Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a wound coating composition and a wound coating material comprising the same, and more particularly, when applied to a wound, a film is formed to protect the wound area, and by maintaining a moist environment, itching or scarring caused by dry skin is relieved. It relates to a wound coating composition that can give and a wound coating material comprising the same.
Skin wounds have been known to heal from BC using animal oil, honey, and various plants. A variety of wet dressings have been developed since Winter published a paper in 1962 stating that keeping wounds wet is more beneficial for wound healing.
In addition, recently, liquid wound coverings for use in light abrasions of the skin have been developed and used. Here, nitrocellulose, polyurethane, polyvinylpyrrolidone or acrylate, etc. are mainly used. Water, ethyl acetate, alcohol, isooctane, and the like are used as a solvent for preparing such a liquid wound covering. However, it is known that the liquid wound coverings do not have a function of alleviating scars that may be caused by a wound, and do not have a function of alleviating itchiness or inflammation of a wound.
Meanwhile, in general, siloxane polymers are used in the form of creams and patches to alleviate the occurrence of scars caused by wounds. However, in the case of the cream, it is easily removed and it is difficult to act on the skin for a long time. In the case of the patch, there is a disadvantage that it does not adhere well to the curved part of the body and falls off easily.
Therefore, in order to solve the problems of the prior art described above, the inventors have repeatedly researched to develop a liquid wound covering material that can protect the wound area by forming a film when applied to a wound and maintain a moist environment. As a result, polyurethane and siloxane If a mixture of polymers can be dissolved in a solvent to prepare a homogeneous and stable solution that does not cause phase separation, the present invention has been completed by conceiving that it can be applied as a liquid wound coating material that can quickly dry and form a film when applied to skin. It came to the following.

It is widely known to be used as a material such as artificial organs due to its excellent blood and tissue compatibility. In addition, silicone polymers are also proven polymer materials that are most commonly used in the human body, and have various formulations from liquid to solid depending on molecular weight and degree of crosslinking. In addition, it has excellent blood compatibility and is also widely used as a material such as artificial organs.

It is more preferable because it can maximize the effect of reducing scars while controlling the viscosity of the skin.
At this time, a solvent is used to obtain a uniform solution by dissolving polyurethane and silicone polymer to form a liquid wound coating composition. As shown in Table 6, the wound coating material prepared from the liquid wound coating composition according to the present invention not only has excellent mechanical properties such as tensile strength and elongation, but also has a greater moisture permeability compared to the commercially available conventional products, resulting in a wet environment. It can maintain, and by the addition of various functional ingredients, itching and inflammation can be relieved, moisturizing and skin soothing effects can be obtained.
