一种显示基板、制作方法和显示装置。显示基板中的扫描驱动电路(Y1)中的至少一个移位寄存器单元包括输出电路(O1),输出电路(O1)包括输出晶体管(T10)和输出复位晶体管(T9);输出晶体管(T10)的有源层在第一方向上的长度为第一长度,输出复位晶体管(T9)的有源层在第一方向上的长度为第二长度,第一长度和第二长度的和值为输出有源长度(L1);输出晶体管(T10)的有源层沿第二方向上的最小宽度、输出复位晶体管(T9)的有源层沿第二方向上的最小宽度中的较小者为第一输出有源宽度(W1);第一方向与第二方向相交;输出有源长度(L1)和第一输出有源宽度(W1)的比值在第一预定比值范围内;第一预定比值范围为大于或等于3而小于或等于11。
