技术领域
本发明涉及弹性纤维用处理剂和被赋予了该处理剂的弹性纤维。
背景技术
对于弹性纤维用处理剂,通常使用硅油、矿物油以及酯油等液状成分作为基础成分(专利文献1)。特别是,在对单丝纤度小的细的弹性纤维品种进行纺纱时,为了抑制在供油时纱线卷绕于辊、喷嘴而发生断纱,使用以低粘度的液状成分为基础的油剂。但是,随着近来的纺纱工序的高速化,在以往的弹性纤维用处理剂中,供油时及之后的工序中的油剂飞散量显著化,从改善作业环境、降低处理剂的使用量的观点出发,期望抑制油剂飞散量。
另外,除了上述油剂飞散的问题之外,在进行高速化的加工工序中,存在以下的情况,由于伴随静电产生量增加的纱线摆动,而造成断纱及加工品的品质恶化的问题。特别是,在细孔品种中容易较大地受到静电的影响,因此,降低静电产生量的必要性高。

具体实施方式
本发明的弹性纤维用处理剂的特征在于,含有特定的硅酮化合物和平滑剂。以下进行详细说明。
[硅酮(A)]
硅酮(A)为选自聚醚烷基共改性硅酮(A1)及芳烷基改性硅酮(A2)中的至少一种。
[聚醚烷基共改性硅酮(A1)]
聚醚烷基共改性硅酮(A1)是本发明所必需的成分,通过与后述的平滑剂(B)并用,从而具有防止飞散的效果。
构成聚醚烷基共改性硅酮(A1)的烷基的碳原子数为4~30,优选为6~26,更优选为10~22。碳原子数为3以下时,防止飞散性下降,碳原子数超过30时,抗静电性下降。
从防止飞散性及抗静电性优异的观点考虑,聚醚烷基共改性硅酮(A1)在25℃下的运动粘度优选为5~10000mm2/s,更优选为20~8000mm2/s,进一步优选为50~5000mm2/s。
聚醚烷基共改性硅酮(A1)的重均分子量优选为1000~100000,更优选为2000~70000,进一步优选为3000~40000。若重均分子量小于1000,则抗静电性下降,若超过100000,则会导致摩擦特性的恶化,有时会降低布的质量等级。需要说明的是,重均分子量可以作为凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)分析中的聚苯乙烯换算的重均分子量而求出。
从防止飞散性及抗静电性优异的观点考虑,聚醚烷基共改性硅酮(A1)优选由上述通式(1)表示。
X1为由通式(2)表示的有机基团。
X2为碳原子数4~30的脂肪族烃基,从防止飞散效果的观点出发,优选碳原子数6~28,更优选碳原子数8~24,进一步优选碳原子数10~22。
X3为由通式(3)所示的有机基团。
X4为由通式(4)表示的有机基团。
a为0~1000的整数,从防止飞散效果的观点出发,优选为1~500,更优选为1~200。
b为1~1000的整数,从防止飞散效果的观点出发,优选为1~400,更优选为1~200,进一步优选为1~100。
c为1~1000的整数,从防止飞散效果的观点出发,优选为1~500,更优选为1~350,进一步优选为1~200。
d为0~1000的整数,从防止飞散效果的观点出发,优选为1~500的整数,更优选为1~350,进一步优选为1~200。
e为0~1000的整数,从防止飞散效果的观点出发,优选为1~500,更优选为1~350,进一步优选为1~200。
在通式(1)中,a、b、c、d和e的键合单元可以是无规的,也可以是嵌段的,键合顺序无关紧要。
通式(2)中,R1为氢原子、碳原子数1~30的烃基、或由R2-(CO)-所示的有机基团。从防止飞散的效果的观点出发,优选氢原子或碳原子数为1~20的烃基,更优选碳原子数为1~18,进一步优选碳原子数为1~16。
R2为碳原子数1~30的烃基。从防止飞散的效果的观点出发,优选碳原子数2~28的烃基,更优选碳原子数6~24的烃基,进一步优选碳原子数8~20的烃基。
通式(3)中,R3为碳原子数1~30的烷基、芳基、芳烷基、氟取代烷基、氨取代烷基、羧取代烷基等非取代或取代一元烃基、或上述通式(2)的有机基团。
i为1~5的整数,特别是在由乙烯硅烷氧基和SiH基的反应进行合成的情况下,i为2。
j为0~500的整数,从防止飞散效果的观点出发,优选为1~50。
通式(4)中,R4为碳原子数1~10的脂肪族烃基,从防止飞散效果的观点出发,优选碳原子数1~8,更优选碳原子数1~6,进一步优选碳原子数1~4。
R5为氢原子或碳原子数1~5的脂肪族烃基,从防止飞散效果的观点出发,优选氢原子或甲基。
〔芳烷基改性硅酮(A2)〕
芳烷基改性硅酮(A2)是分子内具有芳烷基的硅酮化合物,并且分子内没有聚醚改性基。即,是与上述改性硅酮(A1)不同的硅酮化合物。
芳烷基改性硅酮(A2)的重均分子量优选为1000~100000,更优选为2000~70000,进一步优选为3000~40000。若重均分子量小于1000,则抗静电性下降,若超过100000,则会导致摩擦特性变差,有时会降低布的质量等级。需要说明的是,重均分子量能够作为凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)分析中的聚苯乙烯换算的重均分子量而求出。
芳烷基改性硅酮(A2)在25℃下的运动粘度为5~10000mm2/s,在该范围外,防止飞散性和抗静电性差。通过与后述的平滑剂(B)并用,从而具有防止飞散的效果。
从防止飞散性及抗静电性优异的观点考虑,芳烷基改性硅酮(A2)在25℃下的运动粘度更优选为20~6000mm2/s,进一步优选为50~4000mm2/s。
从防止飞散性及抗静电性优异的观点出发,芳烷基改性硅酮(A2)优选由下述通式(11)表示。

〔平滑剂(B)〕
上述平滑剂(B)为选自硅油(B1)、矿物油(B2)、聚α烯烃(B3)和酯油(B4)中的至少一种。该平滑剂(B)是上述弹性纤维用处理剂所必需的成分,可降低纤维/金属间的摩擦。
硅油(B1)是除了聚醚烷基改性硅酮(A1)以及芳烷基改性硅酮(A2)以外的硅酮成分。

作为酯油(B4),只要是一元醇与一元羧酸的酯、一元醇与多元羧酸的酯、或多元醇与一元羧酸的酯,则没有特别限制,可以使用一种或两种以上。作为一元醇,可以使用后述的一元的脂肪族醇、芳香族醇、脂环式醇、酚类等。其中,优选一元的脂肪族醇、芳香族醇。
作为一元的脂肪族醇,没有特别限制,例如可以举出:辛醇、2-乙基己醇、1-壬醇、1-癸醇、十一烷醇、月桂醇、十三烷醇、异十三烷醇、肉豆蔻醇、十五烷醇、1-十六烷醇、棕榈油醇、1-十七醇、硬脂醇、油醇、异硬脂醇、十九烷醇、1-二十烷醇、山萮醇、1-二十四烷醇、瓢儿菜醇、二十四烷醇等。
作为芳香族醇,可以列举出:苯酚、苄醇等。
作为脂环式醇,可以列举出:环辛醇、环十二烷醇、环己醇、环庚酮、环戊醇、薄荷醇等。
作为一元羧酸,同样可以使用后述的一元的脂肪族羧酸、芳香族羧酸、羟基羧酸。其中,优选一元的脂肪族羧酸、芳香族羧酸。
作为上述一元羧酸,没有特别限制,例如可以列举出:戊酸、己酸、庚酸、辛酸、2-乙基己酸、癸酸、月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、十五烷酸、棕榈酸、棕榈油酸、十七烷酸、硬脂酸、油酸、异硬脂酸、异油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸、花生酸、山萮酸、二十四烷酸、鲸蜡酸、苯甲酸等。
作为多元羧酸,没有特别限制,例如可以举出:草酸、丙二酸、琥珀酸、戊二酸、己二酸、富马酸、邻苯二甲酸、偏苯三酸、均苯四甲酸、柠檬酸、异柠檬酸等。
作为多元醇,没有特别限制,例如可以列举出:乙二醇、二乙二醇、聚乙二醇、丙二醇、二丙二醇、聚丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、新戊二醇、1,5-戊二醇、3-甲基-1,5-戊二醇、1,6-己二醇、1,9-壬二醇、2-甲基-1,8-辛二醇、环己二醇、甘油、二甘油、三甘油、四甘油、山梨糖醇、三羟甲基丙烷、季戊四醇等。

〔其他成分(D)〕
从提高平滑性、退绕性、抗静电性以及改善筒子纱的卷绕形状的观点出发,本发明的弹性纤维用处理剂除了上述说明的各成分以外,还可以进一步含有选自改性硅酮(A1)及改性硅酮(A2)以外的改性硅酮、硅酮树脂、高级醇、多元醇、有机磷酸酯、有机胺、金属皂、有机聚硅氧烷树脂、非离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂中的至少一种其他成分。其他成分可以使用一种或两种以上。
上述改性硅酮一般是指,在二甲基硅酮(聚二甲基硅氧烷)等聚硅氧烷的两末端、一末端、侧链、侧链两末端中的至少一处键合有至少一个反应性(官能)基团或非反应性(官能)基团而成的结构。
更详细而言,上述改性硅酮可以列举:具有长链烷基(碳原子数6以上的烷基、2-苯基丙基等)的改性硅酮等烷基改性硅酮;具有酯键的改性硅酮即酯改性硅酮;具有聚氧亚烷基(例如,聚氧亚乙基、聚氧亚丙基、聚氧亚乙基氧亚丙基等)的改性硅酮即聚醚改性硅酮等;具有氨基丙基、N-(2-氨基乙基)氨基丙基等的改性硅酮即氨基改性硅酮;具有醇性羟基的改性硅酮即甲醇改性硅酮;具有缩水甘油基或脂环式环氧基等环氧基的改性硅酮即环氧改性硅酮;具有羧基的改性硅酮即羧基改性硅酮;具有巯基的改性硅酮即巯基改性硅酮等。
上述硅酮树脂即有机聚硅氧烷树脂,是指具有三维交联结构的硅酮。硅酮树脂通常包含选自单官能性结构单元(M)、双官能性结构单元(D)、三官能性结构单元(T)及四官能性结构单元(Q)中的至少一种结构单元。
作为上述硅酮树脂,没有特别限制,例如可以列举出:MQ硅酮树脂、MQT硅酮树脂、T硅酮树脂、DT硅酮树脂等硅酮树脂等,可以使用它们中的一种或并用两种以上。
作为上述MQ硅酮树脂,例如可以列举出:包含作为单官能性结构单元的RaRbRcSiO1/2(其中,Ra、Rb和Rc均为烃基)和作用四官能性结构单元的SiO4/2的硅酮树脂等。
作为上述MQT硅酮树脂,例如可以举出:包含作为单官能性结构单元的RaRbRcSiO1/2(其中,Ra、Rb和Rc均为烃基)、作为四官能性结构单元的SiO4/2、作为三官能性结构单元的RSiO3/2(其中,R为烃基)的硅酮树脂等。
作为上述T硅酮树脂,例如可以列举出:包含作为三官能性结构单元的RSiO3/2(其中,R为烃基)的硅酮树脂(其末端除了烃基以外,也可以成为硅醇基、烷氧基)等。
作为上述DT硅酮树脂,例如可以列举出:作为双官能性结构单元的RaRbSiO2/2(其中,Ra及Rb均为烃基)、作为三官能性结构单元的RSiO3/2(其中,R为烃基)等。
R、Ra、Rb及Rc的烃基是碳原子数1~24的烃基,可以列举出:甲基、乙基、丙基、异丙基、丁基、异丁基、戊基、异戊基、己基、环丙基、环己基、苯基、苄基等,特别优选甲基、乙基、丙基、丁基、戊基、苯基。

对于上述多元醇,作为具体例,可以列举出:甘油、二甘油、脱水山梨糖醇、赤藓醇、季戊四醇、三羟甲基丙烷、山梨糖醇、双三羟甲基丙烷。

作为上述非离子表面活性剂,没有特别限制,例如可以列举出:具有碳原子数8~22的烷基的聚氧亚烷基烷基醚(氧亚烷基为1~20摩尔,氧亚烷基为氧亚乙基和/或氧亚丙基,无规和/或嵌段)、山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯、山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯的氧亚烷基加成物(氧亚烷基为1~20摩尔,氧亚烷基为氧亚乙基和/或氧亚丙基,无规和/或嵌段)等多元醇的环氧烷加成物;具有碳原子数6~22的烷基的烷基酚、具有碳原子数6~22的烷基的烷基酚的氧亚烷基加成物(氧亚烷基为1~20摩尔,氧亚烷基为氧亚乙基和/或氧亚丙基,无规和/或嵌段);脂肪酸聚氧亚烷基二醇酯(氧亚烷基为1~20摩尔,氧亚烷基为氧亚乙基和/或氧亚丙基,无规和/或嵌段)等。这些非离子表面活性剂可以使用一种或两种以上。
作为上述阳离子表面活性剂,没有特别限制,例如有上述有机胺或其盐、以及季铵盐。作为季铵盐,具体而言,可以列举出:二癸基二甲基铵盐、癸基三甲基铵盐、二辛基二甲基铵盐、辛基三甲基铵盐等。这些阳离子表面活性剂可以使用一种或两种以上。
作为上述阴离子表面活性剂,没有特别限制,例如有:烷磺酸和/或其盐、二烷基磺基琥珀酸和/或其盐、烷基苯磺酸和/或其盐、烷基萘磺酸和/或其盐、烷基硫酸和/或其盐、聚氧亚乙基烷基醚硫酸和/或其盐、聚氧亚乙基烷基醚醋酸和/或其盐、烷基磷酸、聚氧亚乙基烷基醚磷酸、或这些成分的盐等。具体而言,可以列举出:具有碳原子数6~22的烷基的烷磺酸和/或其盐、后述的二烷基磺基琥珀酸酯和/或其盐、具有碳原子数为6~22的烷基的烷基苯磺酸和/或其盐、具有碳原子数为1~20的烷基的烷基硫酸和/或其盐、具有碳原子数6~22的烷基的聚氧亚乙基烷基醚硫酸和/或其盐、具有碳原子数6~22的烷基的聚氧亚乙基烷基醚醋酸和/或其盐、具有碳原子数6~22的烷基的烷基磷酸、具有碳原子数6~22的烷基的烷基磷酸的碱金属盐和/或碱土金属盐、具有碳原子数6~22的烷基的聚氧亚乙基烷基醚磷酸、具有碳原子数6~22的烷基的聚氧亚乙基烷基醚磷酸的碱金属盐和/或碱土金属盐等。这些阴离子表面活性剂可以使用一种或两种以上。
〔弹性纤维处理剂〕
本发明的弹性纤维用处理剂在30℃下的粘度优选为5~80mm2/s,更优选为5~50mm2/s,进一步优选为6~30mm2/s。粘度过低时,在纺纱和后加工工序中使弹性纤维行进时,有时处理剂以雾状飞散,污染周边或作业者吸入。另外,若粘度过高,则在纺纱和后加工工序中使弹性纤维行进时,有时由于粘着性而导致纱线卷绕于行进辊,产生断纱。
本发明的弹性纤维用处理剂的制造方法没有特别限制,可以采用公知的方法。例如,可以是预先配合几个成分,与除此以外的成分混合的方法,也可以是一次性混合全部成分的方法。
含有脂肪酸金属盐的弹性纤维用处理剂可以将已经粉碎的脂肪酸金属盐与基础成分混合而制造,另外,也可以在基础成分中混合脂肪酸金属盐,并使用立式珠磨机、卧式珠磨机、胶体磨、砂磨机等以往公知的湿式粉碎机,以成为规定的平均粒径的方式进行粉碎而制造。在脂肪酸金属盐的粉碎时,可以使用以往公知的日本特开平10-259577号公报、日本特开2000-328459号公报等中记载的分散助剂。
所述硅酮(A)在处理剂中所占的重量比例优选为0.01~20重量%,更优选为0.05~15重量%,进一步优选为0.1~10重量%,特别优选为0.2~8重量%。若不足0.01质量份,则防止飞散性和抗静电性有时会降低。若超过20质量份,则会导致摩擦特性变差,有时会降低布的质量等级。
所述平滑剂(B)在处理剂中所占的重量比例优选为80~99.99重量%,更优选为84~99.5重量%,进一步优选为88~97重量%,特别优选为90~95重量%。若上述平滑剂(B)的比例小于80重量%,则会导致摩擦特性变差,有时会降低布的质量等级。
在弹性纤维用处理剂含有其他成分的情况下,从维持使用处理剂时的流动性的观点出发,其他成分在弹性纤维用处理剂整体中所占的重量比例优选为0.01~15重量%,更优选为0.1~13重量%,进一步优选为0.5~10重量%。
〔弹性纤维〕
本发明的弹性纤维是通过对弹性纤维主体赋予本发明的弹性纤维用处理剂而成。弹性纤维用处理剂在弹性纤维整体中所占的附着比例没有特别限制,优选为0.01~15重量%,更优选为0.1~10重量%,进一步优选为0.5~8重量%。作为对弹性纤维主体赋予本发明的弹性纤维用处理剂的方法,没有特别限制,可以采用公知的方法。
本发明的弹性纤维(弹性纤维主体)是使用聚醚系聚氨酯、聚酯系聚氨酯、聚醚酯弹性体、聚酯弹性体、聚乙烯弹性体、聚酰胺弹性体等的具有弹性的纤维,其伸长率通常为300%以上。
作为本发明的弹性纤维,可以列举出:使PTMG、聚酯二醇与有机二异氰酸酯反应,接着,用1,4丁二醇、乙二胺、丙二胺、戊二胺等进行扩链而成的包含聚氨酯或聚氨酯脲的弹性纤维。例如,聚氨酯脲弹性纤维可以如下地制造:准备分子量1000~3000的聚四亚甲基二醇(PTMG)和二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI),以PTMG/MDI=1/2~1/1.5(摩尔比)在二甲基乙酰胺、二甲基甲酰胺等溶剂中反应,将用乙二胺、丙二胺等二胺进行扩链而得到的聚氨酯脲聚合物的20-40%溶液以干式纺纱、纺纱速度400~1200m/min进行纺纱。弹性纤维主体的适应纤度并无特别限制。
本发明的弹性纤维主体可以含有氧化钛、氧化镁、水滑石、氧化锌、二价金属皂等无机物。作为二价金属皂,可以列举:2-乙基己酸钙、硬脂酸钙、棕榈酸钙、硬脂酸镁、棕榈酸镁、月桂酸镁、硬脂酸钡、癸酸锌、山萮酸锌和硬脂酸锌等。无机物可以使用一种或两种以上。
作为本发明的弹性纤维的用途,可以通过CSY、单包覆、PLY、空气包覆等的包覆纱等加工纱、圆编、经编等而用作布。另外,这些加工纱、布也被用于长筒袜、袜子、内衣、泳衣等需要伸缩性的产品以及牛仔裤、西服等外衣等,以赋予伸缩性而增加舒适感。此外,最近也适用于纸尿裤。
实施例
以下,通过实施例及比较例对本发明进行具体说明,但本发明并不限于此处记载的实施例。需要说明的是,以下的实施例中所示的“百分数(%)”及“份”只要没有特别说明,则表示“重量%”及“重量份”。需要说明的是,在实施例和比较例中,弹性纤维用处理剂的各特性的评价按照以下方法进行。
〔静电产生量评价法〕
作为抗静电性的代用评价方法进行测定。在图1中,在(5)的位置设置春日式静电测定器,在静电评价测定机的退绕侧设置赋予了处理剂的弹性纤维的筒子纱(1),并且设置卷绕侧纸管(2)。在将退绕速度比设置为退绕速度/卷取速度=1/2的恒定速度之后,使辊(3)和(4)同时起动。测定在20℃、60%RH的条件下从筒子纱退绕后的纱线(6)上0.5cm处产生的静电量。
在以下的评价基准中,将○以上视为合格。
◎:小于0.5kV(非常好)
○:0.5kV以上且小于1kV(良好)
△:1kV以上且小于2kV(稍微不良)
×:2kV以上(不良)
〔油剂飞散量测定〕
在图2中,飞散油剂捕集器(9)的纺纱侧的直径为15cm,卷取侧的直径为5cm,行进纱线方向的长度为20cm。从注油嘴(8)到圆锥状的飞散油剂捕集器(9)的距离为15cm。使纺纱得到的纱线(7)经由注油嘴(8)而在飞散油剂捕集器(9)中穿过,进行卷取。在该状态下,一边以每分钟1000m的速度对44dtex的纤维赋予6重量%的油剂一边进行纺纱,精确称量10分钟后的飞散油剂捕集器(9)中积存的油剂的重量。将此时的重量作为油剂飞散量,该值越小,表示油剂飞散越少。
◎:小于100mg(非常好)
○:100mg以上且小于200mg(良好)
×:200mg以上(不良)
(实施例1-25、比较例1-5)
使平均分子量1600的聚四亚甲基醚二醇与4,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯以摩尔比率1:2进行反应,接着,使用1,2-二氨基丙烷的二甲基乙酰胺溶液进行扩链,得到聚合物浓度33%的二甲基乙酰胺溶液作为纺纱原液。另外,纺纱原液的浓度为1900mPaS(测定温度:30℃)。
将得到的纺纱原液从具有4个细孔的纺纱口喷出到195℃的N2气流中进行干式纺纱。将弹性纤维用处理剂分别用注油辊对纺纱中的行进纱(弹性纤维主体)赋予6重量%。因此,对弹性纤维整体赋予了5.66重量%的弹性纤维用处理剂。然后,将用弹性纤维用处理剂处理后的弹性纤维分别以每分钟500m的速度卷绕于线轴,得到44dtex复丝筒子纱(卷绕量450g)。使用所得到的筒子纱,通过上述评价方法分别进行评价。
应用于实施例的改性硅酮(A1)及比较例的改性硅酮(a1)如表1所示。
应用于实施例的芳烷基改性硅酮(A2)如表2所示。
应用于弹性纤维用处理剂的平滑剂(B)及其他成分(D)如下所述。

由表3-6可知,实施例1~25的弹性纤维处理剂是含有选自聚醚烷基共改性硅酮(A1)及芳烷基改性硅酮(A2)中至少一种的硅酮(A)和平滑剂(B)的弹性纤维用处理剂,
构成上述改性硅酮(A1)的烷基的碳原子数为4~30,上述改性硅酮(A2)的重均分子量为1000~100000,因此,能够解决作为本发明的课题的防止飞散性及抗静电性。
另一方面,由于比较例1~5的弹性纤维处理剂不含改性硅酮(比较例5)、或者即使含有改性硅酮但构成改性硅酮(A1)的烷基的碳原子数也不是4~30(比较例1-4),因此无法同时解决作为本发明的课题的防止飞散性和抗静电性。
Claims (8)
1.一种弹性纤维用处理剂,其包含:硅酮(A);和平滑剂(B),其特征在于,
所述硅酮(A)为聚醚烷基共改性硅酮(A1),
构成所述聚醚烷基共改性硅酮(A1)的烷基的碳原子数为10~22,所述平滑剂(B)为选自硅油(B1)、矿物油(B2)和聚α烯烃(B3)中的至少一种,
所述平滑剂(B)在处理剂中所占的重量比例为80~99.99重量%,
所述聚醚烷基共改性硅酮(A1)由下述通式(1)表示,

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的弹性纤维用处理剂,其中,
所述硅酮(A)含有所述聚醚烷基共改性硅酮(A1),所述聚醚烷基共改性硅酮(A1)的重均分子量为1000~100000。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的弹性纤维用处理剂,其中,
选自所述a、所述d和所述e中的至少一个为1~1000的整数。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的弹性纤维用处理剂,其中,
选自所述a、所述d和所述e中的至少两个为1~1000的整数。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的弹性纤维用处理剂,其中,
所述a、所述d和所述e为1~1000的整数。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的弹性纤维用处理剂,其中,
所述硅酮(A)在处理剂中所占的重量比例为0.01~20重量%。
8.一种弹性纤维,其通过对弹性纤维主体赋予权利要求1至7中任一项所述的弹性纤维用处理剂而成。
