一种防急刹式液压盘式制动器,包括:手刹、制动单元、联动油管;当制动力度较大时,联动油管内部的液压油流速增大,流速较大的液压有在经过缓冲节点时,液压油冲击浮动板,使得浮动板下部的缓冲弹簧收缩,浮动板下移,随着浮动板下移,浮动板接触套筒,进而使得浮动板封闭套筒与缓冲节点的内部空腔之间的间隙,此时液压油仅能通过支撑板中部的阻尼孔流出,进而极大的降低了液压油的流速,而当液压油流速变慢时,受缓冲弹簧作用,浮动板与套筒再次脱离,液压油又能够保持正常流动,通过限制联动油管内部液压油的流速,避免车辆在行驶时出现急刹的情况,可适用于两轮车上的刹车制动。

背景技术
液压制动器,制动器就是所谓的刹车,而液压制动器就是利用液压作为驱动力来控制刹车器进行工作的刹车器件。是使机械中的运动件停止或减速的机械零件。俗称刹车、闸。制动器主要由制架、制动件和操纵装置等组成。
液压制动器组成构件中,联动油管作为液压油输送元件,需要具有耐高压、抗冲击以及耐磨等特性,车辆在行驶时,出现急刹时,联动油管内部液压油流速增加,为避免车辆急刹,四轮汽车上会设置ABS防抱死刹车系统,而对于两轮车来说,就无法安装防抱死系统,在刹车急刹的情况下极易造成安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明所要克服现有技术中的不足,目的是提供一种防急刹式液压盘式制动器。

手刹、制动单元、联动油管;
所述手刹上设有驱动油缸,所述驱动油缸与制动单元之间通过联动油管连接;所述联动油管包括管体、缓冲节点;
所述缓冲节点连接在管体上,所述缓冲节点内部设有空腔,空腔底部安装有支撑导柱,所述支撑导柱上固定有支撑板,所述支撑板上固定有套筒,所述空腔内部滑动安装有浮动板,所述浮动板与支撑板之间设有缓冲弹簧,所述浮动板中部设有穿孔,所述浮动板在空腔中移动时,套筒可插入至穿孔中,支撑板中部开有阻尼孔,所述缓冲节点的内部空腔上部的管体与手刹连接,缓冲节点的内部空腔下部的管体与制动单元连接。
进一步的,所述缓冲节点包括缸套、外橡胶层,所述缸套两端分别安装有连接端盖,所述支撑导柱固定在其中一个连接端盖上,所述外橡胶层环套在缸套外部,所述外橡胶层内嵌有钢丝网。

进一步的,所述穿孔内侧嵌有内密封胶圈,所述内密封胶圈与套筒为过盈配合。

制动单元2包括制动夹钳51、制动油腔52、制动板53,制动油腔52设置在制动夹钳51中,制动油腔52内部设有制动塞54,制动塞54端头与制动油腔52之间连接有复位弹簧55,制动板53固定在制动塞54上。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防急刹式液压盘式制动器,其特征在于,所述管体外部环套有防护弹簧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防急刹式液压盘式制动器,其特征在于,所述穿孔内侧嵌有内密封胶圈,所述内密封胶圈与套筒为过盈配合。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种防急刹式液压盘式制动器,其特征在于,所述浮动板外圈环套有外密封胶圈,所述外密封胶圈与缸套之间为过盈配合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防急刹式液压盘式制动器,其特征在于,所述手刹上安装有显示油柱,所述显示油柱内部为空心结构,所述显示油柱上端通过螺纹连接有上盖,所述上盖上通过螺纹连接有顶压杆,所述顶压杆下端固定有活塞,所述活塞位于显示油柱内部,所述顶压杆上端固定有转把,所述转把与上盖之间设有挤压弹簧,所述显示油柱与联动油管之间设有单向阀,所述单向阀使得显示油柱中的液压油单向流入至联动油管中。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种防急刹式液压盘式制动器,其特征在于,所述制动单元包括制动夹钳、制动油腔、制动板,所述制动油腔设置在制动夹钳中,所述制动油腔内部设有制动塞,所述制动塞端头与制动油腔之间连接有复位弹簧,所述制动板固定在制动塞上。
