When the battery pack 6000 is installed on the electric automobile, the liquid cooling connecting device at the horizontal butt joint type battery end is communicated with a liquid supply device which is used for providing cooling liquid on the electric automobile, so that the cooling liquid is introduced into a liquid cooling pipeline in the battery pack 6000, heat exchange is carried out on the battery module in the charging and discharging process in the battery pack 6000, and a proper working temperature environment is provided for the battery pack 6000. Here, the liquid supply device on the electric vehicle is connected through a liquid cooling pipe to a second liquid cooling connection 5200 or a first liquid cooling connection 5100 that mates with the horizontal docking battery-side liquid cooling connection on the battery pack 6000. That is, the first liquid-cooled connecting device 5100 or the second liquid-cooled connecting device 5200 is connected between the battery pack 6000 and the electric vehicle, respectively, and the first liquid-cooled connecting device and the second liquid-cooled connecting device can be arranged interchangeably.

Here, the battery pack 6000 is detachably attached to the bottom of the electric vehicle by a locking device including a locking mechanism having an L-shaped locking groove and a plurality of locking shafts provided at both sides of the battery pack 6000. The battery pack 6000 is lifted in place by the bottom of the electric automobile and further moves along the length direction of the automobile body of the electric automobile, namely moves vertically and horizontally along the direction of the L-shaped locking groove until the battery pack 6000 is successfully locked when a locking shaft on the battery pack 6000 is matched with the locking groove of the locking mechanism. When the battery pack 6000 is vertically lifted in place, the liquid cooling connecting device at the horizontal butt joint type battery end is just aligned with the liquid supply device of the electric automobile, and along with the horizontal movement of the battery pack 6000, the connecting device of the liquid cooling pipeline of the liquid supply device of the electric automobile is communicated with the connecting valve on the battery pack 6000 and the flow passage of the connecting valve is opened.
According to the battery pack 6000 of this embodiment 2, in the process of installing the battery pack 6000 at the bottom of the electric vehicle, after the battery pack 6000 is vertically lifted in place, along with the continuous horizontal movement of the battery pack 6000, the liquid cooling connecting device on the liquid supply device of the electric vehicle and the connecting valve of the battery pack 6000 are gradually abutted to the sealing connection from the initial contact state and open the circulation passage, so that the sealing communication of the liquid cooling pipeline can be realized while the installation of the battery pack 6000 is realized, and the installation and connection process is simple and efficient.
According to the scheme of this embodiment 2, the installation seat is fixed relative to the battery pack 6000 in a vertical manner, and the flow direction of the flow channel of the connection valve is vertically arranged with the installation seat, that is, the flow direction of the flow channel of the connection valve is parallel to the horizontal direction of the battery pack 6000, so that the liquid cooling connection device and the liquid cooling pipeline of the electric vehicle can be quickly and hermetically communicated while the battery pack 6000 is lifted to the right position.
In another embodiment, the battery pack 6000 has all the features of the above embodiments, and further includes: the number of the liquid cooling connecting devices at the horizontal butt joint type battery ends is two, wherein one of the liquid cooling connecting devices is used as an input part of cooling liquid, and the other liquid cooling connecting device is used as an output part of the cooling liquid. The arrangement mode of the liquid cooling pipeline in the battery pack 6000 is more flexible by separately arranging the input part and the output part of the liquid cooling connecting device. Preferably, the two horizontal butt-joint type battery end liquid-cooling connecting devices are respectively arranged at two opposite ends of the battery pack 6000. The input part and the output part of the liquid cooling connecting device are arranged at the two ends of the battery pack 6000, so that the layout of liquid cooling pipelines in the battery pack 6000 can be optimized, the occupied space of the liquid cooling pipelines is reduced, and the heat exchange efficiency is improved.
