Example 1

As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the present embodiment 2 discloses a battery pack 6000, and the battery pack 6000 is used in an electric vehicle for supplying power to the electric vehicle. And the battery pack 6000 has the first liquid-cooled connecting device 5100 or the second liquid-cooled connecting device 5200 of the structure in embodiment 1 described above, and the first liquid-cooled connecting device 5100 or the second liquid-cooled connecting device 5200 is provided as a quick-change battery-side liquid-cooled connecting device on the battery pack 6000. In this quick-change battery-side liquid-cooling connection device, the first and second mounting seats 5110 and 5210 and the first and second connection valves 5120 and 5220 are collectively referred to as a mounting seat and a connection valve.
When the battery pack 6000 is installed on the electric automobile, the liquid cooling connecting device at the quick-change battery end is communicated with a liquid supply device which is arranged on the electric automobile and used for supplying cooling liquid, so that the cooling liquid is introduced into a liquid cooling pipeline in the battery pack 6000, heat exchange is carried out between the cooling liquid and a battery module in the charging and discharging process of the battery pack 6000, and a proper working temperature environment is provided for the battery pack 6000. Here, the liquid supply device on the electric vehicle is connected to the second liquid-cooled connecting device 5200 or the first liquid-cooled connecting device 5100 through the liquid-cooled pipeline, which is matched with the quick-change battery-side liquid-cooled connecting device on the battery pack 6000. That is, the first liquid-cooled connecting device 5100 or the second liquid-cooled connecting device 5200 is connected between the battery pack 6000 and the electric vehicle, respectively, and the first liquid-cooled connecting device and the second liquid-cooled connecting device can be arranged interchangeably.
Specifically, the mount pad sets up on the top surface or the side of battery package 6000, and the connecting valve is fixed in on the mount pad, and the plane direction of mount pad is parallel with the plane direction of battery package 6000 to the plane direction of mount pad is perpendicular mutually with the circulation direction of the circulation passageway of connecting valve, thereby realizes the intercommunication with electric automobile liquid cooling pipeline behind battery package 6000 with the direction from bottom to top installation to electric automobile. One end of the connecting valve, which is positioned at the inner side of the battery pack 6000, is connected with the liquid cooling pipeline in the battery pack 6000, and the other end of the connecting valve is used for being connected with the liquid supply device. The liquid supply device refers to a liquid supply device for supplying cooling liquid in the electric automobile or a liquid supply device arranged on a battery charging rack.
Here, the battery pack 6000 is detachably attached to the bottom of the electric vehicle by a locking device including a plurality of locking shafts fixed to both sides of the battery pack 6000 and a locking mechanism provided on the vehicle and having locking grooves extending in a vertical direction. When the battery pack 6000 rises from the bottom of the electric automobile to the locking shaft on the battery pack 6000 and the locking groove of the locking device are matched, the liquid cooling connecting device of the liquid supply device of the electric automobile is in sealing connection with the quick-change battery end liquid cooling connecting device on the battery pack 6000, and the circulation channels of the connecting valves are opened so as to be communicated with each other.
According to the battery pack 6000 of the embodiment 2, in the process of installing the battery pack 6000 at the bottom of the electric automobile, the battery pack 6000 is lifted from bottom to top, and along with the continuous rising of the battery pack 6000, the liquid cooling connecting device on the liquid supply device of the electric automobile and the corresponding connecting valve of the quick-change type battery end liquid cooling connecting device of the battery pack 6000 are gradually abutted to be in sealing connection from the initial contact state, and a circulation channel is opened; when battery package 6000 upwards lifted to the right place, the locking shaft was locked in the locked groove that corresponds promptly, and the last connecting valve of battery package 6000 also communicates with the confession liquid device on the electric automobile is sealed simultaneously, can realize the sealed intercommunication of liquid cooling pipeline when realizing the installation of battery package 6000, and the installation connection process is simple high-efficient.
According to the scheme of this embodiment 2, through keeping the mode of mount pad horizontal for battery package 6000 to keep the circulation direction of the circulation passageway of connecting valve and mount pad vertical setting, just can realize making its liquid cooling connecting device and electric automobile's liquid cooling pipeline quick sealed intercommunication when battery package 6000 upwards lifts to the target in place.
In another embodiment, the battery pack 6000 has all the features of the above embodiments, and further includes a moving member provided on the mounting seat, and the connection valve is movably disposed on the moving member and drives the connection valve to move in a reverse direction with respect to the moving member when the locking shaft moves horizontally along the L-shaped locking groove. This scheme is based on battery package 6000 can dismantle the bottom of connecting in electric automobile through locking means, and locking means is including the locking mechanism who has L type locked groove and fix the locking axle on battery package 6000 side, and the locking axle further horizontal migration to battery package 6000 locking after the L type locked groove vertical migration targets in place succeeds, and battery package 6000 realizes the locking by further horizontal migration after the vertical migration promptly. And when the battery pack 6000 rises to the proper position, the liquid cooling connecting device of the battery pack 6000 is in sealed communication with the liquid cooling connecting device of the electric automobile. Therefore, when the battery pack 6000 moves horizontally, the liquid cooling connecting device of the battery pack 6000 and the liquid cooling connecting device of the electric automobile are kept in a fixed position through the moving part, namely, the connecting valve of the battery pack 6000 moves in the opposite direction relative to the moving part, and the accuracy, the sealing performance and the connectivity of liquid cooling connection are guaranteed.
In another embodiment, the battery pack 6000 has all the features of the above embodiments, and further includes: the quick-change battery end liquid cooling connecting device is two in number, wherein one of the quick-change battery end liquid cooling connecting device is used as an input part of cooling liquid, and the other quick-change battery end liquid cooling connecting device is used as an output part of the cooling liquid. The arrangement mode of the liquid cooling pipeline in the battery pack 6000 is more flexible by separately arranging the input part and the output part of the liquid cooling connecting device. Preferably, the two quick-change battery end liquid-cooling connecting devices are respectively arranged at two opposite ends of the battery pack 6000. The input part and the output part of the liquid cooling connecting device are arranged at the two ends of the battery pack 6000, so that the layout of liquid cooling pipelines in the battery pack 6000 can be optimized, the occupied space of the liquid cooling pipelines is reduced, and the heat exchange efficiency is improved.

Various changes and modifications to these embodiments may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, and these changes and modifications are within the scope of the invention.

1. A quick change battery end liquid cooling connecting device for connecting with the liquid supply device of the coolant liquid that provides to let in the liquid cooling pipeline in the battery package with the coolant liquid, characterized by, includes:
the mounting seat is arranged on the battery pack; and
the connecting valve is fixed on the mounting seat, the connecting valve is located the inboard one end of battery package with the liquid cooling pipeline is connected, the other end be used for with supply liquid device is connected, the inside openable flow passage that is formed with of connecting valve, and flow passage's flow direction with the plane direction of battery package is mutually perpendicular to realize the intercommunication with electric automobile liquid cooling pipeline behind battery package with direction from bottom to top installation to electric automobile.
2. The quick-change battery-side liquid-cooled connection of claim 1,
the mounting seat is arranged on the top surface or the side surface of the battery pack, and the plane direction of the mounting seat is parallel to the plane direction of the battery pack and is vertical to the circulation direction.

the mounting seat is provided with a moving part, the connecting valve is movably arranged on the moving part, and the connecting valve is driven to move in the opposite direction relative to the moving part when the lock shaft moves horizontally along the L-shaped lock groove.
5. The quick-change battery-side liquid-cooled connection of claim 1,
and a positioning part is arranged on the mounting seat, and the liquid supply device and the connecting valve are positioned through the positioning part.

the positioning part comprises two positioning holes or two positioning columns which are respectively arranged at two sides of the connecting valve.

14. The battery pack according to claim 13, wherein the number of the quick-change battery-side liquid-cooled connectors is two, one of which serves as an input for the cooling liquid and the other serves as an output for the cooling liquid.
15. The battery pack of claim 14, wherein two of said quick-change battery-side liquid-cooled connectors are disposed at opposite ends of said battery pack.
16. An electric vehicle comprising the battery pack according to any one of claims 13 to 15.
