Abstract
本发明提出一种保健食品配方和保健食品的制备方法,保健食品配方由以下重量份数的原料组成:天麻100‑120份、山药100‑120份、葱白100‑120份、乳鸽1000‑1500份、猪肉250‑300份、猪肚250‑300份、猪腰200‑250份、生姜片25‑30份、料酒35‑40份、精盐10‑20份、白胡椒3‑5份、猪皮250‑300份、莲子100‑120份、党参100‑120份、枸杞100‑120份、红枣50‑60份和料酒20‑25份。可进一步提升鸽子的药用价值,还可用于治疗偏正头痛及高血压之头晕目眩、肢体麻木。

技术领域
本发明涉及保健品领域,特别是涉及一种保健食品配方和保健食品的制备方法。
背景技术
“药食同源”指,许多食物即药物,它们之间并无绝对的分界线,古代医学家将中药的“四性”、“五味”理论运用到食物之中,认为每种食物也具有“四性”、“五味”。“药食同源”是说中药与食物是同时起源的。《淮南子·修务训》称:“神农尝百草之滋味,水泉之甘苦,令民知所避就。当此之时,一日而遇七十毒。”可见神农时代药与食不分,无毒者可就,有毒者当避。
《内经》对食疗有非常卓越的理论,如“大毒治病,十去其六;常毒治病,十去其七;小毒治病,十去其八;无毒治病,十去其九;谷肉果菜,食养尽之,无使过之,伤其正也”,这可称为最早的食疗原则。
由此可见,在中医药学的传统之中,论药与食的关系是既有同处,亦有异处。但从发展过程来看,远古时代是同源的,后经几千年的发展,药食分化,若再往今后的前景看,也可能返璞归真,以食为药,以食代药。
中国中医学自古以来就有“药食同源”(又称为“医食同源”)理论。这一理论认为:许多食物既是食物也是药物,食物和药物一样同样能够防治疾病。在古代原始社会中,人们在寻找食物的过程中发现了各种食物和药物的性味和功效,认识到许多食物可以药用,许多药物也可以食用,两者之间很难严格区分。这就是“药食同源”理论的基础,也是食物疗法的基础。
鸽子的营养价值极高,既是名贵的美味佳肴,又是高级滋补佳品。鸽肉为高蛋白、低脂肪食品,蛋白含量为24.47%,在同等质量下,它所含的钙、铁、铜等矿物质及维生素A、B、E等都比鸡、鱼、牛、羊肉的含量高。鸽肝了中含有最佳的胆素,可以帮助人体很好的利用胆固醇,防止动脉硬化。鸽肉里含有丰富的泛酸,防止脱发、白发和未老先衰等都有很好疗效。鸽肉里含有丰富的软骨素,可增加皮肤弹性,改善血液循环,可加快伤口愈合。鸽子肉的脂肪含量仅为0.3%,低于其他肉类,是人类理想的食品。我国民间有“一鸽胜九鸡”的说法。鸽肉中还含有丰富的泛酸,对脱发、白发和未毛先衰等有很好的疗效。乳鸽含有较多的支链氨基酸和精氨酸可促进体内蛋白质的合成,加快创伤愈合。中医认为,鸽肉易于消化,具有滋补益气、祛风解毒的功能,对病后体弱、血虚闭经、头晕神疲、记忆衰退有很好的补益治疗作用。
现有的鸽子炖品仅利用了鸽子的药效不够显著还需长期食用,亟需一种鸽子中药炖品来提升其药用价值,使其药效更佳。
发明内容
本发明提供一种保健食品配方和保健食品的制备方法,可解决现有技术中所面临的上述问题。
本发明的技术解决方案为一种保健食品配方,由以下重量份数的原料组成:天麻100-120份、山药100-120份、葱白100-120份、乳鸽1000-1500份、猪肉250-300份、猪肚250-300份、猪腰200-250份、生姜片25-30份、料酒35-40 份、精盐10-20份、白胡椒3-5份、猪皮250-300份、莲子100-120份、党参 100-120份、枸杞100-120份、红枣50-60份和料酒20-25份。
优选地,所述的保健食品配方由以下重量份数的原料组成:天麻100份、山药100份、葱白100份、乳鸽1000份、猪肉250份、猪肚250份、猪腰200 份、生姜片25份、料酒35份、精盐10份、白胡椒3份、猪皮250份、莲子100 份、党参100份、枸杞100份、红枣50份和料酒20份。

优选地,所述的保健食品配方由以下重量份数的原料组成:天麻110份、山药110份、葱白110份、乳鸽1200份、猪肉270份、猪肚270份、猪腰230 份、生姜片27份、料酒37份、精盐17份、白胡椒4份、猪皮270份、莲子110 份、党参110份、枸杞110份、红枣55份和料酒23份。
一种保健食品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将上述的保健食品配方加入1000-2000份清水中炖煮45-60分钟;
将炖煮后形成的汤汁进行过滤获得滤液,并将滤液继续小火加热浓缩至500 份,待冷却后加入甲壳素0.01份、壳聚糖0.01份、山梨酸钾0.01份;
将浓缩后的滤液放入带有分格的包装盒中进行封口包装并冷冻保存。
本发明结合天麻和山药的药效以及鸽子的营养价值,作为一种药膳的具有补肝益肾,健胃,健脾,补气益肺,补脑,滋肾固精等功效.可治疗病后虚弱,阳痿早泄,消渴症,妇女血虚,月经不调和闭经,头痛,眩晕等症状。还可用于治疗偏正头痛及高血压之头晕目眩、肢体麻木。

将天麻110份、山药110份、葱白110份、乳鸽1200份、猪肉270份、猪肚270份、猪腰230份、生姜片27份、料酒37份、精盐17份、白胡椒4份、猪皮270份、莲子110份、党参110份、枸杞110份、红枣55份和料酒23份加入1000-2000份清水中炖煮45-60分钟;
将炖煮后形成的汤汁进行过滤获得滤液,并将滤液继续小火加热浓缩至500 份,待冷却后加入甲壳素0.01份、壳聚糖0.01份、山梨酸钾0.01份;将浓缩后的滤液放入带有分格的包装盒中进行封口包装并冷冻保存。

将炖煮后形成的汤汁进行过滤获得滤液,并将滤液继续小火加热浓缩至500 份,待冷却后加入甲壳素0.01份、壳聚糖0.01份、山梨酸钾0.01份;将浓缩后的滤液放入带有分格的包装盒中进行封口包装并冷冻保存。

1.一种保健食品配方,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料组成:天麻100-120份、山药100-120份、葱白100-120份、乳鸽1000-1500份、猪肉250-300份、猪肚250-300份、猪腰200-250份、生姜片25-30份、料酒35-40份、精盐10-20份、白胡椒3-5份、猪皮250-300份、莲子100-120份、党参100-120份、枸杞100-120份、红枣50-60份和料酒20-25份。

将权利要求1-4中任一项所述的保健食品配方加入1000-2000份清水中炖煮45-60分钟;
将炖煮后形成的汤汁进行过滤获得滤液,并将滤液继续小火加热浓缩至500份,待冷却后加入甲壳素0.01份、壳聚糖0.01份、山梨酸钾0.01份;
将浓缩后的滤液放入带有分格的包装盒中进行封口包装并冷冻保存。
