Abstract

The invention provides a liquid dressing containing icodextrin, which takes purified water or water for injection as a carrier, is added with icodextrin, polyhydric alcohol, a preservative and a thickening agent, and can be prepared into a spray or essence liquid form.

Description

Liquid dressing containing icodextrin
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of medical instruments, and particularly relates to a liquid dressing containing icodextrin.
Background
The dressing generally refers to an external material with the functions of protecting wounds and preventing secondary infection, heat loss and the like in the medical field, and at present, gauze traditional dressings and modern dressings are mainly used, and the modern dressings include sodium alginate/calcium dressings, interactive dressings, silver ion dressings, foam dressings, gel dressings and the like.
The glucan is homotypic polysaccharide composed of glucose as monosaccharide, and is divided into alpha-glucan and beta-glucan, and each glucan is combined by multiple bond positions. Dextran has a long history in the western world as an active ingredient in skin care products. Families in many European and American countries are used to bath the infants with water soaked with oat to relieve and prevent eczema; the elderly are also used to wash their face with oat water in winter to relieve dry skin. This is mainly due to the fact that the substances extracted from oats contain vitamin E and glucan components, both of which have a certain repairing and protecting effect on the skin.
The alpha-glucan oligosaccharide is a product obtained by acting glucose transferase on maltose, the polymerization degree of the alpha-glucan oligosaccharide is 4-6 glucose units, the molecular weight of the alpha-glucan oligosaccharide is small, and the alpha-glucan oligosaccharide is mainly used for moisturizing. However, the alpha-glucan oligosaccharide has a small molecular weight, cannot form an effective protective film on the skin surface, and has a weak protective effect.
Icodextrin is dextran prepared by hydrolyzing starch, has molecular weight of 19000-25000 dalton, and has good water solubility, safety and biocompatibility. The pharmaceutical preparation taking the icodextrin as the raw material is approved to be on the market in more than 30 countries and regions, and has good safety, biocompatibility and stability; the colloidal solution prepared from the icodextrin has good ultrafiltration effect and hydration floating effect, can be used as peritoneal dialysis solution and surgical anti-adhesion flushing solution, and Cooker shows that the icodextrin has good biocompatibility in a paper published in 2002; the paper published by Mistry in 1994 shows that icodextrin solutions proved safe and effective for long-term use as peritoneal dialysis solutions in a randomized multicenter clinical trial; the patent paper published by Catena in 2012 indicated that in a single-center, prospective randomized trial, the use of 4% icodextrin was safe in patients with small intestinal obstruction, reducing the risk of intra-abdominal adhesions forming and reoccluding.
In the process of studying icodextrin, we find that the colloidal solution formed by icodextrin has the efficacy of protection, which is probably because the icodextrin solution is the colloidal solution, an effective protective film can be formed on the surface of skin, the external pollution and the invasion of harmful bacteria are prevented, and a better protective effect is achieved on the affected part.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a strong and effective non-sterile dressing which can effectively form a film in organisms, and has high stability, high safety and strong biocompatibility.
A liquid dressing containing icodextrin, characterized in that: the dressing comprises the following components in parts by mass:
89-95 parts of purified water or water for injection, 2.4-3.7 parts of icodextrin, 1.8-5 parts of polyalcohol, 0.5-1.5 parts of preservative and 0.2-0.9 part of thickening agent.
The liquid dressing containing the icodextrin specifically comprises the following components in parts by mass:
92 parts of purified water or water for injection, 3 parts of icodextrin, 4 parts of polyhydric alcohol, 0.5 part of preservative and 0.5 part of thickening agent.
The liquid dressing containing icodextrin is in a liquid state.
The liquid dressing containing icodextrin is in a spraying state.
A liquid dressing comprising icodextrin, said polyhydric alcohol being selected from the group consisting of 1, 2-hexanediol, ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, butylene glycol, pentanediol, dipropylene glycol, neopentyl glycol, ethanol, dipropylene glycol, hydroxyethyl urea, methyl propylene glycol.
The butanediol is chiral asymmetric 1, 3-butanediol.
A liquid dressing containing icodextrin is prepared from phenoxyethanol, chlorphenesin, methyl hydroxybenzoate, propyl hydroxybenzoate, methylisothiazolinone, iodopropynyl butylcarbamate, DMDM hydantoin, and benzyl alcohol.
The antiseptic is phenoxyethanol.
The preservative is a mixture of phenoxyethanol and methyl hydroxybenzoate, and the mass ratio is 1-5: 5 to 1.
A liquid dressing containing icodextrin, wherein the thickening agent is selected from hydrolyzed sclerotium rolfsii gum, hydroxyethyl cellulose, acrylic acid (ester) copolymer, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol-115M, acryloyl dimethyl ammonium taurate/VP copolymer and hydroxymethyl cellulose.
The thickening agent is hydrolyzed sclerotium rolfsii gum, and the best effect is achieved when the mass concentration of the thickening agent in the dressing is 0.5%.
The technical scheme disclosed by the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) protection function: the main component of the dressing provided by the invention is icodextrin, which can provide a protective barrier for skin, so that the skin can maintain a clean and healthy state, particularly when the dressing is used for a wound part, the damage of the external environment to a naked affected part can be reduced, a protective film can be formed on the surface of the wound, the wound is protected from being aggravated by external pollution or affected to heal, and the skin is helped to resist pollutants which are easy to cause scars.
(2) Repairing action: the liquid dressing containing the icodextrin can be directly used on a wound or a scar to form a film rapidly, accelerate the healing of the wound surface and absorb exudate on the surface of the wound rapidly. Can be used on wound to prevent infection, prevent pollution and provide clean and healthy recovery environment for wound, thereby preventing scar hyperplasia and reducing scar (especially color-deposition scar).
