Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of medical instruments, and particularly relates to a collagen dressing containing icodextrin.
Background
The dressing generally refers to an external material with the functions of protecting wounds and preventing secondary infection, heat loss and the like in the medical field, and at present, gauze traditional dressings and modern dressings are mainly used, and the modern dressings include sodium alginate/calcium dressings, interactive dressings, silver ion dressings, foam dressings, gel dressings and the like.
The alpha-glucan oligosaccharide is a product obtained by acting glucose transferase on maltose, the polymerization degree of the alpha-glucan oligosaccharide is 4-6 glucose units, the molecular weight of the alpha-glucan oligosaccharide is small, and the alpha-glucan oligosaccharide is mainly used for moisturizing. However, the alpha-glucan oligosaccharide has a small molecular weight, cannot form an effective protective film on the skin surface, and has a weak protective effect.
Icodextrin is dextran prepared by hydrolyzing starch, has molecular weight of 19000-25000 dalton, and has good water solubility, safety and biocompatibility. The pharmaceutical preparation taking the icodextrin as the raw material is approved to be on the market in more than 30 countries and regions, and has good safety, biocompatibility and stability; the colloidal solution prepared from the icodextrin has good ultrafiltration effect and hydration floating effect, can be used as peritoneal dialysis solution and surgical anti-adhesion flushing solution, and Cooker shows that the icodextrin has good biocompatibility in a paper published in 2002; the paper published by Mistry in 1994 shows that icodextrin solutions proved safe and effective for long-term use as peritoneal dialysis solutions in a randomized multicenter clinical trial; the patent paper published by Catena in 2012 indicated that in a single-center, prospective randomized trial, the use of 4% icodextrin was safe in patients with small intestinal obstruction, reducing the risk of intra-abdominal adhesions forming and reoccluding.
In the process of studying icodextrin, we find that the colloidal solution formed by icodextrin has the efficacy of protection, which is probably because the icodextrin solution is the colloidal solution, an effective protective film can be formed on the surface of skin, the external pollution and the invasion of harmful bacteria are prevented, and a better protective effect is achieved on the affected part.
The research of Shigemura et al indicates that prolyl-hydroxyproline appears in peripheral blood after human ingests hydrolyzed collagen, and the prolyl-hydroxyproline can stimulate the growth of fibroblasts in the skin, increase the number of skin-migrated fibroblasts, improve the conversion of epidermal cells, accelerate the flow of water through the skin layer, enhance the moisturizing capability of the skin and prevent the generation of deep wrinkles.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a dressing which is beneficial to moisturizing skin, preventing wrinkles and improving skin quality.
The invention provides a collagen patch dressing containing icodextrin, which comprises the following components: icodextrin, hydrolyzed collagen, polyalcohol, preservative, thickening agent and flavoring agent.
The collagen patch dressing containing the icodextrin is composed of the following components in parts by mass:
0.01-0.8% of icodextrin, 0.4-0.7% of hydrolyzed collagen, 2.4-5% of polyalcohol, 0.32-0.6% of preservative, 0.05-1.05% of thickening agent, 0.0001-0.1% of flavoring agent, and the balance of purified water.
In the collagen patch dressing containing icodextrin, the polyalcohol is at least one of 1, 2-hexanediol, ethylhexyl glycerol and pentanediol.
When the polyhydric alcohol is a mixture of 1, 2-hexanediol, ethylhexyl glycerol and pentanediol, the mass ratio of the 1, 2-hexanediol, the ethylhexyl glycerol and the pentanediol is 3-5: 1-5: 20-40.
The collagen plaster dressing containing the icodextrin is characterized in that the preservative is one or a mixture of two or three of chlorphenesin, phenoxyethanol or chlorphenesin and phenoxyethanol.
The preservative is a mixture of chlorphenesin and phenoxyethanol, and the mass ratio of the preservative to the phenoxyethanol is 2-10: 30-50.
In the collagen patch dressing containing the icodextrin, the thickening agent is hydroxyl cellulose.
The hydroxyl cellulose is hydroxymethyl cellulose or hydroxyethyl cellulose.
The collagen patch dressing containing the icodextrin is characterized in that the flavoring agent is a natural spice aromatic.
The collagen patch dressing containing the icodextrin is composed of the following components in parts by mass:
0.01-0.8% of icodextrin, 0.4-0.7% of hydrolyzed collagen, 2-4% of pentanediol, 0.02-0.1% of chlorphenesin, 0.3-0.5% of phenoxyethanol, 0.1-0.5% of ethylhexyl glycerol, 0.3-0.5% of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.05-1.05% of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 0.0001-0.1% of sweet orange essential oil and 92-96% of purified water.
The collagen plaster dressing containing icodextrin, wherein the molecular weight of the hydrolyzed collagen is 5000 daltons.
The technical scheme disclosed by the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the icodextrin is combined with collagen and is used for closed soft tissues to provide a healthy and clean microenvironment for the surface of skin.
(2) The collagen can provide collagen required by skin recovery, and assist the skin to recover health more quickly.
(3) The adhesive can be made into a non-woven fabric/gauze + stock solution form, and is matched with different fragrance types, so that the obtained adhesive dressing has good use feeling, convenient use and good commercialization effect.
