Background
The skin is an important multifunctional organ of the human body and is also the organ with the largest area. The skin is a barrier for the human body to contact with the external environment, and plays a role of protecting the body, but is also very easy to be damaged. The wound types comprise burns, scalds, cuts, abrasions and the like, but because the skin has an important function, the skin abrasion caused by operation incisions and various traumas can be nursed as soon as possible, the problems of skin pollution, inflammation and the like are avoided, and the skin tissue and function are recovered.
The existing skin wound protection is mainly carried out by dressing, the dressing is wrapped on the wound, and the wound is prevented from being polluted by the outside. Traditional dressings such as gauze are often opaque, do not have a waterproof function, and do not have a better protective effect. The ideal wound repair environment is to have good breathability and barrier properties under conditions effective to keep the wound wet to some extent. The liquid dressing is a novel wound dressing, and the existing liquid dressing is added with important extracts of pseudo-ginseng, dragon's blood, myrrh and the like, so that the dressing has certain irritation to skin and higher price.

The preparation method of the liquid dressing for wound protection comprises the following steps:
s1, adding the volatile solvent into a liquid preparation tank, and stirring at the room temperature at the rotating speed of 500r/min for 5-20 min;
s2, heating the liquid preparation tank to 40-60 ℃, continuously stirring at the rotating speed of 500r/min, adding the film forming agent, and uniformly mixing;
s3, cooling to room temperature, and continuing stirring for 1-3h at the rotating speed of 800-;
s4, adding the auxiliary agent into the mixed liquid prepared in the step S3, stirring while adding the auxiliary agent, wherein the stirring speed during adding is 500r/min, and stirring for 60min at the rotating speed of 1000r/min after adding;
and S5, standing for 30min, and filling after bubbles completely disappear.
The liquid dressing for wound protection and the preparation method thereof have the advantages and positive effects that:
1. the raw materials in the liquid dressing are all conventional materials, so that the price is low, and the cost of the liquid dressing is favorably reduced.
2. The liquid dressing is not added with traditional Chinese medicine components, so that the irritation is small.
3. The liquid dressing has high film forming speed and better waterproof effect, and is favorable for promoting the healing of wounds.
4. The preparation method of the liquid dressing is simple and easy to operate, does not need complex equipment, has less equipment investment and easy control of the process, and the prepared liquid dressing has more stable performance.
