸中加入柔软剂和醋酸,在60℃下保温处理55min,定型处理后,脱水烘干。
步骤(3)中,所述漂白剂混合液为含7.5g/L双氧水、6.5g/L液碱、5.5g/L醋酸、1.1g/L稳定剂和水的混合液。
步骤(4)中,所述定型加工处理的具体步骤为:将得到的三层面料通过定型机进行定型加工,定型机中的扎液率为82%,压辊压力为5KPa,烘箱温度为115℃,车速为28m/min。
实施例4
一种柔软透气塑身衣面料及其制备方法
柔软透气塑身衣面料,所述柔软透气塑身衣面料为三层结构,所述柔软透气塑身衣面料的三层结构包括高弹性层、透气中层和基层,所述高弹性层和基层通过透气中层连接;所述高弹性层由弹性纱线和亲水性纱线织造而成;所述透气中层为竹纤维层;所述基层由吸湿导湿型复合纱线和玉米纤维长丝织造而成。
所述高弹性层的弹性纱线为MS舒弹纤维;所述高弹性的亲水性纱线由天然棉纤维、再生纤维素纤维、纯羊毛纤维中的一种以上组成。以质量份计,所述高弹性层由55%弹性纱线和45%亲水性纱线织造而成。
所述基层的吸湿导湿型复合纱线为汉麻纤维、聚酯纤维长丝和棉质纱线的混纺纱线,所述混纺纱线中汉麻纤维、聚酯纤维长丝和棉质纱线的重量比为45:12:60;所述聚酯纤维长丝的细度为17tex,所述聚酯纤维长丝的线密度为200D;所述棉质纱线的细度为20tex。
以质量份计,所述基层由60%吸湿导湿型复合纱线和40%玉米纤维长丝织造而成。
上述柔软透气塑身衣面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将弹性纱线和亲水性纱线经生物酶处理后,利用针织机进行编织,得到高弹性层面料;将竹纤维经生物酶处理后,利用针织机进行编织,得到竹纤维层面料;
(2)将预处理后的玉米纤维长丝和吸湿导湿型复合纱线分别经生物酶处理,利用针织机进行编织,得到基层面料;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的高弹性面料和步骤(2)得到的基层面料在浴比为1:20的条件下,置于漂白剂混合液中,在80℃下处理20min,在80℃下处理15min,降至室温后放汤水洗;再在浴比为1:12的条件下,置于漂白剂混合液中,在130℃下处理20min;
(4)将步骤(3)处理后的高弹性面料和基层面料进行清洗加工后,通过烘干机进行烘干,烘干温度为125℃,机速为20m/min;然后将烘干后的高弹性面料与步骤(1)得到的竹纤维层面料进行粘结,再将烘干后的基层面料与步骤(1)得到的竹纤维层面料进行粘结,得到面料三层面料;将得到的三层面料经定型加工处理后,得到所述的柔软透气塑身衣面料。
步骤(2)中,所述玉米纤维长丝进行预处理的步骤为:将玉米纤维长丝放入含有烧碱和双氧水的染缸中,对玉米纤维长丝进行煮练和漂白;然后向染缸中加入柔软剂和醋酸,在60℃下保温处理60min,定型处理后,脱水烘干。
步骤(3)中,所述漂白剂混合液为含8g/L双氧水、7g/L液碱、6g/L醋酸、1.2g/L稳定剂和水的混合液。
步骤(4)中,所述定型加工处理的具体步骤为:将得到的三层面料通过定型机进行定型加工,定型机中的扎液率为85%,压辊压力为6KPa,烘箱温度为120℃,车速为30m/min。

1.一种柔软透气塑身衣面料,其特征在于,所述柔软透气塑身衣面料为三层结构,所述柔软透气塑身衣面料的三层结构包括高弹性层、透气中层和基层,所述高弹性层和基层通过透气中层连接;所述高弹性层由弹性纱线和亲水性纱线织造而成;所述透气中层为竹纤维层;所述基层由吸湿导湿型复合纱线和玉米纤维长丝织造而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柔软透气塑身衣面料,其特征在于,所述高弹性层的弹性纱线为MS舒弹纤维;所述高弹性的亲水性纱线由天然棉纤维、再生纤维素纤维、纯羊毛纤维中的一种以上组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的柔软透气塑身衣面料,其特征在于,以质量份计,所述高弹性层由40%~55%弹性纱线和45%~60%亲水性纱线织造而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的柔软透气塑身衣面料,其特征在于,所述基层的吸湿导湿型复合纱线为汉麻纤维、聚酯纤维长丝和棉质纱线的混纺纱线,所述混纺纱线中汉麻纤维、聚酯纤维长丝和棉质纱线的重量比为38~45:6~12:40~60。
5.根据权利要求4所述的柔软透气塑身衣面料,其特征在于,所述聚酯纤维长丝的细度为13tex~17tex,所述聚酯纤维长丝的线密度为150D~200D;所述棉质纱线的细度为18tex~20tex。
6.根据权利要求1所述的柔软透气塑身衣面料,其特征在于,以质量份计,所述基层由40%~60%吸湿导湿型复合纱线和40%~60%玉米纤维长丝织造而成。
7.根据权利要求1~6任一项所述的柔软透气塑身衣面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将弹性纱线和亲水性纱线经生物酶处理后,利用针织机进行编织,得到高弹性层面料;将竹纤维经生物酶处理后,利用针织机进行编织,得到竹纤维层面料;
(2)将预处理后的玉米纤维长丝和吸湿导湿型复合纱线分别经生物酶处理,利用针织机进行编织,得到基层面料;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的高弹性面料和步骤(2)得到的基层面料在浴比为1:10~20的条件下,置于漂白剂混合液中,在70℃~80℃下处理10min~20min,在80℃~80℃下处理10min~15min,降至室温后放汤水洗;再在浴比为1:10~12的条件下,置于漂白剂混合液中,在120℃~130℃下处理10min~20min;
(4)将步骤(3)处理后的高弹性面料和基层面料进行清洗加工后,通过烘干机进行烘干,烘干温度为120℃~125℃,机速为15m/min~20m/min;然后将烘干后的高弹性面料与步骤(1)得到的竹纤维层面料进行粘结,再将烘干后的基层面料与步骤(1)得到的竹纤维层面料进行粘结,得到面料三层面料;将得到的三层面料经定型加工处理后,得到所述的柔软透气塑身衣面料。
8.根据权利要求7所述的柔软透气塑身衣面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述玉米纤维长丝进行预处理的步骤为:将玉米纤维长丝放入含有烧碱和双氧水的染缸中,对玉米纤维长丝进行煮练和漂白;然后向染缸中加入柔软剂和醋酸,在50℃~60℃下保温处理30min~60min,定型处理后,脱水烘干。
9.根据权利要求7所述的柔软透气塑身衣面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,所述漂白剂混合液为含6g/L~8g/L双氧水、5g/L~7g/L液碱、4g/L~6g/L醋酸、0.8g/L~1.2g/L稳定剂和水的混合液。
