When the battery pack 6000 is installed on the electric automobile, the liquid cooling connecting device at the battery end is communicated with a liquid supply device which is used for providing cooling liquid on the electric automobile, so that the cooling liquid is introduced into a liquid cooling pipeline in the battery pack 6000, heat exchange is conveniently carried out on a battery module which is filled in the battery pack 6000 and is discharged, and a proper working temperature environment is provided for the battery pack 6000. Here, the liquid supply device on the electric vehicle is connected to the second liquid-cooled connecting device 5200 or the first liquid-cooled connecting device 5100 through a liquid-cooled pipe, which matches the battery-side liquid-cooled connecting device on the battery pack 6000. That is, the first liquid-cooled connecting device 5100 or the second liquid-cooled connecting device 5200 is connected between the battery pack 6000 and the electric vehicle, respectively, and the first liquid-cooled connecting device and the second liquid-cooled connecting device can be arranged interchangeably.

Here, the battery pack 6000 is detachably attached to the bottom of the electric vehicle by a locking device including a plurality of locking shafts fixed to both sides of the battery pack 6000 and a locking mechanism provided on the vehicle and having locking grooves extending in a vertical direction. When the battery pack 6000 rises from the bottom of the electric automobile to the locking shaft on the battery pack 6000 to be matched with the locking groove of the locking device, the liquid cooling connecting device of the liquid supply device of the electric automobile is hermetically connected with the battery end liquid cooling connecting device on the battery pack 6000, and the flow passage of the connecting valve is opened so as to be communicated with each other.
According to the battery pack 6000 of the embodiment 2, in the process of installing the battery pack 6000 at the bottom of the electric automobile, the battery pack 6000 is lifted from bottom to top, and along with the continuous rising of the battery pack 6000, the liquid cooling connecting device on the liquid supply device of the electric automobile and the corresponding connecting valve of the battery end liquid cooling connecting device of the battery pack 6000 are gradually abutted from the initial contact state to the sealing connection state, and the circulation channel is opened; when battery package 6000 upwards lifted to the right place, the locking shaft was locked in the locked groove that corresponds promptly, and the last connecting valve of battery package 6000 also communicates with the confession liquid device on the electric automobile is sealed simultaneously, can realize the sealed intercommunication of liquid cooling pipeline when realizing the installation of battery package 6000, and the installation connection process is simple high-efficient.

In another embodiment, the battery pack 6000 has all the features of the above embodiments, and further includes: the number of the battery end liquid cooling connecting devices is two, wherein one of the battery end liquid cooling connecting devices is used as an input part of cooling liquid, and the other battery end liquid cooling connecting device is used as an output part of the cooling liquid. The arrangement mode of the liquid cooling pipeline in the battery pack 6000 is more flexible by separately arranging the input part and the output part of the liquid cooling connecting device. Preferably, the two battery end liquid-cooled connecting devices are respectively arranged at two opposite ends of the battery pack 6000. The battery pack comprises a battery pack body, a battery end electric connector and a battery pack body, wherein the fixed side of the battery end electric connector is connected to the top or the end of the battery pack body, the end is adjacent to two side faces respectively, and the battery end electric connector has all or part of characteristics of a battery end electric connector used for replacing batteries. In addition, the liquid cooling connecting device convenient to lock can also be arranged on the battery pack and communicated with the liquid cooling pipeline on the battery pack, and after the liquid cooling connecting device is connected with a liquid supply device on the electric automobile, the cooling liquid provided by the liquid supply device is conducted to the liquid cooling pipeline of the battery pack, so that the temperature of the battery pack is adjusted.

The liquid supply device flows the provided cooling liquid into the connecting valve 2, and the cooling liquid flows into the liquid cooling pipeline by opening the connecting valve 2, so that the battery pack is cooled. In the present embodiment 4, the number of the connection valves 2 is two, one connection valve 2 is used for the intake of the cooling liquid, and the other connection valve 2 is used for the discharge of the cooling liquid, so that the liquid-cooled connection device which facilitates locking can be cooled circularly.
The mounting seat 1 is provided with a moving part 11, and the moving part 11 drives the connecting valve 2 to move synchronously when the lock shaft of the battery pack moves horizontally along the L-shaped lock groove at the bottom of the electric automobile. Therefore, when the battery pack moves in the locking process, the liquid cooling pipeline for sealing and communicating the battery pack and the connecting valve 2 of the liquid supply device of the electric automobile follow the movement of the battery pack through the moving part 11, and further keep the relative position with the battery pack still, so that the accuracy, the sealing property and the connectivity of the liquid cooling connection are ensured. Meanwhile, the problem that the connection valve 2 is unstable in connection and the like due to the fact that the battery pack moves in the locking process is solved in the mode that the connection valve 2 is driven, and the safety and stability of the liquid cooling connection device convenient to lock are greatly improved.
The mounting seat 1 comprises a moving plate 12, and the moving part 11 is arranged on the moving plate 12 to realize the moving connection of the connecting valve 2 relative to the moving plate 12. The connecting valve 2 has a certain movement amount relative to the moving plate 12 through the moving part 11, so that the movement amount of the connecting valve 2 is further increased, the stability of connection of the connecting valve 2 with the liquid supply device and the liquid cooling pipeline is ensured, and the safety and stability of the liquid cooling connecting device convenient to lock are improved. Meanwhile, the connecting valve 2 is moved on the moving plate 12 along a predetermined direction by the moving member 11, so that the accuracy of connection is ensured, and the connection efficiency is improved.
The mounting seat 1 further comprises a fixed plate 13 for fixedly connecting the valve 2, and the moving member 11 comprises a slider 112 and a guide rail 111 arranged between the fixed plate 13 and the moving plate 12. The connecting valve 2 is installed and fixed on the fixed plate 13, and then the sliding block 112 and the guide rail 111 are respectively connected on the fixed plate 13 and the moving plate 12, so that the fixed plate 13 moves on the moving plate 12, and the connecting valve device is simple in structure, convenient to install and set and low in cost. Meanwhile, the sliding block 112 moves on the guide rail 111 along a given direction, so that the phenomenon of offset and dislocation generated in the moving process of the fixed plate 13 and the connecting valve 2 is effectively avoided, and the accuracy, the tightness and the connectivity of liquid cooling connection are ensured.
The connecting valve 2 is disposed in the middle region of the fixed plate 13, and the moving member 11 includes two sliders 112 disposed on the fixed plate 13 and respectively located at two sides of the connecting valve 2, and two guide rails 111 disposed at corresponding positions on the moving plate 12. The connecting valve 2 is arranged in the middle area of the fixing plate 13 and moves on the two guide rails 111 through the two sliding blocks 112 on the two sides of the connecting valve 2, so that the stress distribution of the fixing plate 13 is symmetrical, the consistency of the moving process is ensured, the inclination phenomenon is avoided, the fixing plate 13 and the connecting valve 2 are more stable in the moving process, and the accuracy, the sealing performance and the connectivity of liquid cooling connection are ensured.
The mounting seat 1 is provided with a positioning component 14, and the connecting valve 2 and the battery pack or the bottom of the electric automobile are positioned through the positioning component 14. When the connecting valve 2 is connected with the liquid supply device or the liquid cooling pipeline, the positioning component 14 is used for positioning, so that the connection accuracy is ensured, and the connection efficiency is improved. Specifically, the specific structural form of the positioning component 14 may be two positioning holes respectively disposed at two sides of the connection valve 2, and the specific structural form of the positioning component 14 may also be two positioning columns respectively disposed at two sides of the connection valve 2; other positioning structures can be adopted, and the positioning requirement can be met.
The mounting seat 1 further comprises a fixed seat 15 formed with a cavity 151, the movable plate 12 is arranged in the cavity 151 in a floating mode, and the positioning component 14 is positioned through the floating action of the movable plate 12 in the battery pack mounting process. The connecting valve 2 is fixedly arranged on the fixed plate 13, and the fixed plate 13 and the connecting valve 2 are driven to move together by the movement of the moving plate 12 in the cavity 151, so that the positioning part 14 on the mounting seat 1 can be quickly and accurately positioned in the process of mounting the battery pack, and the connecting efficiency of the connecting valve 2 is improved; meanwhile, the movement amount of the connecting valve 2 can be further increased, the stability of connection of the connecting valve 2 with the liquid supply device and the liquid cooling pipeline is ensured, and the installation stability of the liquid cooling connecting device convenient to lock is improved.
The mounting base 1 further comprises a plurality of elastic members 16, and the plurality of elastic members 16 are respectively connected with the end angle positions of the corresponding fixed bases 15 through the end angle positions of the moving plate 12. The movable plate 12 can move in the fixed seat 15 by connecting the plurality of elastic pieces 16 with the end angle position of the movable plate 12 respectively, and meanwhile, the plurality of elastic pieces 16 act on the periphery of the movable plate 12 respectively, so that the movement and resilience of the movable plate 12 are guaranteed, and the stability of the liquid cooling connecting device convenient for locking is improved. Wherein, the elastic member 16 is a tension spring. High stability, simple structure and low cost.
The fixing base 15 further includes a cover plate 152 disposed on the opening side of the cavity 151 and penetrated by the connection valve 2, and a sealing sleeve 153 sealed between the cover plate 152 and the pipe wall of the connection valve 2, wherein the sealing sleeve 153 has a preset expansion space. The seal cover 153 plays a sealing role, an opening between the pipe walls of the cover plate 152 and the connecting valve 2 is sealed through the seal cover 153, external dust, water vapor, impurities and the like are effectively prevented from entering the cavity 151, and the installation stability of the liquid cooling connecting device convenient to lock is greatly improved. Meanwhile, the sealing sleeve 153 has a preset telescopic space, so that the sealing sleeve 153 can also stretch in the moving process of the connecting valve 2, thereby ensuring the sealing effect. Preferably, the sealing sleeve 153 has corrugations. The sealing sleeve 153 has elasticity and can stretch and retract through the corrugated part, and is convenient to process and manufacture and low in cost.

the connecting valve is fixed on the mounting seat, one end of the connecting valve is connected with the liquid supply device, the other end of the connecting valve is used for being connected with the liquid cooling pipeline, an openable and closable circulation channel is formed inside the connecting valve, and the circulation direction of the circulation channel is perpendicular to the plane direction of the length direction of the automobile body of the electric automobile or is used for realizing the communication between the liquid supply device and the liquid cooling pipeline after the battery pack is mounted to the electric automobile from bottom to top;
the mounting seat is provided with a moving part, and the moving part drives the connecting valve to move synchronously when the lock shaft of the battery pack moves horizontally along the L-shaped lock groove at the bottom of the electric automobile;
the mounting seat comprises a moving plate, and the moving part is arranged on the moving plate to realize the moving connection of the connecting valve relative to the moving plate.

4. The liquid-cooled connector apparatus for facilitating latching of claim 1, wherein said mounting base is provided with a positioning member, and said connecting valve is positioned with said battery pack or said bottom of said electric vehicle by said positioning member.

The liquid-cooled connector apparatus for facilitating latching of claim 4, wherein said mounting base further comprises a mounting base defining a cavity, said movable plate being floatably positionable within said cavity, said positioning member being positioned by floating action of said movable plate during installation of the battery pack.
6. The liquid cooling connection apparatus for facilitating latching of claim 5, wherein the mounting base further comprises a plurality of resilient members, each of the plurality of resilient members being connected to a corresponding one of the plurality of fixed base end corner positions by an end corner position of the moving plate.
7. The fluid-cooled connector apparatus for facilitating latching of claim 6, wherein said resilient member is a tension spring.
8. The liquid-cooled connector convenient for locking as recited in claim 5, wherein the holder further comprises a cover plate disposed on the open side of the cavity and penetrated by the connection valve, and a sealing sleeve sealed between the cover plate and the tube wall of the connection valve, the sealing sleeve having a predetermined expansion space.
9. The fluid-cooled connector apparatus for facilitating latching of claim 8, wherein said sealing boot has corrugations.
10. A battery pack comprising a latching-facilitating liquid-cooled connection as claimed in any of claims 1 to 9.
11. An electric vehicle comprising a latching-facilitating liquid-cooled connection as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
