Example 5
A cultivation substrate for preventing and treating diseases of rhizome medicinal materials comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
45 parts of wood fiber, 100 parts of crushed leaf, 90 parts of bagasse, 14 parts of bone meal, 25 parts of nucleotide salt, 18 parts of medium and trace elements, 4 parts of nitropyrrolidin, 6 parts of arsenic, 3 parts of quicklime and 2 parts of sulfur.
Wherein the wood fiber comprises pine, willow, and fir.
The crushed material of leaves comprises folium Eucalypti Globueli, folium Ginkgo, folium Ulmi Pumilae, folium Persicae and folium Platycladi.
The bone powder includes Os bovis Seu Bubali, Os Sus Domestica, and Os gallus Domesticus.
The medium trace elements comprise Mn, Mo, Fe, Mg and Zn, and the molar ratio of Mn, Mo, Fe, Mg and Zn is 2: 1: 2.
The nucleotide salt includes 5 ' -dipotassium adenylate, 5 ' -dipotassium guanylate, and 5 ' -dipotassium guanylate.

(1) taking the wood fiber, the crushed leaf material and bagasse, adding a decomposing agent with the mass 1.7 times that of the wood fiber, uniformly stirring, adding water, and performing stack retting fermentation under the conditions that the fermentation temperature is 25-40 ℃ and the water content is kept at 50-60%;

The decomposing inoculant comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
15 parts of bacillus subtilis, 15 parts of bacillus licheniformis, 15 parts of bacillus amyloliquefaciens, 1.5 parts of sporotrichum thermophilum, 1.5 parts of trichoderma koningii and 29 parts of zeolite powder.

no nitropyrrolidin, arsenic, quicklime and sulphur were included.

A cultivation substrate for preventing and treating diseases of rhizome medicinal materials is different from the cultivation substrate in the embodiment 1 only in that:
conventional soil was used in place of wood fiber, leaf shredder, and bagasse.
Comparative example 3
A cultivation substrate for preventing and treating diseases of rhizome medicinal materials is different from the cultivation substrate in the embodiment 1 only in that:
the common soil is used for replacing wood fiber, broken leaves and bagasse, and meanwhile, nucleotide salt and medium and trace elements are not included.
Technical effects
The angelica sinensis was planted using the cultivation substrate provided in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 3 and using a conventional method, and then the incidence rate of root rot, survival rate and acre yield of the angelica sinensis were counted.

The cultivation medium provided by the invention can reduce the incidence rate of root rot of the rhizome medicinal materials, can also play a role in increasing yield, improves the survival rate of plants, greatly improves the annual planting yield and improves the economic benefit of the rhizome medicinal materials.

1. A cultivation substrate for preventing and treating diseases of rhizome medicinal materials is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight:
30-50 parts of wood fiber, 55-120 parts of crushed leaf, 50-100 parts of bagasse, 10-15 parts of bone meal, 10-30 parts of nucleotide salt, 15-20 parts of medium trace elements, 1-5 parts of nitropyrrolin, 3-7 parts of arsenic, 1-3 parts of quicklime and 1-2 parts of sulfur.
2. The cultivation substrate for preventing and treating diseases of rhizomatic herbs according to claim 1, wherein the wood fiber comprises one or more of pine, willow and fir.
3. The cultivation substrate for preventing and treating diseases of root-stem medicinal materials as claimed in claim 1, wherein the broken leaves comprise one or more of eucalyptus leaves, ginkgo leaves, elm leaves, peach leaves and cypress leaves.
4. The cultivation substrate for preventing and treating diseases of rhizomatic medicinal materials, according to claim 1, is characterized in that the bone meal comprises one or more of bovine bone, porcine bone and chicken bone.
5. The cultivation substrate for preventing and treating diseases of rhizomatic medicinal materials according to claim 1, wherein the medium trace elements comprise Mn, Mo, Fe, Mg and Zn, and the molar ratio of Mn, Mo, Fe, Mg and Zn is 2: 1: 2.

The cultivation substrate for preventing and treating diseases of rhizomatic medicinal materials as claimed in claim 1, wherein the nucleotide salt comprises one or more of disodium 5 ' -adenylate or potassium ', disodium 5 ' -guanylate or potassium, disodium 5 ' -cytidylate or potassium, and disodium 5 ' -guanylate or potassium.
7. The preparation method of the culture medium for preventing and treating diseases of rhizomatic drugs according to any one of claims 1 to 6, which comprises the following steps:
(1) adding a decomposing agent into wood fiber, crushed leaf and bagasse, uniformly stirring, and adding water for stack retting fermentation;
(2) after the stack retting fermentation is carried out for 8-12 days, bone meal, nucleotide, medium trace elements, nitropyrrolidin, arsenic trioxide, quicklime and sulfur are sequentially added, the mixture is uniformly stirred, and the stack retting fermentation is continuously carried out for 10-20 days.
8. The preparation method of the culture medium for preventing and treating diseases of the root-stem medicinal materials as claimed in claim 7, wherein the weight ratio of the decomposing inoculant to the wood fiber is 1: 1.5-2.

2-15 parts of bacillus subtilis, 2-15 parts of bacillus licheniformis, 2-15 parts of bacillus amyloliquefaciens, 0.2-1.5 parts of thermophilic sporotrichum, 0.2-1.5 parts of trichoderma koningii and 25-29 parts of zeolite powder.
10. The method as claimed in claim 7, wherein the retting fermentation temperature is 25-40 ℃ and the water content is 50-60%.
