Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗黄变珠光颜料及其制备方法,采用金属氧化物包膜法对珠光颜料进行包膜处理使得珠光颜料的表面湿润性得到充分的改善后,通过与改性剂丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷的混合融合,降低珠光颜料制品在阳光下暴露产生黄变,从而增加珠光颜料的抗黄变特性;具有质量稳定、易生产、制作成本低、抗黄变效果好等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及颜料制取技术领域,具体涉及一种抗黄变珠光颜料及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有的珠光颜料被广泛应用于涂料、塑料、橡胶、油墨、纸张、纺织品、化妆品、装饰品、工艺品、皮革、搪瓷、陶瓷、包装用品、印刷装璜和建筑材料等诸多领域;
珠光颜料不能燃烧、不自燃、不导电,能耐受600-800℃的高温;其特殊的表面化学结构使其具有优良的亲水性,因此能适用于水性涂料,但在涂料涂覆物件表面后,容易产生黄变,影响物件的外观。
发明内容
本发明提出一种抗黄变珠光颜料及其制备方法,以解决现有的技术问题。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种抗黄变珠光颜料的制备方法;其特征在于:所述方法包括以下步骤:
S1、珠光颜料包膜处理,取银白珠光颜料加水进行金属氧化物包膜处理制成浆料,在加入过程中使用酸碱液使其pH值介于3-7之间;
S2、将S1制成的浆料升温至65-80℃,加入改性剂,搅拌;
S3、将S2制成的浆料搅拌30分钟、放料、真空抽滤、烘干滤饼即得的抗黄变珠光颜料;
其中,所述金属氧化物为TiO2或SnO2中的一种或者两种组合;添加量以白色珠光颜料计0.6-1.8%重量份;
所述的改性剂为丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷,其添加量为白色珠光颜料计0.2-5%重量份。
所述S1步骤金属氧化物还可以是Al2O3、Fe203一种或者两种;还包括在银白珠光颜料和水的混合浆料中加入Al2O3或Fe203溶液,先将浆料升温75-85℃后,匀速加入Al2O3或Fe203溶液进行包膜,搅拌,期间pH保持在4-7之间。
所述的S2步骤中还包括在浆料升温至80℃时,匀速缓慢加入丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷,搅拌。
所述的酸碱液优选盐酸与氢氧化钠溶液。

一种抗黄变珠光颜料的制备方法;其特征在于:所述方法包括以下步骤:
S1、珠光颜料包膜处理,取银白珠光颜料加水进行金属氧化物包膜处理制成浆料,在加入过程中使用酸碱液使其pH值介于3-7之间;
S2、将S1制成的浆料升温至65-80℃,加入改性剂,搅拌;
S3、将S2制成的浆料搅拌30分钟、放料、真空抽滤、烘干滤饼即得的抗黄变珠光颜料;

取100重量份的银白珠光颜料加水按照固液比1:6混合制成浆料,匀速添加以白色珠光颜料计0.6%重量份的TiO2或SnO2溶液的一种或两种组合,在加入过程中使用盐酸与氢氧化钠溶液调整控制pH值为3,搅拌,升温65℃制成包膜浆料,升温至80℃,加入改性剂丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷,添加量为白色珠光颜料计0.2%重量份,搅拌30分钟、放料、真空抽滤、烘干滤饼即得的抗黄变珠光颜料。
【实施例2】
与实施例1类似,区别在于:
加入改性剂丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷,添加量为白色珠光颜料计5%重量份,搅拌30分钟、放料、真空抽滤、烘干滤饼即得的抗黄变珠光颜料。
【实施例3】
与实施例1类似,区别在于:
匀速添加以白色珠光颜料计1.8%重量份的TiO2或SnO2溶液的一种或两种组合,在加入过程中使用盐酸与氢氧化钠溶液调整控制pH值为7,搅拌,升温80℃制成包膜浆料,恒温80℃,加入改性剂丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷,添加量为白色珠光颜料计5%重量份,搅拌30分钟、放料、真空抽滤、烘干滤饼即得的抗黄变珠光颜料。
【实施例4】
与实施例1类似,区别在于:
匀速添加以白色珠光颜料计1.5%重量份的Al2O3、Fe203溶液的一种或两种组合,在加入过程中使用盐酸与氢氧化钠溶液调整控制pH值为4,搅拌,升温75℃制成包膜浆料,升温至80℃,加入改性剂丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷,添加量为白色珠光颜料计0.2%重量份,搅拌30分钟、放料、真空抽滤、烘干滤饼即得的抗黄变珠光颜料。
【实施例5】
与实施例1类似,区别在于:
匀速添加以白色珠光颜料计1.8%重量份的Al2O3、Fe203溶液的一种或两种组合,在加入过程中使用盐酸与氢氧化钠溶液调整控制pH值为7,搅拌,升温85℃制成包膜浆料,调整温度包膜浆料至80℃,加入改性剂丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷,添加量为白色珠光颜料计5%重量份,搅拌30分钟、放料、真空抽滤、烘干滤饼即得的抗黄变珠光颜料。
【实施例6】
与实施例1类似,区别在于:
匀速添加以白色珠光颜料计0.6%重量份的Al2O3、Fe203溶液的一种或两种组合,在加入过程中使用盐酸与氢氧化钠溶液调整控制pH值为6,搅拌,升温80℃制成包膜浆料,后加入改性剂丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷,添加量为白色珠光颜料计2.5%重量份,搅拌30分钟、放料、真空抽滤、烘干滤饼即得的抗黄变珠光颜料。
本发明采用金属有机物包膜法对珠光颜料进行包膜处理使得珠光颜料的表面湿润性得到充分的改善后,通过与改性剂丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷的混合融合,降低珠光颜料制品在阳光下暴露产生黄变,从而增加珠光颜料的抗黄变特性;具有质量稳定、易生产、制作成本低、抗黄变效果好等优点。

1.一种抗黄变珠光颜料的制备方法;其特征在于:所述方法包括以下步骤:
S1、珠光颜料包膜处理,取银白珠光颜料加水进行金属氧化物包膜处理制成浆料,在加入过程中使用酸碱液使其pH值介于3-7之间;
S2、将S1制成的浆料升温至65-80℃,加入改性剂,搅拌;
S3、将S2制成的浆料搅拌30分钟、放料、真空抽滤、烘干滤饼即得的抗黄变珠光颜料;
其中,所述金属氧化物为TiO2或SnO2中的一种或者两种组合;添加量以白色珠光颜料计0.6-1.8%重量份;
所述的改性剂为丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷,其添加量为白色珠光颜料计0.2-5%重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗黄变珠光颜料的制备方法,其特征在于:
所述S1步骤金属氧化物还可以是Al2O3、Fe203一种或者两种;还包括在银白珠光颜料和水的混合浆料中加入Al2O3或Fe203溶液,先将浆料升温75-85℃后,匀速加入Al2O3或Fe203溶液进行包膜,搅拌,期间pH保持在4-7之间。
