Meanwhile, the side surface of the hanging seat 91 is adopted for hanging, the hanging piece 83 and the hanging seat 91 are in clearance fit, fault tolerance is good, flexibility is good, a certain activity amount of the battery pack 8 is allowed in the installation part, and excessive positioning between the battery pack 8 and an electric automobile is avoided, so that the interaction force is large.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 8-11, fig. 8 is a schematic view of a battery pack mounting portion 9 of the battery pack 8 mounted on the bottom of an electric vehicle, and this embodiment provides a battery pack mounting portion 9 for mounting the battery pack 8 in embodiment 1, which is disposed on the bottom of the electric vehicle, and a hanging seat 91 is disposed on the battery pack mounting portion 9, and cooperates with a hanging member 83 to hang the battery pack 8 on the electric vehicle along the horizontal direction.
In the present embodiment, the side portion 911 of the hanging seat 91 has a side opening 9111 into which the hanging piece 83 enters, and a hanging slot 912 extending inward from the side opening 9111 in the horizontal direction, and the hanging piece 83 moves in the vertical direction to a first position corresponding to the side opening 9111, from which it enters the hanging point in the hanging slot 912 in the horizontal direction. Side openings 9111 are provided to facilitate entry of the catch 83 into the catch seat 91 during horizontal movement of the battery pack 8.
In the present embodiment, the side portion 911 includes an upper side portion 9112 located above the opening 9131 and a lower side portion 9113 located below the opening 9131, the upper side portion 9112 is connected to the hanging groove top wall 9123 by an arc guide surface, and the lower side portion 9113 is connected to the hanging groove bottom wall 9121 by an arc guide surface. The hooking portion 832 is guided into the hooking groove 912 by the guide surface. The lower portion 9113 is disposed obliquely with respect to the bottom of the hooking seat 91 for guiding the hooking element 83 to a first position corresponding to the side opening 9111.
In the present embodiment, the hanging member 83 has a connection portion 831 and a hanging portion 832, the hanging portion 832 is disposed on top of the connection portion 831, and the hanging member 83 is hung on a hanging point on the hanging groove bottom wall 9121 through the hanging portion 832. The hooking groove 912 is in clearance fit with the hooking portion 832, and when the hooking portion 832 is hooked to the hooking point on the hooking groove bottom wall 9121, the clearance between the hooking portion 832 and the hooking groove top wall 9123 is greater than 0 and less than 0.1mm. The hooking groove 912 also includes a side wall 9122 between the bottom wall 9121 and the top wall 9123, and when the hooking portion 832 is hooked to a hooking point on the hooking groove bottom wall 9121, the gap between the hooking portion 832 and the hooking groove side wall 9122 is greater than 2mm. The hooking recess 912 also includes a sidewall 9122 positioned between the bottom wall 9121 and the top wall 9123, the sidewall 9122 being an arcuate sidewall 9122, the top of the arcuate sidewall 9122 being tangential to the top wall 9123, and the bottom of the arcuate sidewall 9122 being tangential to the bottom wall 9121. The side wall 9122 of the hooking recess 912 is shaped to mate with a cylindrical hooking rod. The hooking seat 91 has a receiving groove 913 communicating with the hooking groove 912, and the connecting portion 831 is partially received in the receiving groove 913 when the hooking portion 832 is positioned at the hooking point in the hooking groove 912. When the hooking portion 832 is hooked to the hooking point in the hooking groove 912, the gap between the connecting portion 831 and the receiving groove 913 is greater than 2mm. The second hanging member is in clearance fit with the hanging seat 91, so that the hanging member 83 can conveniently enter the hanging seat 91. The receiving groove opening has a guide surface for guiding the connecting portion 831 into the receiving groove 913.
In the present embodiment, the top of the hanging seat 91 is provided with a mounting hole 914 for mounting the hanging seat 91 to the bottom of the electric automobile.
In this embodiment, the battery pack mounting portion 9 for horizontally mounting the battery pack further includes a quick-change bracket 92, the quick-change bracket 92 is provided with a locking mechanism 93, the locking mechanism 93 has a second opening slot extending in the vertical direction and a second locking slot extending in the horizontal direction, the second locking slot is used for inserting and locking a lock shaft on the battery pack 8, the second opening slot is communicated with the second locking slot, the lock shaft enters the second locking slot from the second opening slot in the vertical direction, the lock shaft moves to a locking position in the second locking slot, and the hitching portion 832 reaches a hitching point in the hitching slot 912. The quick-change bracket 92 is annular or double-sided bar-shaped. The hanging seat 91 is provided at an intermediate position on the side of the quick-change bracket 92 provided with a locking mechanism 93 at the bottom. The locking mechanism in this embodiment is described by taking the locking device in CN106427514a as an example, but the locking mechanism of the present invention is not limited to the specific structure in the above prior art, and is also applicable to other locking mechanisms with a bottom power conversion mode.
In other embodiments, the battery pack mounting portion further includes a bolt locking mechanism 93 and a bead expansion locking mechanism 93 for locking the battery pack 8 to the electric vehicle, and the bolt locking mechanism 93 and the bead expansion locking mechanism 93 are used for locking the first locking member and the second locking member, respectively.
In the present embodiment, the battery pack mounting portion 9 further includes a vehicle-end electrical connector 94 provided at the bottom of the electric vehicle.

In other embodiments, the battery pack mounting portion 9 further includes a liquid cooling pipe connection device provided at the bottom of the electric vehicle.
Example 3
Fig. 12-14 show a schematic view of a battery pack mounting portion for horizontally mounting a battery pack on the bottom of an electric vehicle, where fig. 12 shows a battery pack mounting portion for mounting a battery pack on the bottom of an electric vehicle, and the battery pack mounting portion is provided with a hanging seat 1 for cooperating with a hanging member 2 on the battery pack to hang the battery pack on the electric vehicle in a horizontal direction.
In this embodiment, the hanging seat 1 includes a mounting portion 11 and a hanging portion 12, the mounting portion 11 is provided with a mounting hole 13, and the mounting hole 13 is used for mounting a fastener on a vertical beam at the bottom of the electric automobile along a horizontal direction. The mounting portion 11 is connected to a vertical beam at the bottom of the electric car so that the side surface of the mounting portion 11 can be matched with the car floor, and the mounting portion 11 can change its shape according to the shape of the floor. The hitching part 12 is connected to the bottom end of the mounting part 11 and is used for being matched with the hitching piece 2 on the battery pack, so that the battery pack can be connected to a vertical beam at the bottom of the electric automobile through the hitching seat 1, and the mounting space is saved.
In this embodiment, the mounting portion 11 is vertically disposed on the surface of the hooking portion 12, and the connection area between the mounting portion 11 and the hooking portion 12 is large, so that the connection is more stable.
In other embodiments, the extending direction of the mounting portion 11 and the extending direction of the hooking portion 12 may be at an angle.
In this embodiment, the reinforcing plate 14 is further disposed between the mounting portion 11 and the hooking portion 12, so that the connection strength between the mounting portion 11 and the hooking portion 12 is improved, and the connection stability is improved. The number of the reinforcing plates 14 is two, and the two reinforcing plates 14 are symmetrically disposed at both ends of the mounting portion 11.
In the present embodiment, the hooking portion 12 includes a first hooking portion 121 and an extension portion 122 located at a lower side of the first hooking portion 121, and the extension portion 122 protrudes downward from a bottom surface of the first hooking portion 121. The above form also forms the extension 122 protruding downward, and the bottom surface of the first hooking portion 121 is higher than the bottom surface of the extension 122. With the above-described structure, the strength and stability of the hitching section 12 are improved.
In other embodiments, the top surface of the first hooking portion 121 may also be higher than the top surface of the extension portion 122.
As shown in fig. 13 to 14, the hooking member 2 includes a connection portion 21 and a second hooking portion 22, the second hooking portion 22 is provided at one end of the connection portion 21, the other end of the connection portion 21 is used to connect the battery pack, when the hooking member 2 moves to the first position in the vertical direction, the second hooking portion 22 is located above the first opening groove 151, and the connection portion 21 is aligned with the entrance of the hooking groove 15.
When the hooking member 2 moves to the hooking point, the second hooking portions 22 are hooked on the supporting portions at both sides of the hooking groove 15.
In the present embodiment, the hooking groove 15 is provided in the first hooking portion 121 to connect the hooking member 2 with the first hooking portion 121.
In other embodiments, the hooking recess 15 may be provided in the extension 122.
In other embodiments, the hooking groove 15 may be provided in the first hooking portion 121 and the extension portion 122.
The number of the hanging seats 1 is multiple, and the hanging seats 1 are arranged on the bottom plate of the electric automobile, so that the connection of the connection bags is more stable.
Example 4
As shown in fig. 15, in the present embodiment, the hanging seat 1 has a hanging slot 15, an inlet of the hanging slot 15 is provided at the bottom of the hanging seat 1, and the hanging piece 2 on the battery pack passes through the inlet of the hanging slot 15 and moves to a hanging point in the hanging slot 15, so that the battery pack is fixedly connected to the electric automobile. By adopting the structure, the connection can be realized by utilizing the hanging groove 15 opened on the hanging seat 1, and the device has the characteristics of small occupied space, simple structure and convenient processing.
In other embodiments, the hanging seat 1 and the hanging piece 2 are matched with each other in any mode of screwing, clamping, buckling, inserting, hooking and joggling to realize hanging of the battery pack.
In this embodiment, the entrance of the hooking groove 15 includes a first opening groove 151 and a first locking groove 152 which are communicated with each other, the hooking member 2 extends into the hooking groove 15 through the first opening groove 151, and the hooking member 2 moves from the first opening groove 151 to a first position corresponding to the first locking groove 152, and moves from the first position to the hooking point along the first locking groove 152. The arrangement of the first opening groove 151 facilitates the battery pack to enter the hanging seat 1. The battery pack is connected with the bottom of the electric automobile in a hanging mode in the vertical direction, on one hand, the connection point between the battery pack and the electric automobile is increased, the installation stability is improved, on the other hand, the movement of the battery pack relative to the electric automobile in the vertical direction is limited, and the shock resistance of the battery pack in the running process of the electric automobile is improved. In particular from the middle region of the two-sided or four-sided locking position.
In the present embodiment, the extending direction of the first opening groove 151 and the first locking groove 152 is not parallel, and the hooking member 2 can be brought into the hooking groove 15 from the first opening groove 151.
In this embodiment, the first opening groove 151 is perpendicular to the extending direction of the hooking groove 15, so that the hooking member 2 can conveniently enter the hooking groove 15 from the first opening groove 151.

In this embodiment, the bottom of the hanging seat 1 is provided with an avoidance port 18, the avoidance port 18 is communicated with the inlet of the hanging groove 15, and is disposed on two sides of the first open groove 151 opposite to the first locking groove 152. The avoiding opening 18 can enable the hanging piece 2 to enter the hanging groove 15 more conveniently without obstruction.
In this embodiment, the cross section between the first opening groove 151 and the first locking groove 152 is in a shape of a T or a cross, so that the two ends of the hanging piece 2 are stressed uniformly and stably.
In this embodiment, the top of the hanging seat 1 has a top opening 17, and the top opening 17 is communicated with the entrance of the hanging groove 15. Through the top opening 17, the connecting piece 2 is propped against the electric automobile to limit the height direction of the connecting piece 2, and the connecting piece 2 can move in the top opening 17 and also limit the connecting piece 2.
In this embodiment, the top opening 17 is larger than the entrance of the hooking groove 15 and penetrates through to the surface of the hooking portion 12, so that the accommodating groove 15 has an avoidance effect, and the hooking of the hooking member 2 into the hooking groove 15 is ensured without interference.
The extension portion 122 protrudes upward from the top surface of the first hooking portion 121. An upwardly protruding extension 122 is formed, and the top surface of the extension 122 is higher than the top surface of the first hooking portion 121. With the above-described structure, the strength and stability of the hitching section 12 are improved.
In other embodiments, the bottom surface of the first hooking portion 121 is lower than the bottom surface of the extension portion 122.
Example 5
As shown in fig. 16, in this embodiment, the hooking portion 12 is connected to the top end of the mounting portion 11 and is used to cooperate with the hooking member 2 on the battery pack, so that the battery pack can be connected to the vertical beam at the bottom of the electric vehicle through the hooking seat 1, thereby saving the installation space.
Of course, in other embodiments, the hooking portion 12 may be connected to a middle area of one side of the mounting portion 11, so that the other side of the mounting portion 11 is used to connect with the bottom of the electric vehicle.
The top surface of the extension 122 is higher than the top surface of the first hooking portion 121. That is, the extension 122 protrudes upward from the top surface of the first hooking portion 121, forming an upward protruding extension 122.
In other embodiments, the top surface of the first hooking portion 121 is flush with the top surface of the extension 122. That is, the first hooking portion 121 protrudes downward from the top surface of the extension portion 122, forming a downwardly protruding extension portion 122.
In this embodiment, the top surface of the extension portion 122 may have an extension portion mounting hole, so that the extension portion 122 may be connected with an electric vehicle, thereby further improving the stability of connection.
Example 6
In this embodiment, the battery pack mounting portion further includes a locking mechanism for locking the battery pack to the electric vehicle in cooperation with a locking shaft on the battery pack side wall portion. The locking mechanism is provided with a second open slot extending along the vertical direction and a second locking slot extending along the horizontal direction, the second open slot is communicated with the second locking slot, when the lock shaft reaches the junction position of the second open slot and the second locking slot from the second open slot along the vertical direction, the hanging piece moves to the first position along the vertical direction, and when the lock shaft moves to the locking position in the second locking slot, the hanging piece moves to a hanging point in the hanging seat along the hanging slot. The hanging seat 1 is arranged at the middle position of the quick-change bracket side of which the bottom is provided with a locking mechanism, so that the connection between the hanging seat and the quick-change bracket side of the locking mechanism is more stable. The locking mechanism in this embodiment is described by taking the locking device in CN106427514a as an example, but the locking mechanism of the present invention is not limited to the specific structure in the above prior art, and is also applicable to other locking mechanisms with a bottom power conversion mode.
In other embodiments, the hanging seat and the hanging piece are matched with each other in any one mode of threaded connection, clamping connection, buckling connection, plugging connection, hooking connection and joggling connection to realize hanging connection of the battery pack.
In other embodiments, the battery pack mounting portion further includes a bolt locking mechanism or a bead-expanding locking mechanism for locking the battery pack to the electric vehicle, for locking the first locking member and the second locking member, respectively.
In this embodiment, the battery pack mounting portion further includes a vehicle-end electrical connector provided at the bottom of the electric vehicle.
In other embodiments, the battery pack mounting portion includes a battery end electrical connector disposed at the bottom of the electric vehicle.
In other embodiments, the battery pack mounting portion further includes a liquid-cooled connection device disposed at the bottom of the electric vehicle.

Claims (22)

1. the battery pack is provided with an upper cover and a lower box body, a battery module is arranged between the upper cover and the lower box body, and a hanging piece is arranged on the upper cover and used for moving to a position corresponding to a hanging seat at the bottom of the electric automobile along the vertical direction and moving into the hanging seat along the horizontal direction so that the battery pack is hung in the hanging seat on the electric automobile;
the hanging seat comprises a mounting part and a hanging part, wherein a mounting hole is formed in the mounting part and is used for mounting a fastener on a vertical beam at the bottom of the electric automobile along the horizontal direction;
The battery pack is fixedly connected to the electric automobile through the hanging connection point which is arranged in the hanging connection groove;
The hanging groove inlet comprises a first open groove and a first locking groove which are communicated with each other, the hanging piece stretches into the hanging groove through the first open groove, and moves from the first open groove to a first position corresponding to the first locking groove, and moves from the first position along the first locking groove to the hanging point.
2. The battery pack mounting portion according to claim 1, wherein the mounting portion is provided perpendicularly to a surface of the hitching section.

5. The battery pack mounting portion according to claim 1, wherein the first open groove is perpendicular to an extending direction of the first locking groove.
6. The battery pack mounting portion of claim 1 wherein said hanger has a support portion, said hanger being attached to said support portion after reaching said attachment point.

The battery pack mounting portion according to claim 1, wherein an avoidance port is provided at the bottom of the hanging seat, the avoidance port is communicated with the inlet of the hanging groove, and the avoidance port and the first locking groove are provided on both sides of the first opening groove.
8. The battery pack mounting portion according to claim 1, wherein a cross section between the first open groove and the first locking groove is in a "T" or "cross" shape.
9. The battery pack mounting portion of claim 1 wherein the top of the cradle has a top opening that communicates with the cradle inlet.
10. The battery pack mounting portion of claim 9 wherein said top opening is larger than said hooking recess entrance and extends through to a surface of said hooking portion.

The battery pack mounting portion of claim 1 wherein the hooking portion comprises a first hooking portion and an extension portion located on at least one side of the first hooking portion, the extension portion protruding downward from a bottom surface of the first hooking portion; and/or, the extension portion protrudes upwards from the top surface of the first hooking portion.
12. The battery pack mounting portion of claim 11 wherein a top surface of said first hooking portion is flush with a top surface of said extension portion; and/or, the bottom surface of the first hooking portion is lower than the bottom surface of the extension portion.
13. The battery pack mounting portion of claim 11 wherein a top surface of said first hooking portion is higher than a top surface of said extension portion.
14. The battery pack mounting portion of claim 11 wherein said hooking recess is provided in said first hooking portion and/or extension.
15. The battery pack mounting portion according to claim 1, further comprising a quick-change bracket provided with a locking mechanism having a second opening groove extending in a vertical direction and a second locking groove extending in a horizontal direction, the second locking groove being for insertion locking of a lock shaft on the battery pack, the second opening groove being in communication with the second locking groove, the lock shaft coming into the second locking groove when reaching a position of engagement of the second opening groove with the second locking groove from the second opening groove in the vertical direction, the hooking member moving in the vertical direction to the first position, and/or the lock shaft moving in the second locking groove to the locking position, the hooking member reaching a hooking point moving in the hooking seat along the inside of the hooking groove.
16. The battery pack mounting portion of claim 15 wherein said quick-change bracket is annular or double sided bar-shaped.
17. The battery pack mounting portion according to claim 15, wherein the hooking seat is provided at a middle position of a quick-change bracket side provided with a locking mechanism at a bottom thereof.
18. The battery pack mounting portion of claim 15, further comprising a bolt locking mechanism and a bead-expanding locking mechanism for locking the battery pack to the electric vehicle.
19. The battery pack mounting portion of any one of claims 1-18, wherein said battery pack mounting portion further comprises a car-end electrical connector; and/or the battery pack further comprises a liquid cooling connection device.
20. The battery pack mounting portion of claim 19 wherein said vehicle end electrical connector, liquid cooled conduit connection means are provided on the bottom of said electric vehicle.
21. The battery pack mounting portion according to claim 1, wherein the number of the hanging seats is plural, and the plural hanging seats are provided on a floor panel of the electric vehicle.
22. An electric vehicle characterized by comprising the battery pack mounting portion according to any one of claims 1 to 21.
