Abstract
本发明公开一种自悬浮生物酶长效绿色洗涤剂,所述的洗涤剂由生物酶凝胶制成,所述的生物酶为蛋白酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶、脂肪酶、甘露聚糖酶、果胶酶中的两种以上。本发明通过提高生物酶的使用比例达到清洁效果,并将复配生物酶包裹形成稳定生物酶凝胶,可以解决酶制剂在洗涤剂中应用受限;其次,α‑CD接枝改性细菌纤维素包裹生物酶,形成自悬浮生物酶水凝胶,方便在洗涤剂中的应用;再次,细菌纤维素具有极细的纤维直径(80‑100nm),悬浮力强,透明度高;整个生物酶的包裹工艺反应条件温和简单,反应时间短,反应成分绿色安全,包裹率高达80%以上。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种添加生物酶的绿色洗涤剂领域,具体涉及一种自悬浮生物酶长效绿色洗涤剂。
背景技术
现有传统洗涤剂依靠表面活性剂去污,当表面活性剂的活性浓度达到一定时,去污力也随之达到瓶颈效果。酶制剂分子通过在空间中形成专一的立体3D 结构发挥作用精准剪切污渍,可以减少表面活性剂的用量,进一步的提升洗涤效果,为新一代的去污成分。但是酶制剂存在易受表面活性剂、pH、自由水、螯合剂和温度等众多影响而失去活性。如何让生物酶在洗涤剂中长久、稳定的发挥功效成了行业难点。
发明内容
为克服上述缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种自悬浮生物酶长效绿色洗涤剂
为达到上述目的,本发明的自悬浮生物酶长效绿色洗涤剂,所述的洗涤剂由生物酶凝胶制成,所述的生物酶为蛋白酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶、脂肪酶、甘露聚糖酶、果胶酶中的两种以上。
进一步的,所述的生物酶为:蛋白酶、淀粉酶和纤维素酶;其中,各生物酶的质量百分比为:蛋白酶:淀粉酶:纤维素酶=2-5%:0.5-2.5%:1.8-3.8%。
进一步的,所述的生物酶为:淀粉酶、脂肪酶和果胶酶;其中,各生物酶质量百分比为:淀粉酶:脂肪酶:果胶酶=2.5-3.5%:1.2-3.2%:0.8-2.8%。
进一步的,所述的蛋白酶为丝氨酸内切蛋白酶的protease unit PRMU-U,至少为100PRMU-U/g;所述的纤维素酶的CELLULASE unit CNU-R至少为 4500CNU-R/g;
所述的脂肪酶为lipase LCLU-SL至少为100LCLU-SL/g;
内切-1,4-β-甘露聚糖酶mannanase unit MIUM至少为8MIUN/g;
果胶酯酶的pectin degrading enzyme PDEU至少为1000PDEU/g。
进一步的,所述的生物酶凝胶是按下述步骤制备的:
1)将1份α-环糊精(α-CD)置于1-1.5份90℃丁烷四羧酸(BTCA)水溶液中溶解,加入催化剂0.3-0.6份次亚磷酸钠(SHP),预交联完全后,加入细菌纤维素搅拌扩散处理1h;
2)利用0.2-0.5wt%辣根过氧化氢酶催化0.1-0.3wt%2,2'-联氮-双-3-乙基苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸(ABTS)生成正离子自由基ABTS●+,引发巯基-烯点击化学反应,令20-30wt%四臂聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯(4arm-PEG-AA)和15-25wt%四臂巯基聚乙二醇两种PEG衍生物与45-55wt%α-CD接枝细菌纤维素发生自组装,同时将上述两中以上的生物酶包裹在PRX水凝胶中形成自悬浮生物酶水凝胶。
进一步的,所述的洗涤剂添加有烷基糖苷(C8-C10、C12-C14)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠、醇醚羧酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱中的两种或多种。
进一步的,所述的洗涤剂添加有谷氨酸二乙酸四钠(GLDA)、DTMPA、柠檬酸钠中的一种。
进一步的,所述的洗涤剂添加有过碳酸钠、过氧化氢、聚丙烯酸钠的随意一种或多种。
进一步的,所述的洗涤剂添加有卡松、BIOBANTM551S(陶氏化学)中的一种或两种。
进一步的,所述的洗涤剂由下述质量份的原料制成:水50-85份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠5-10份、醇醚羧酸钠5-15、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3-10、谷氨酸二乙酸四钠0.1-0.5份、细菌纤维素1-5份、生物酶凝胶3-15份、卡松0.2-1份。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
本发明添加生物酶包括蛋白酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶、脂肪酶、甘露聚糖酶、果胶酶。.选用的蛋白酶为丝氨酸内切蛋白酶的protease unit PRMU-U至少为 100PRMU-U/g;纤维素酶的CELLULASE unit CNU-R至少为4500CNU-R/g;脂肪酶为lipase LCLU-SL至少为100LCLU-SL/g;内切-1,4-β-甘露聚糖酶mannanase unit MIUM至少为8MIUN/g;果胶酯酶的pectin degrading enzyme PDEU至少为 1000PDEU/g。
生物酶复合物可以根据需求,由一种或多种自由组合,具体推荐方案1(建议添加至衣料用洗涤剂):蛋白酶:淀粉酶:纤维素酶=2-5%:0.5-2.5%:1.8-3.8%;具体推荐方案2(建议添加至餐具净):淀粉酶:脂肪酶:果胶酶=2.5-3.5%: 1.2-3.2%:0.8-2.8%。
本发明添加表面活性剂包括烷基糖苷(C8-C10、C12-C14)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠、醇醚羧酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱中的两种或多种;
本发明添加螯合剂包括谷氨酸二乙酸四钠(GLDA)、DTMPA、柠檬酸钠的随意一种;
本发明添加洗涤助剂包括过碳酸钠、过氧化氢、聚丙烯酸钠的随意一种或多种;
本发明添加防腐剂包括卡松、BIOBANTM551S(陶氏化学)中的随意一种或两种。
洗涤剂的推荐方案:水50-85份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠5-10份、醇醚羧酸钠5-15、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3-10、谷氨酸二乙酸四钠0.1-0.5份、细菌纤维素1-5份、生物酶凝胶3-15份、卡松0.2-1份。
洗涤剂的工艺:先将水凝胶生物酶悬浮剂与3倍量的水4000r/min均质完全做悬浮液备用,再将剩余水加入烧杯,升温至60-70℃,依次溶解表面活性剂、螯合剂,降至室温加入防腐剂和悬浮液至均相。
上述的生物酶凝胶的制备过程包括:
生物酶的包裹方案:
α-CD接枝细菌纤维素:将1份α-环糊精(α-CD)置于1-1.5份90℃丁烷四羧酸(BTCA)水溶液中溶解,加入催化剂0.3-0.6份次亚磷酸钠(SHP),预交联完全后,加入细菌纤维素搅拌扩散处理1h。
工艺:利用0.2-0.5wt%辣根过氧化氢酶催化0.1-0.3wt%2,2'-联氮-双-3-乙基苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸(ABTS)生成正离子自由基ABTS●+,引发巯基-烯点击化学反应,令20-30wt%四臂聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯(4arm-PEG-AA)和15-25wt%四臂巯基聚乙二醇两种PEG衍生物与45-55wt%α-CD接枝细菌纤维素发生自组装,同时将上述配方酶包裹在PRX水凝胶中形成自悬浮生物酶水凝胶。
其中,四臂聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯(4arm-PEG-AA):99%纯度,20000分子量,厦门赛诺邦格生物科技股份有限公司;四臂聚乙二醇硫醇(4arm-PEG-SH):99%纯度,20000分子量,厦门赛诺邦格生物科技股份有限公司;α-环糊精(α-CD): 99%上海阿拉丁生化科技股份有限公司;辣根过氧化物酶(horse radish peroxidase,HRP):300U/mg生工生物工程(上海)股份有限公司;细菌纤维素:CPKelco公司。
Claims (9)
1.一种自悬浮生物酶长效绿色洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述的洗涤剂由生物酶凝胶制成,所述的生物酶为蛋白酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶、脂肪酶、甘露聚糖酶、果胶酶中的两种以上;
所述的生物酶凝胶是按下述步骤制备的:
1)将1份α-环糊精(α-CD)置于1-1.5份90℃丁烷四羧酸(BTCA)水溶液中溶解,加入催化剂0.3-0.6份次亚磷酸钠(SHP),预交联完全后,加入细菌纤维素搅拌扩散处理1h;
2)利用0.2-0.5wt%辣根过氧化氢酶催化0.1-0.3wt%2,2'-联氮-双-3-乙基苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸(ABTS)生成正离子自由基ABTS●+,引发巯基-烯点击化学反应,令20-30wt%四臂聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯(4arm-PEG-AA)和15-25wt%四臂巯基聚乙二醇两种PEG衍生物与45-55wt%α-CD接枝细菌纤维素发生自组装,同时将上述两中以上的生物酶包裹在PRX水凝胶中形成自悬浮生物酶水凝胶。
2.如权利要求1所述的自悬浮生物酶长效绿色洗涤剂,,其特征在于,所述的生物酶为:蛋白酶、淀粉酶和纤维素酶;其中,各生物酶的质量百分比为:蛋白酶:淀粉酶:纤维素酶=2-5%:0.5-2.5%:1.8-3.8%。
3.如权利要求1所述的自悬浮生物酶长效绿色洗涤剂,,其特征在于,所述的生物酶为:淀粉酶、脂肪酶和果胶酶;其中,各生物酶质量百分比为:淀粉酶:脂肪酶:果胶酶=2.5-3.5%:1.2-3.2%:0.8-2.8%。
4.如权利要求1所述的自悬浮生物酶长效绿色洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述的蛋白酶为丝氨酸内切蛋白酶的protease unit PRMU-U,至少为100PRMU-U/g;所述的纤维素酶的CELLULASE unit CNU-R至少为4500CNU-R/g;
所述的脂肪酶为lipase LCLU-SL至少为100LCLU-SL/g;
内切-1,4-β-甘露聚糖酶mannanase unit MIUM至少为8MIUN/g;
果胶酯酶的pectin degrading enzyme PDEU至少为1000PDEU/g。
5.如权利要求1所述的自悬浮生物酶长效绿色洗涤剂,,其特征在于,所述的洗涤剂添加有烷基糖苷(C8-C10、C12-C14)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠、醇醚羧酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱中的两种或多种。
6.如权利要求1所述的自悬浮生物酶长效绿色洗涤剂,,其特征在于,所述的洗涤剂添加有谷氨酸二乙酸四钠(GLDA)、DTMPA、柠檬酸钠中的一种。
7.如权利要求1所述的自悬浮生物酶长效绿色洗涤剂,,其特征在于,所述的洗涤剂添加有过碳酸钠、过氧化氢、聚丙烯酸钠的随意一种或多种。
8.如权利要求1所述的自悬浮生物酶长效绿色洗涤剂,,其特征在于,所述的洗涤剂添加有卡松、BIOBANTM551S(陶氏化学)中的一种或两种。
9.如权利要求1所述的自悬浮生物酶长效绿色洗涤剂,,其特征在于,所述的洗涤剂由下述质量份的原料制成:水50-85份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠5-10份、醇醚羧酸钠5-15、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3-10、谷氨酸二乙酸四钠0.1-0.5份、细菌纤维素1-5份、生物酶凝胶3-15份、卡松0.2-1份。
