Abstract
The invention discloses a vehicle-end electric connector for horizontal butt joint and an electric vehicle, and belongs to the field of electric vehicle battery replacement. A vehicle end electrical connector for horizontal mating, comprising: the vehicle-end electric connector for horizontal butt joint is installed in a battery accommodating cavity of an electric vehicle through the fixed side, and the battery accommodating cavity is formed by upwards sinking from the bottom of the electric vehicle; and the conductive input side is arranged at the top of the battery accommodating cavity and is connected with the battery end electric connector in the horizontal direction. According to the invention, the battery end electric connector and the vehicle end electric connector for horizontal butt joint are arranged between the battery pack and the battery accommodating cavity of the electric vehicle, so that the battery pack is not easily influenced by the external environment when the battery pack and the battery accommodating cavity are electrically connected, and the battery pack can stably provide power for the electric vehicle.

Technical Field

Background
At present, two modes of charging and battery replacement are mainly used for acquiring energy of the electric automobile. Due to the battery replacement mode, the electric energy can be rapidly supplied, the waiting time of customers is reduced, and the utilization rate of the battery replacement station is improved. In addition, the battery can be charged in a centralized manner at night, and peak shaving energy storage of the power load is realized. Meanwhile, the comprehensive utilization efficiency of the power equipment is improved, the service life of the battery is prolonged, and the method has high popularization value and economic significance.
In the battery-replaceable electric automobile, a battery end electric connector and a vehicle end electric connector which are matched with each other to realize electric connection are respectively arranged on the quick-change battery pack and the electric automobile, the existing battery end electric connector and the vehicle end electric connector for horizontal butt joint are electrically connected at the end part of the quick-change battery pack, in the running process of the electric automobile, the battery end electric connector and the automobile end electric connector for horizontal butt joint are often damaged due to external environment, and the battery end electric connector and the vehicle end electric connector for horizontal butt joint are electrically connected at the end part of the quick-change battery pack, so that the quick-change battery pack is close to the bottom of the vehicle, therefore, the requirements on the tightness of the battery end electric connector and the vehicle end electric connector for horizontal butt joint are high, otherwise, the battery end electric connector and the vehicle end electric connector for horizontal butt joint are easy to be immersed in water to cause accidents once the vehicle wades.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be more clearly and completely described below by way of examples and with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
Example 1
The embodiment provides a vehicle-end electric connector for horizontal direction butt joint.
As shown in fig. 1, the vehicle-end electrical connector 22 for horizontal docking includes a fixed side 221 and a conductive input side 222. The vehicle-end electrical connector 22 for horizontal docking is mounted into a battery receiving cavity of an electric vehicle (not shown in the figure) through a fixing side 221, the battery receiving cavity being formed by upwardly recessing from the bottom of the electric vehicle; the conductive input side 222 is disposed at the top of the battery receiving cavity and is configured to be connected in a horizontal orientation by the battery terminal electrical connector 12 (shown in fig. 2).
In this embodiment, the fixed side 221 and the conductive input side 222 are disposed non-parallel; alternatively, the fixed side 221 is disposed perpendicular to the conductive input side 222. Specifically, the positional relationship between the fixed side 221 and the conductive input side 222 is preferably a horizontal projection plane of the conductive input side 222 perpendicular to the top surface when the fixed side 221 is connected to the top surface of the battery receiving cavity.
As shown in fig. 1, the vehicle-end electrical connector 22 for horizontal docking in this embodiment specifically includes a mounting seat body 220, and two adjacent sides of the mounting seat body 220 are a fixed side 221 and a conductive input side 222, respectively. In this embodiment, the floating between the floating mount 2202 and the fixed mount 2201 ensures that the vehicle-end electrical connector 22 and the battery-end electrical connector 12 for horizontal docking are always electrically connected stably during the traveling of the electric vehicle.
In order to better realize the floating between the floating mount 2202 and the fixed mount 2201, the two are further provided with elastic connectors, and two ends of each elastic connector are respectively connected with the floating mount 2202 and the fixed mount 2201.

Preferably, the vehicle-end electrical connector 22 for horizontal docking further includes a second pole mounting seat 225, and the second conductive pole 224 is disposed through the second pole mounting seat 225; the floating mount 2202 has an accommodating cavity, and the second pole mount 225 is fixedly disposed in the accommodating cavity.
In this embodiment, the high-voltage pole assembly and the low-voltage pole assembly in the second conductive pole 224 are respectively used to realize the connection between high voltage and low voltage, and since the second conductive pole 224 is made of conductive material as a whole, the second pole mounting seat 225 is usually made of insulating material to prevent mutual interference.
In this embodiment, the floating mount 2202 floats relative to the fixed mount 2201 in the axial direction and/or the radial direction of the second conductive electrode column 224, so as to ensure that the vehicle-end electrical connector 22 and the battery-end electrical connector 12 for horizontal docking can be electrically connected stably at all times during the driving of the vehicle.
As shown in fig. 1, the floating mount 2202 of the present embodiment is further provided with a second positioning member 226, the second positioning member 226 is located outside the accommodation cavity, and the second positioning member 226 is exposed to the surface of the conductive input side 222 of the floating mount 2202. Since floating mount 2202 is relatively floating with respect to fixed mount 2201, and second conductive electrode post 224 is attached to floating mount 2202, it is preferable that the second conductive output terminal of second conductive electrode post 224 and conductive connection side 223 be electrically connected by a flexible connector to ensure that the connector between the second conductive output terminals of second conductive electrode post 224 is not torn during floating of floating mount 2202.
Specifically, the flexible connecting element in this embodiment includes a hollow connecting cavity, and two conductive connecting ends are connected to the connecting cavity and respectively connected to the second conductive output end and the conductive connecting side 223 of the second conductive electrode column 224; the two conductive connecting ends extend along the opposite directions, or the two conductive connecting ends are intersected at a preset angle in the extending direction; preferably, the predetermined angle is 90 °.

By providing the seal ring 2203, the vehicle-end electrical connector 22 for horizontal mating and the battery-end electrical connector 12 are ensured to be sealed when electrically connected.
In this embodiment, the vehicle-end electrical connector 22 for horizontal docking is mounted on the top wall of the battery accommodating cavity, and the conductive input side 222 (shown in fig. 4) is kept facing the end of the battery pack 1 (shown in fig. 3) to be used with the battery-end electrical connector 12 whose conductive output side 122 is perpendicular to the horizontal projection plane of the top surface of the battery pack 1 (usually, the conductive output side 122 faces the front end direction or the rear end direction of the battery pack 1), so as to ensure that the conductive input side 222 of the vehicle-end electrical connector 22 for horizontal docking is not easily affected by the external environment. For example, when the electric vehicle is driven, the conductive input side 222 is not easily damaged by a bump, or when the electric vehicle is waded into water, the conductive input side 222 is not easily damaged by water immersion, so that stable connection with the battery-side electrical connector 12 is ensured, and power is stably supplied to the electric vehicle.
Example 2

9. The vehicle-end electrical connector for horizontal docking according to claim 8, wherein the vehicle-end electrical connector for horizontal docking further comprises a conductive connection side for making electrical connection with the electric vehicle;
the conductive connection side and the fixing side are located on the same side or different sides.
10. The vehicle end electrical connector for horizontal docking of claim 9, wherein the second conductive output end of the second conductive electrode pillar is electrically connected to the conductive connection side by a flexible connection member.
11. The vehicle end electrical connector for horizontal docking as claimed in claim 4, wherein said mounting block body further comprises a sealing ring, said sealing ring having a skirt;
the sealing ring is coated at the joint of the floating installation seat and the fixed installation seat and is respectively connected with the fixed installation seat and the floating installation seat;
a ring of said skirt extending in a direction perpendicular to the surface of said conductive input side; the skirt is used for coating the conductive output side of the battery end electric connector to form a sealed space between the conductive output side and the conductive input side when the vehicle end electric connector for horizontal butt joint is electrically connected with the battery end electric connector.
12. The vehicle-end electric connector for horizontal butt joint according to claim 4, wherein an elastic connecting piece is further arranged between the floating installation seat and the fixed installation seat, and two ends of the elastic connecting piece are respectively connected with the floating installation seat and the fixed installation seat.
13. The vehicle-end electrical connector for horizontal docking according to claim 10, wherein the flexible connector comprises a hollow connecting cavity, and two conductive connecting ends are connected to the connecting cavity and respectively connected to the second conductive output end and the conductive connecting side of the second conductive pole;
two the electrically conductive link extends along the direction of carrying on the back mutually, perhaps, two the electrically conductive link is the crossing of predetermineeing the angle in the extending direction.
14. The vehicle end electrical connector for horizontal mating as claimed in claim 13, wherein the predetermined angle is 90 °.
