现有的鸽子炖品仅利用了鸽子的药效不够显著还需长期食用,亟需一种鸽子中药炖品来提升其药用价值,使其药效更佳。

1.一种保健食品配方,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料组成:天麻100-120份、山药100-120份、葱白100-120份、乳鸽1000-1500份、猪肉250-300份、猪肚250-300份、猪腰200-250份、生姜片25-30份、料酒35-40份、精盐10-20份、白胡椒3-5份、猪皮250-300份、莲子100-120份、党参100-120份、枸杞100-120份、红枣50-60份和料酒20-25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保健食品配方,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料组成:天麻100份、山药100份、葱白100份、乳鸽1000份、猪肉250份、猪肚250份、猪腰200份、生姜片25份、料酒35份、精盐10份、白胡椒3份、猪皮250份、莲子100份、党参100份、枸杞100份、红枣50份和料酒20份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的保健食品配方,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料组成:天麻120份、山药120份、葱白120份、乳鸽1500份、猪肉300份、猪肚300份、猪腰250份、生姜片30份、料酒40份、精盐20份、白胡椒5份、猪皮300份、莲子120份、党参120份、枸杞120份、红枣60份和料酒25份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的保健食品配方,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料组成:天麻110份、山药110份、葱白110份、乳鸽1200份、猪肉270份、猪肚270份、猪腰230份、生姜片27份、料酒37份、精盐17份、白胡椒4份、猪皮270份、莲子110份、党参110份、枸杞110份、红枣55份和料酒23份。
5.一种保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
将权利要求1-4中任一项所述的保健食品配方加入1000-2000份清水中炖煮45-60分钟;
将炖煮后形成的汤汁进行过滤获得滤液,并将滤液继续小火加热浓缩至500份,待冷却后加入甲壳素0.01份、壳聚糖0.01份、山梨酸钾0.01份;
将浓缩后的滤液放入带有分格的包装盒中进行封口包装并冷冻保存。
