In this embodiment, the battery pack 8 further includes a second mounting seat 84, and the hanging member 83 is mounted to the upper cover 81 through the second mounting seat 84. The second mounting seat 84 is provided between the upper cover 81 and the lower case 82. The second mounting seat 84 is detachably connected with the upper cover 81, and the second mounting seat 84 is fixedly connected with the lower box 82. In this embodiment, the second mounting seat 84 includes a third receiving cavity 841 for providing an operation space, and/or a fourth receiving cavity 842 for receiving the connecting portion 831. A collar 843 is arranged in the third accommodating cavity 841 for limiting the hanging piece 83 from falling off from the second mounting seat.
In the present embodiment, the battery pack 8 includes a side wall portion 85, and at least two side surfaces of the side wall portion 85 are vertically provided with lock shafts 86 for locking the battery pack 8 in a locking mechanism on the electric vehicle. In other embodiments, the battery pack 8 further includes a first locking member for locking the battery pack 8 to a bolt-type locking mechanism on the electric vehicle and/or a second locking member for locking the battery pack 8 to a bead-expanding type locking mechanism on the electric vehicle.

As shown in fig. 8-11, wherein fig. 8 is a schematic view of a battery pack mounting portion 9 for mounting a battery pack 8 on the bottom of an electric vehicle, the present embodiment provides a battery pack mounting portion 9 for mounting the battery pack 8 in embodiment 1 on the bottom of the electric vehicle, a hanging seat 91 is provided on the battery pack mounting portion 9, and is matched with a hanging member 83 to hang the battery pack 8 on the electric vehicle along a horizontal direction.
In this embodiment, the side portion 911 of the hooking base 91 has a side opening 9111 into which the hooking member 83 enters and a hooking groove 912 extending inward in the horizontal direction from the side opening 9111, and the hooking member 83 moves in the vertical direction to a first position corresponding to the side opening 9111 and enters a hooking point in the hooking groove 912 in the horizontal direction from the first position. The side opening 9111 is provided for facilitating the entry of the hanging member 83 into the hanging seat 91 during the horizontal movement of the battery pack 8.

As shown in fig. 12, 13 and 14, wherein fig. 12 is a schematic diagram of a battery pack installation portion in which a hanging member 2 on a battery pack is installed at the bottom of an electric vehicle, the present embodiment provides a battery pack for horizontal installation on an electric vehicle, the battery pack has an upper cover and a lower case, a battery module is arranged between the upper cover and the lower case, and the hanging member 1 is installed on the upper cover, and is used for moving to a position corresponding to a hanging seat 2 at the bottom of the electric vehicle along a vertical direction and moving to the hanging seat 2 along a horizontal direction, so that the battery pack is hung in the hanging seat 2 on the electric vehicle.
Through linking member 1 and the last concatenation seat 2 of hanging of electric automobile cooperate, it articulates in the vertical side in battery package and the electric automobile bottom to have increased, the tie point between battery package and the electric automobile has been increased on the one hand, improve the installation stability, avoided the battery package to sink and take place to warp because of the oversize middle zone that leads to, on the other hand has restricted the motion of battery package relative electric automobile in vertical direction, the shock resistance of battery package among the electric automobile driving process has been improved, especially keep away from both sides or the shock resistance of the middle zone of locking position all around. The hanging piece 1 is arranged in the middle area of the upper cover. The hanging connecting piece 1 is hung on the hanging connecting seat 2, so that upward acting force is applied to the middle area of the battery pack, the battery pack is prevented from sinking and deforming due to overlarge size of the middle area, the shock resistance of the battery pack in the driving process of the electric automobile is improved, and particularly the shock resistance of the middle area far away from two sides or the periphery of a locking position is improved.
In this embodiment, the hanging piece 1 includes a connecting portion 11 and a hanging portion 12, one end of the connecting portion 11 is mounted on the upper cover, the other end of the connecting portion 11 is connected to the hanging portion 12, the hanging portion 12 is located above the upper cover, and the hanging piece 1 is hung in the hanging seat 2 through the hanging portion 12. The hanging piece 1 is connected to the battery pack through the connecting portion 11, and is hung in the hanging seat 2 through the hanging portion 12, so that hanging stability is guaranteed.
In other embodiments, the hanging part 12 is matched with the bottom of the electric vehicle in any one of a screw joint, a clamping joint, a buckling joint, an inserting joint, a hooking joint and a joggle joint to realize hanging of the battery pack. Namely, the hanging part 12 and the hanging seat 2 are mutually matched in any one of the modes of screw joint, clamping, buckling, inserting, hooking and joggling to realize the hanging of the battery pack.
In the present embodiment, the hanging portion 12 extends from the connecting portion 11 to protrude away from the connecting portion 11. The hanging portion 12 protrudes from the connecting portion 11 in a horizontal direction. The hanging part 12 is perpendicular to the connecting part 11, so that the hanging part 12 is convenient to hang and is very convenient to use. Wherein, the hanging part 12 protrudes from both sides of the connecting part 11 along the horizontal direction, so that the hanging part 1 is stressed uniformly and has higher hanging stability.
The outer wall of the connecting part 11 is provided with a screw part 111, and is connected and fixed with the upper cover through the screw part 111. The connecting part 11 is connected with the upper cover through the thread part 111, so that the installation and the connection between the hanging part 1 and the upper cover are very convenient, and the hanging part is convenient to detach, replace and maintain.
The outer wall of the connecting part 11 is provided with a limiting part 112 which extends outwards from the outer wall and is used for abutting the hanging piece 1 against the upper cover. The limiting part 112 is abutted against the upper cover, so that the connecting part 11 can not move downwards relative to the upper cover, and the accurate installation of the hanging piece 1 is ensured.
The bottom of connecting portion 11 is connected in the upper cover, and the top of connecting portion 11 has connecting hole 113, and hitching section 12 wears to locate connecting hole 113, and the both ends of hitching section 12 are used for being connected with electric automobile's bottom cooperation. The hanging piece 1 is connected with the upper cover through the connecting portion 11, the acting force is arranged at the bottom of the electric automobile at the two ends of the hanging portion 12, hanging connection between the battery pack and the bottom of the electric automobile in the vertical direction is increased, on one hand, connecting points between the battery pack and the electric automobile are increased, installation stability is improved, deformation of the battery pack due to sinking of a middle area caused by overlarge size is avoided, on the other hand, movement of the battery pack relative to the electric automobile in the vertical direction is limited, and the shock resistance of the battery pack in the running process of the electric automobile is improved. Meanwhile, the hanging part 12 is connected in the connecting hole 113 of the connecting part 11, so that the respective processing and manufacturing are realized, the strength requirements of the hanging part 12 and the connecting part 11 are met, the deformation is avoided, and the processing is quick.
The hanging part 12 moves along the horizontal direction to hang the battery pack on the bottom of the electric automobile. When the locking shaft of battery package both sides removed the locking along the horizontal direction for hitching part 12 removes along the horizontal direction and connects the battery package in electric automobile's bottom, has realized being connected of hitching part 1 and electric automobile's bottom, and synchronous connection is fixed, and stability is high.
The connecting portion 11 includes a first connecting portion 114 and a second connecting portion 115, the first connecting portion 114 is used for connecting the upper cover, the second connecting portion 115 is used for connecting the hanging portion 12, the second connecting portion 115 has a connecting hole 113, and the connecting hole 113 is used for the hanging portion 12 to penetrate and connect. The connecting part 11 is mounted and connected on the upper cover through the first connecting part 114, and is hung and connected in the hanging seat 2 through the second connecting part 115, so that the hanging stability is ensured. Meanwhile, the second connecting portion 115 is connected to the hanging portion 12 through the connecting hole 113, so that the connecting portion 11 and the hanging portion 12 are manufactured separately, the strength requirements of the hanging portion 12 and the connecting portion 11 are met, deformation is avoided, and the processing is fast. The screw portion 111 is disposed on the first connecting portion 114, and the first connecting portion 114 is connected to the upper cover through the screw portion 111.
The hanging part 12 includes a hanging shaft 121, the hanging shaft 121 is fixedly connected to the connection hole 113, and two ends of the hanging shaft 121 exposed out of the second connection part 115 are provided with a shaft sleeve 122. The shaft sleeves 122 are arranged at the two ends of the hanging shaft 121 exposed out of the second connecting part 115, so that friction is reduced, the stability of the hanging part 12 and the hanging seat 2 is ensured, and the service life is prolonged; meanwhile, the two ends of the hanging shaft 121 are uniformly stressed, and the stability of the battery pack is improved.
Two ends of the hanging shaft 121 are provided with a stop ring 123, the stop ring 123 is arranged on one side of the shaft sleeve 122 far away from the second connecting part 115, and the stop ring 123 is used for limiting the shaft sleeve 122 to be separated from the hanging shaft 121. The stop ring 123 has a blocking function and is used for limiting the shaft sleeve 122 to be separated from the hanging shaft 121, so that the shaft sleeve 122 is prevented from being separated in the using process, and the stability is improved; meanwhile, the structure is simple, and the installation and the setting are very convenient.
The hanging shaft 121 has grooves 1211 formed at both ends thereof, and the grooves 1211 are used for mounting the sleeve 122. The shaft sleeve 122 is sleeved in the groove 1211, and the shaft sleeve 122 is limited by the inner wall surface of the groove 1211 and the baffle ring 123, so that the shaft sleeve 122 is further prevented from being separated in the using process, and the stability is improved; meanwhile, the groove 1211 enables the shaft sleeve 122 to be installed more accurately, and is simple in structure and very convenient to install.
The central portion of the hanging shaft 121 has a protrusion 1212, and both ends of the protrusion 1212 extend beyond the surface of the second connecting portion 115 in the axial direction of the hanging shaft 121. The hanging shaft 121 passes through the connection hole 113 through the protrusion 1212 and is connected to the connection hole 113, so that the hanging shaft 121 and the second connection portion 115 are conveniently mounted and connected, and the stability is high.
The second connection portion 115 has an extension extending outward from the outer surface of the hanging portion 12. The extension part of second connecting portion 115 through outside extension, the extension part will enter into earlier and articulate in seat 2 and remove in articulating seat 2, has limiting displacement through the extension part, has guaranteed to articulate union piece 1 and has removed and can not produce the skew dislocation phenomenon along established direction, and stability is higher.
In this embodiment, the second connection portion 115 has a top guide surface 1151 and/or a vertical guide surface 1152 for guiding the second connection portion 115 into the docking station 2. The top guide surface 1151 and/or the vertical guide surface 1152 have guiding and limiting functions, the second connecting part 115 is moved in the hanging seat 2 when moving along the vertical direction through the top guide surface 1151, and the hanging part 12 on the second connecting part 115 is guaranteed to move in place; the second connecting part 115 moves in the hanging seat 2 when moving in the horizontal direction through the vertical guide surface 1152, so that the hanging part 12 on the second connecting part 115 is ensured to move in place; meanwhile, the top guide surface 1151 and/or the vertical guide surface 1152 guarantee that the hanging piece 1 moves along the set direction without offset and dislocation in the moving process, and the stability is higher.
The top guide surface 1151 and/or the vertical guide surface 1152 is located at a distance greater than the radius of the coupling hole 113 from the center of the coupling hole 113. The distance between the top guide surface 1151 and/or the vertical guide surface 1152 and the connecting hole 113 meets the requirement on use strength, the overall structural strength of the hanging piece 1 is guaranteed, and the stability of the hanging piece 1 is further improved.
The second connecting portion 115 has two opposite mounting surfaces 1153 and a side surface 1154 located at the periphery of the mounting surface 1153, a first arc surface 1155 is provided between the mounting surface 1153 and the side surface 1154, and the first arc surface 1155 is used for guiding the second connecting portion 115 into the hanging seat 2. The connecting hole 113 penetrates through the two mounting surfaces 1153, and plays a role in guiding through the first arc surface 1155, so that the hanging piece 1 is guaranteed to move into the hanging seat 2 along the horizontal direction, the battery pack is hung in the hanging seat 2 on the electric automobile, and the stability is high.
The second connection portion 115 extends beyond the surface of the first connection portion 114 in a direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the hanging portion 12. The side surface 1154 of the second connecting portion 115 extends out of the surface of the first connecting portion 114, so that the processing and manufacturing of the connecting hole 113 are facilitated; meanwhile, the distance between the vertical guide surface 1152 and the center of the connecting hole 113 is larger than the radius of the connecting hole 113, the overall structural strength of the hanging piece 1 is guaranteed, and the stability of the hanging piece 1 is further improved. In this embodiment, the second connection portion 115 is flat and can be manufactured by pressing.
The bottom of the second connection portion 115 connected to the first connection portion 114 has a second arc surface 1156. The second arc surface 1156 plays a role in reinforcement, so that the connection strength between the second connection portion 115 and the first connection portion 114 is effectively enhanced, and the stability of the hanging piece 1 is further improved.
The portion of the first connecting portion 114 close to the second connecting portion 115 is provided with a limiting portion 112 extending outward, an outer diameter of the limiting portion 112 is larger than an outer diameter of the threaded portion 111, and the limiting portion 112 is located above the threaded portion 111.
In this embodiment, a support structure is provided between the upper cover and the lower box, and the hanging member 1 is connected to the upper cover and the support structure. Through being connected with joint member 1 with bearing structure, bearing structure's structural strength is high to effectively strengthened the joint strength of joint member 1 with the battery package, improved the shock resistance of electric automobile driving in-process battery package, safety and stability are high.
Example 4
In this embodiment 4, the battery pack includes a side wall portion, and at least two side surfaces of the side wall portion are vertically provided with lock shafts for locking the battery pack in a locking mechanism on an electric vehicle. The lateral wall portion is connected with a locking mechanism on the electric automobile through the lock shaft, so that the connection and the support of the two sides of the battery pack are realized, the deformation of the battery pack caused by the sinking of the two side areas due to the overlarge size is avoided, and the shock resistance of the battery pack in the running process of the electric automobile is improved.
The lower box body comprises a bottom wall portion and a side wall portion, the bottom wall portion and the upper cover are arranged oppositely, the side wall portion is arranged between the bottom wall portion and the upper cover, and at least two side faces of the side wall portion in the length direction of the battery pack are perpendicularly provided with locking shafts for locking the battery pack in a locking mechanism on the electric automobile. The locking mechanism in this embodiment is described by taking the locking device in chinese patent publication No. CN106427514A as an example, but the locking mechanism of the present invention is not limited to the specific structure in the above prior art, and can be applied to other locking mechanisms of bottom charging type.
The hanging piece 1 is arranged at the middle position of the battery pack in the length direction. The hanging piece 1 applies upward acting force to the middle position of the battery pack in the length direction, deformation of the battery pack due to sinking of the middle area caused by overlarge size is avoided, and the shock resistance of the battery pack in the running process of the electric automobile is improved.
The battery pack is provided with a plurality of hanging pieces 1, and at least one row of the hanging pieces 1 are linear. The hanging connection pieces 1 are connected with the hanging connection seats 2 at the bottom of the electric automobile in a hanging mode, so that upward acting force applied to the middle area of the battery pack is further increased, the phenomenon that the middle area of the battery pack sinks to deform due to overlarge size is further avoided, and the shock resistance of the battery pack in the running process of the electric automobile is greatly improved.
A plurality of hanging pieces 1 are connected into a row of hanging pieces 1 through a connecting piece. Connect a plurality of hitching and connecting pieces 1 through the connecting piece, avoid the self of hitching and connecting piece 1 to rotate and lead to the position change, stability is higher.
In other embodiments, the battery pack further comprises a first locking member and/or a second locking member, wherein the first locking member is used for locking the battery pack to a bolt type locking mechanism on the electric automobile, and the second locking member is used for locking the battery pack to an expansion bead type locking mechanism on the electric automobile.
In other embodiments, the battery pack further comprises a battery end electrical connector comprising a mounting side and a conductive output side, the battery end electrical connector being mounted to the battery pack via the mounting side; the battery pack is used for being mounted on the electric automobile to provide power for the electric automobile; the conductive output side is arranged at the top of the battery pack and is connected with a vehicle end electric connector of the electric vehicle from bottom to top.
In other embodiments, the battery pack further comprises a battery end liquid cooling connection device, the battery end liquid cooling connection device is used for connecting with a liquid supply device of the provided cooling liquid so as to introduce the cooling liquid into a liquid cooling pipeline in the battery pack, the battery end liquid cooling connection device comprises a mounting seat and a connection valve, and the mounting seat is arranged on the battery pack; the connecting valve is fixed on the mounting seat, one end of the connecting valve, which is positioned on the inner side of the battery pack, is connected with the liquid cooling pipeline, the other end of the connecting valve is used for being connected with the liquid supply device, an openable and closable flow passage is formed inside the connecting valve, and the flow direction of the flow passage is perpendicular to the plane direction of the battery pack so as to realize the communication with the liquid cooling pipeline of the electric automobile after the battery pack is mounted to the electric automobile in the direction from bottom to top.
In other embodiments, the battery end electrical connector is disposed on the upper cover, and the battery end liquid-cooled connecting device is disposed on the side wall portion of the upper cover or the lower case.

Claims (27)
1. The utility model provides a battery package for horizontal installation to electric automobile is last, the battery package has upper cover and lower box, be equipped with the battery module between upper cover and the lower box, its characterized in that, the connector is installed to the upper cover for move to the position that corresponds with the articulate seat bottom electric automobile along vertical direction, and move to articulate in the seat along the horizontal direction, make the battery package articulate in the articulate seat on electric automobile.

The battery pack according to claim 1, wherein the hanging member includes a connecting portion and a hanging portion, one end of the connecting portion is mounted on the upper cover, the other end of the connecting portion is connected to the hanging portion, the hanging portion is located above the upper cover, and the hanging member is hung in the hanging seat through the hanging portion.

The battery pack according to claim 2, wherein the bottom of the connecting portion is connected to the upper cover, the top of the connecting portion has a connecting hole, the hanging portion is inserted into the connecting hole, and two ends of the hanging portion are used for being connected with the bottom of the electric vehicle in a matching manner.
4. The battery pack according to claim 2, wherein the hanging part is moved in a horizontal direction to hang the battery pack on the bottom of the electric vehicle.

The battery pack according to claim 2, wherein the connecting portion includes a first connecting portion for connecting the upper cover and a second connecting portion for connecting the hanging portion, the second connecting portion having a connecting hole for the hanging portion to pass through and connect.
6. The battery pack according to claim 5, wherein the hanging portion includes a hanging shaft, the hanging shaft is fixedly connected to the connecting hole, and shaft sleeves are provided at both ends of the hanging shaft exposed out of the second connecting portion.

The battery pack as claimed in claim 6, wherein the hanging shaft has two ends provided with a retaining ring, the retaining ring is disposed on a side of the shaft sleeve away from the second connecting portion, and the retaining ring is used for limiting the shaft sleeve to be separated from the hanging shaft.
8. The battery pack of claim 6, wherein the hanging shaft has grooves at both ends for mounting the shaft sleeves.
9. The battery pack according to claim 8, wherein the hanger shaft has a protrusion at a middle portion thereof, and both ends of the protrusion extend beyond a surface of the second connecting portion in an axial direction of the hanger shaft.
10. The battery pack of claim 6, wherein blind holes are formed in two end faces of the hanging shaft.
11. The battery pack according to claim 5, wherein the second connecting portion has an extension extending outward from an outer surface of the hanging portion.
12. The battery pack according to claim 5, wherein the second connecting part has a top guide surface and/or a vertical guide surface for guiding the second connecting part into the docking station.
13. The battery pack according to claim 12, wherein the top guide surface and/or the vertical guide surface are spaced from the center of the coupling hole by a distance greater than a radius of the coupling hole.
14. The battery pack according to claim 5, wherein the second connecting portion has two mounting surfaces disposed opposite to each other, and a side surface located on a periphery of the mounting surfaces, and a first curved surface is provided between the mounting surfaces and the side surface, and the first curved surface is used for guiding the second connecting portion into the hooking seat.
15. The battery pack according to claim 5, wherein the second connecting portion extends beyond a surface of the first connecting portion in a direction perpendicular to an extending direction of the hanging portion.
16. The battery pack according to claim 15, wherein a bottom of the second connection part connected to the first connection part has a second arc surface.
17. The battery pack of claim 1, wherein a support structure is disposed between the upper cover and the lower case, and the hanger is coupled to the upper cover and the support structure.
18. The battery pack according to claim 2, wherein the hanging portion extends from the connecting portion to protrude away from the connecting portion.
19. The battery pack according to claim 18, wherein the hanging portion protrudes in a horizontal direction from the connecting portion.
20. The battery pack according to claim 2, wherein the outer wall of the connecting part is provided with a screw part, and is fixedly connected with the upper cover by the screw part.
21. The battery pack of claim 2, wherein the outer wall of the connecting portion has a stop portion extending outwardly therefrom for the catch to abut against the upper cover.
22. The battery pack according to claim 1, wherein the battery pack includes a side wall part, at least two sides of which are vertically provided with a locking shaft for locking the battery pack in a locking mechanism on an electric vehicle.
23. The battery pack according to claim 22, wherein the lower case includes a bottom wall portion and a side wall portion, the bottom wall portion and the upper cover being disposed opposite to each other, the side wall portion being disposed between the bottom wall portion and the upper cover, the side wall portion being provided with a lock shaft vertically along at least two sides in a length direction of the battery pack for locking the battery pack in a lock mechanism on an electric vehicle.
24. The battery pack of claim 1, further comprising a first locking member for locking the battery pack to a bolt-type locking mechanism on the electric vehicle and/or a second locking member for locking the battery pack to a bead-type locking mechanism on the electric vehicle.
25. The battery pack of any one of claims 1-24, wherein the battery pack further comprises a battery end electrical connector comprising:
a mounting side through which the battery end electrical connector is mounted to a battery pack; the battery pack is used for being mounted on an electric automobile to provide power for the electric automobile;
the conductive output side is arranged at the top of the battery pack and is connected with a vehicle end electric connector of the electric vehicle from bottom to top;
and/or the battery package still includes battery end liquid cooling connecting device, battery end liquid cooling connecting device is used for linking to each other with the confession liquid device of the coolant liquid that provides to with the coolant liquid lets in the liquid cooling pipeline in the battery package, battery end liquid cooling connecting device includes:
the mounting seat is arranged on the battery pack; and
the connecting valve is fixed on the mounting seat, the connecting valve is located the inboard one end of battery package with the liquid cooling pipeline is connected, the other end be used for with supply liquid device is connected, the inside openable flow passage that is formed with of connecting valve, and flow passage's flow direction with the plane direction of battery package is mutually perpendicular to realize the intercommunication with electric automobile liquid cooling pipeline behind battery package with direction from bottom to top installation to electric automobile.
26. The battery pack of claim 25, wherein the battery-side electrical connector is disposed on the top cover, and the battery-side liquid-cooled connecting device is disposed on a sidewall portion of the top cover or the lower case.
27. An electric vehicle, characterized in that, it includes the battery package and battery installation department of any claim 1-26, battery installation department locates the electric vehicle bottom, battery installation department includes the hitching seat, the hitching seat along vertical direction hitch on in the hitch piece.
